Retraite familiale amusante et récemment mise à jour à Eastham! À seulement un lot de Great Pond, cette maison offre un accès facile aux meilleures baignades et kayaks en eau douce du Cap. Promenez-vous simplement sur le chemin et mettez l'un des kayaks fournis et pagayez autour de l'étang de 109 acres d'Eastham. Le Cape Cod Rail Trail est juste au coin de la rue et le Visitor's Center for Cape Cod National Seashore est juste un peu plus loin. Grand salon familial, salle à manger et coin cuisine pour que tout le monde se réunisse ainsi que deux superbes terrasses pour la vie en plein air. DEUX douches extérieures avec eau chaude et froide. Ping pong dans le garage pour petits et grands. 12 personnes! Maison principale climatisée avec 4 chambres et 2 salles de bains, plus garage "Mews" climatisé avec 2 chambres, 1 salle de bain et terrasse privée avec de belles entrées privées, ce qui est parfait pour les invités en visite (ou les grands-parents prenant une pause dans le chaos). Un foyer, une grande cour et des kayaks permettent de s'amuser au soleil et à l'extérieur.
La maison a été récemment rénovée avec tous les nouveaux matelas et un intérieur propre et étincelant. Nouveau patio et terrasse installés en 2019. Une minute à pied de la plage surveillée, ou un accès rapide au rivage pour la pêche et le kayak,

Great House at Great Pond

We keep coming back to this house each summer to spend a week in the magical location and beautiful scenery all around. Great Pond beach is perfect for the family and we can walk to Arnold's for seafood or ice cream via the rail trail. The owners are easy to work with if anything comes up. You won't regret this rental.

Perfect Family Rental

This house is very clean and organized. They have everything you could need and the location is great. The homeowners are very responsive and friendly. After vacationing many years on the Cape, we found this house to be perfect for our large family.

Great Family Place at Great Pond

Our family has been visiting Cape Cod for many past summers, with a focus on Eastham and Great Pond. This house is the most welcoming and relaxing place that you could hope to find, right in the middle of the mid-cape attractions. If you need a place to stay with a group of 12, you need not look any further!

Geat family location!

The rental has everything any family needs—a great kitchen and living area with plenty of space. The grounds are spacious and beautiful. The best part is its proximity to Coats Guard Beach, First Encounter Beach and Great Pond. When you're tired of the ocean, come home to enjoy the pond with the furnished watercraft. Just completed our fourth stay at this property. Grandparents and two families of four.

Excellent!

This was perhaps the best house we ever rented through VRBO. Everything we needed was right there. Plenty of room inside, fully equipped kitchen, and room for all to spread out. Great deck, firepit, and plenty of bikes and kayaks for all to use. Great Pond was a pleasure. We certainly would love to return to this house.

Annual Family Vacation

Great week at the Cape. Great Pond in your backyard with sandy beach 5 minute walk away. Rail Trail 1/2 mile from the house giving us access to just about anywhere we wanted to travel by bike. Both ocean beaches and bay beaches a short car ride, bike ride or walk (to the bay beach. The house and grounds was everything as was described online. The kitchen was super organized and fully stocked with whatever you would need to prepare meals for your stay (food not included, of course!). The owners thought of everything you might want or need as basic supplies, including a manager that was easy to contact for any additional information about the property. Our extended family of 11 adults, children and teens had a great week in a great house in a great location.

Fabulous Home for multiple generations

This home has everything. You will want for nothing, as they have thought of everything. Water toys, children's toys, beach accessories, games, bikes, and kitchen utensils right down to a drawer full of spices. We have been to rentals where there is not even a salt shaker or a roll of tp, and this home was so well stocked for renters. We did replace what we used as I had brought some essentials. The owner was in contact with us a few times during the week which was such a nice gesture. Proximity to the Bay and Great Pond was so convenient for our 3 generations. There was plenty of space for all. We had a great week with fabulous weather every day.

Pond and sea, best of both worlds

A well equipped kitchen, a large deck, great fans in the house. All made a great visit. The proximity of the rail trail was a big advantage for us. I quite enjoyed a short walk down to the fresh water pond in the morning. On more than one evening smores were enjoyed around the firepit in the yard. The weather was quite hot and it was good to have the mini air conditioners in the wall. There is a requirement posted to turn them off when not in the room and to keep it above 72. The hot humid conditions meant that the AC units struggled to keep the humidity down in the bedrooms at night with having to keep turning it off. I would suggest that under those conditions the bedroom AC units should stay on.

A fantastic stay

We stayed here for a week and had a great time. The property is amazing - easy access to Great Pond, lots of space, and very well thought out. Lots of thoughtful touches and details - from little things like guidebooks and spices for cooking to kayaks, paddles, and life jackets. Our beds were very comfortable, and we loved the outdoor space. Some of our group stayed in the Mews and likewise loved the space. We would definitely stay here again!

Another great stay!

Perfect home for our three families totally ten people including three teens and one twelve year old. Very near Coast Guard Beach and enjoy a Great Pond when you come home. Perfect family vacation property.

Greatness by Great Pond

I can't imagine a better place for our family to spend a Cape Cod week, right next to Great Pond and convenient to many other Cape Cod attractions. The owners keep making the place a little bit better every year, most recently by upgrading bedroom AC and adding an "outdoor living room" since our last (pre-Covid) visit. When anything was needed during the week, Chris responded very promptly to messages and was always helpful.

Awesome week on Eastham

This beautifully appointed home is perfect for families. We had 8 adults and 4 kids. The host, Chris, had everything we ever needed and a table on the fridge told us where to find it. The rooms are air-conditioned and lovely, beds are comfortable, and two of the bedrooms are in the "Mews" so we can divide and conquer. A short walk to Great Pond for a public beach but even better is the shorter trek to a shared private beach with kayaks that we could use. We come back every year and are already planning on next year at Lee Court.

Great centrally located yet quiet home with all the extras

We so enjoyed our stay at this beautiful vacation home, close to the bike path, fresh water pond and the beaches, both National Seashore ocean side and the Eastham bayside. Great attention to detail and comfort throughout house and lovely yard and the mini split air conditioning was a godsend during our especially hot week. We didn't begin to use all the outdoor games provided due to the hot weather but surely would be appreciated during cooler stays. We did enjoy the multiple kayaks and bikes. My husband and I loved having a separate living space over the garage.

Another great experience!

We enjoyed this property in 2019 and once again this year. Easily accommodates our family of six adults and four kids. Love Great Pond, the pond's beach, and the property's convenient location near Coast Guard Beach. We things work out we hope to reserve it next year. Excellent communication by the owner.

Beautiful Great Pond home

A lovely fully equipped home with all the amenities you need for a pleasant week on Cape Cod. We were even provided sanitizers wipes for COVID-19 virus concerns. The property is in a great location near the pond beach. There are lots of outdoor and indoor space for everyone. A most enjoyable stay

Perfect Place in Wonderful Eastham

Our group — from 4 different states — loved 5 Lee Court. I’ve been on many vacations, and never before stayed at a place that had absolutely everything. Super clean, super well organized. Kitchen even had spices, and knives and scissors that cut (often not the case at rentals). There were toys for kids, board games for all ages, a ping pong table, bikes, and kayaks, and we used everything! Great location short walk to pond, one room even had a peekaboo pond view. Nice yard and decks for gathering places (we ranged from 9-11 people during the week) Owner very responsive, check in and out easy. Not waterfront, but fine for September, and Great Pond beach just a 4-minute walk. Bedrooms over the garage (the Mews) particularly nice. Comfortable beds throughout. Would love to return!

The Best Yet!

August 2019 was our family's 11th consecutive year traveling to the Cape. We've enjoyed week-long stays in about 8 different homes in the Orleans, Chatham and Eastham area. They've all been very good, but we were always striving for something just a bit better. 5 Lee Court met all our family's needs (6 adults and 4 children ages 9-13, a total of 10 people). The main house has plenty of room with a spacious kitchen, living room and dining area. Its many windows make an enjoyable atmosphere. Plus, it's only 5 to 10 minutes from the Coast Guard Beach shuttle, only 3 minutes from a small grocery/beverage store and only 2 minutes from the bike trail. The deal-maker was its easy access to the very clean and large Great Pond. The kids continually wanted to be in the kayaks provided or at the very nice nearby town beach. Our search for the perfect home for our famly has ended. We hope to return to 5 Lee Ct. in 2020.

Really Great House

This house was awesome! My family stayed with my brother’s family and 2 grandmothers and it was perfect. Ages ranged from 6 to 85 and we were all totally comfortable. Kitchen is large and we cooked a lot-every tool you may need. The garage apartment is great, the yard is beautiful. Played Ping pong, bocce and cornhole in the garage. Walk to the pond, we were in it every day and easy ride to bike trail. Clothesline would have helped after so much swimming! Owners are nice and easy to work with, they have labeled everything to make life easier! Outside shower is a joy. The pictures don’t nearly do this house justice, it is spotless, roomy, comfortable and very accommodating for a large group.

Perfect for Our Annual Family Reunion

This is a beautiful home and property, with improvements added every year. The location next to Great Pond is perfect for our grandchildren, with the ocean and bay beaches not far away. We can't easily imagine staying anywhere else with our extended family.
