My Three Suns: 3 BR, 2 BA House in Crystal Beach, Sleeps 9

You'll love this gorgeous 3 bedroom, 2 bath home in the subdivision of Lafitte's Landing. The furnished deck is a lovely place to spend an afternoon reading, or to have an evening cocktail. You can hear the waves and smell the salty air. The beach is only a minutes away via the private golf cart/walking path!

The bright, open living area features a big comfy sectional sofa with room for all to relax. The cute dining table doubles as a game table for those nights of cards, puzzles, or dominoes. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a regular drip coffee pot, and all the cookware you'll need for your vacation. Other amenities include a washer and dryer, and high speed internet.

With nearly 1200 square feet, the house sleeps 11 comfortably. The primary bedroom features a queen bed with an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom two has a queen bed, and bedroom three has two sets of twin over twin bunk beds with an extra twin trundle. All bedrooms (and the living area) have their own televisions.

Enjoy the gulf breeze while you entertain your guests downstairs at the outdoor bar area. In this shaded space, you'll find a hanging swing, picnic table, and charcoal grill. The outdoor shower is terrific for rinsing off a day spent at the beach.

Small dogs (under 35 pounds) are allowed with a pet fee. (Sorry, no cats.) All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.
The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).

Excellent all the way around!

The house was so nice, clean, roomy. Nice little neighborhood, close access to beach. Would definitely rent that house again in the future. It was like being in my own home, nice & comfortable but at the beach . Very quiet.

Not the greatest stay or customer service

Let me start by saying We come to this area twice a year. Weve never had a bad stay until this trip. We drove 5 hours. We went to the drop box and picked up our key. They gave us the wrong one. I called and she said we had to go baco to the office to get the correct one? BAD customer service. They should have brought us the correct 1 since it was their mistake. The next morning we see roaches in the kitchen cabinets and bedrooms. I emailed them to inform them and they said they'd send pest control and maintenance. I told them we were headed to the beach. We get back from the beach and there were 2 cans of raid sitting on my cooler outside. That's the best they could do? Its not our responsibility to kill the roaches. It's theirs. Their customer service needs a lot of work.

Christmas vacation

The experience was good the stay in the home was good it was very clean!they were quick to call me and email me with other options when I was informed the power was out the issue was resolved in a timely fashion for my stay at the home overall I give them a 10 plus we will be back soon!!!!!

Easter Weekend

We had an amazing time. The house was the perfect size for our group. We played games, laughed, listened to music. The stir the pot card game was so fun! My granddaughter enjoyed the toys and books in the bunk room. The high chair also came in handy. We had a short walk to the beach to fly kites. It was awesome!!!!!

Nice house for three families.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check-in was easy and house was not far from company. House was nice and roomy with plenty of space. Lots of toys/games for the kids to play with, which was a plus. Nice open area under house with picnic table/bar/swing. Only complaint was some damage to property had not been fixed prior to check-in and comforters/headboards had dog hair all on them. House is a short walk to the beach BUT no access for vehicles or ATV’s....you will have to go down the road to get on the beach. I would recommend this property otherwise.

Great place!

We enjoyed our stay, the beds were comfortable. I was surprised that they had plastic dishes for kids which I normally bring because no one usually provides them, that was a plus! Also they a great selection of toys and kids books, no need to bring toys from home A++ The beach is just a short walk or drive away, over all great place!

Baby's first beach vacation!

I think the one thing that I would make an observation about is that all of the electrical outlets had no child protection! And of course every outlet was a fascination for my child! She was told NO ALOT over vacation! We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Three suns

Pretty nice overall. The only things I did not like was the hairs/stains on the mattress cover (we brought our own sheets) and hairs on the headboard. Other than that we liked it.

Kids rooms had tons of games for them to play that we didn’t know were there so it was a huge surprise for our kids. Kitchen came with all the utensils and stuff you need to cook with. Very pretty inside. Only downfall I would say is the internet was not that good. We will be back!
