Par Cette cape de bain spacieuse et propre de 4 chambres et 3 salles de bain se trouve dans un quartier calme avec un court de tennis et une piste ferroviaire à l'extrémité du cul-de-sac. Boat Meadow Beach est à moins d'1,6 km et Wiley Park, où les chiens sont les bienvenus et un grand étang est également à proximité pour profiter de la baignade en eau douce.

L'étage principal a une grande chambre accessible aux personnes handicapées avec lit queen et salle de bain accessible aux personnes handicapées dans le couloir.

A l'étage, il y a 3 chambres, la première chambre a un lit superposé et 1 lit simple, la deuxième chambre a deux lits doubles. La chambre principale a un lit king size. A l'étage a une salle de bain complète et une salle de bain principale.

La maison comprend un garage pour deux voitures parfait pour ranger les kayaks, les vélos et autres jouets. Le garage a une rampe d'accès pour handicapés au rez-de-chaussée de la maison.

Véranda grillagée hors de la salle à manger, sous-sol complet avec table de ping-pong, grande douche extérieure avec dressing. Cuisine complète avec tous les ustensiles et laveuse et sécheuse

Nice house in a great location.

We had a very nice time in this very nice four bedroom, three bath house. It's in a great location minutes from everything.

Great Getaway

We loved the location of this property. The large rooms and especially the screened in porch were great for our family of ten. The large yard was great for playing games and toasting marshmallows in the fire pit. My only suggestion would be to replace the outdoor grill as we found it needed new grates.

This is a spacious house that held our family of ten well. Nice large dinning room table and big kitchen. The screen porch was great and a large, comfortable family room.

Wonderful place for families

We loved cooking and serving wonderful meals with our family and friends in this home. The screen porch was an added space for early morning coffee and conversations and night time chats. The proximity to the bike trail in a cute neighborhood is an ideal place for families! We loved our stay!

Comfortable and cozy!

This house was just the perfect place for our vacation week. The house itself was large, cozy, clean, well-equipped and pet friendly! It was close to beaches, restaurants and the supermarket. The screened-in porch was an all-day oasis. This was just a lovely place to stay!

Ireland Way in Eastham Holiday

We are fortunate to have spent a week at this roomy property. We just loved Eastham and the beaches there. Thank you so much for sharing your place with us. Plenty of quiet and relaxation, well needed, and great access to the bike path.

Spacious and very comfortable!

We loved the screened in porch and the large farm style table. Kitchen is well equipped. Slept 8 adults and one child very comfortably. From ping pong to corn hole there are plenty of games and amenities to keep your group going. Lovely stay for a family, thank you so much!

Even better than pictures suggested

This house was a great gathering place for extended family. The screened-in porch and fire pit were our favorite hangout spots. The yard is big and the kids enjoyed playing corn hole. Close proximity to the rail trail was another plus. The property and owner are very pet-friendly.

Plenty of Room for Everyone

A large, lovely home in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of places for four adult families and children to get together and also find their own spaces. Great outdoor space with fire pit and room for little ones to run. Easy rides to beaches, bike trail, restaurants.Highly recommend.

Wonderfully perfect family vacation!

Spacious and comfortable home nestled in super-quiet nice neighborhood. Very private yet still close to National Seashore and largest grocery store in area. Owner is amazingly responsive and gracious. As long as our travel needs remain the same, we will book here again in a heartbeat! Firepit was a surprisingly unanimous nice way to end busy beach days among all 11 of us.

Perfectly lovely!

This large, comfortable house in a quiet yet convenient neighborhood had everything my family needed for a wonderful vacation. We enjoyed the screened-in porch in the mornings, the Adirondack chairs around the firepit at night (s'mores, star-gazing, and skeeters--bring bug spray!), the well-appointed kitchen, and especially the supersized tv and couches in the main living room, which were perfect for watching the Olympics this year. A couple of excessively hot days made us grateful for the a.c. in every bedroom, but the house cooled down quickly so we didn't have to leave it on for long. Many thanks to our kind and thoughtful host--we hope to be back next year!

Give us Space

Roomy, plenty of showers & bathrooms, lots of toys & puzzles for the kids, appliances all worked fine, adequate dining facilities, plenty of storage space, good parking, ac in all bedrooms. Didn’t watch tv, too busy beaching & doing other fun stuff. Superb location - such a pretty street with bike path access. Great place for all our family!

Great house for our family

We are a 3 generation family of 10, and we were delighted to find that the house and yard worked very well with plenty of space for all of us. We also enjoyed the convenient location with its easy access to the National Seashore beaches and the rail trail. The owner was quite helpful and prompt in addressing any questions or concerns that we had which we greatly appreciated. It was a great house for our family!

Summer Vacation

Our family loved this home, the master bedroom is updated and has a private full bath. We enjoyed the firepit and countless games of cornhole in the backyard and the kitchen has a huge table that is perfect for family game night. The Weber gas grill is in good shape and there are kayaks on the property. Property is within a few short miles of bay beaches, ocean beaches and freshwater lakes. We chartered a fishing boat in nearby Wellfleet and had a great day on the water, catching our limit of Stripers! House is clean, big enough for the whole family, and the owner, Jen, is responsive and a pleasure to communicate with.

Spacious, updated home convenient to everything

I would definitely recommend this property for a family vacation on Cape Cod. The house was extremely well maintained and stocked with everything you could possibly need (except linens and towel, of course). The home is in a beautiful neighborhood, close to the beach, Eastham and Orleans center, Great Pond and very convenient to Route 6. First Encounter Beach is only minutes away by car - which was so much fun for our kids, especially when the tide was out and they could explore for miles. The bike trail was hard to find, but when we located it, it was great to have it so close by. If you like privacy and don't mind a short drive to the ocean - you won't be disappointed.

Excellent pet friendly getaway in Eastham Cape Cod

Great home for two families - good use of space (three sitting areas, large well equipped clean kitchen), comfortable furniture, including within three season porch. Very comfortable beds in all bedrooms, and room air conditioners appreciated - kept entire home cool during warmer days. House was very clean upon arrival - no issues for the owner to address. Questions we had prior to arrival were addressed promptly, the owners were very very responsive & obviously cared about our experience. Location - we took advantage of access to the Cape Cod rail trail at the end of cul de sac; walks/rides to downtown Orleans 1.5 miles away, lunch/dinner at Arnolds 2 miles away. Very private yard. Neighborhood was safe for our kids (ages 9-11) to ride their bikes in or walk the dog. Boat Meadow beach was technically walkable but with younger children we drove. First Encounter is another great Eastham bayside beach and only a 5 minute drive away. One note - the neighborhood borders one of Eastham's large salt marshes - so be prepared for mosquito season! We would certainly recommend to a friend or relative & will be returning next summer!

Great vacation rental for family and friends!

This is a lovely home in Eastham, offering privacy and a peaceful setting. Many living areas to socialize in, while still having some contiguity so you can see younger children or communicate with others seated in a different area. There is a large living room with large and very comfortable couches and large tv; there is a second living room area and also a screened in porch. (No bugs this vacation, but a great addition to any Cape home!) All these areas have ample seating! The large dining room table is located centrally to all the seating areas as well as the kitchen, which is so great! The house is located on a cul-de-sac and has bushes surrounding the yard, offering privacy and safety for young children. It is always a pleasure to have an outdoor shower option, along with the three full bathrooms. The garage provided a good drop-off place for sandy toys and beach chairs and gave easy access to the kitchen from the cars. There was lots of beach parphernalia, if you didn't bring your own. The driveway has ample space for parking! This house is located very near the bay beaches and Great and Herring Ponds, which are lovely places to spend time. (The ocean beaches are only a few miles away!) There is easy access to the Eastham rotary for shopping needs. There are plenty of beds to sleep in and couches could add further sleeping spots. There is foosball and ping pong in the basement, for additional fun! Eastham is the perfect vacation spot between Chatham and Ptown! I/we loved this house and would definitely consider staying here again, with a large group. Thank you so much!

We love this place. For extended family it works out great with great proximity to the bike trail and beaches. The kids are happy and spread out in the house. Great location for us!

We had a great vacation staying at Jennifer’s house!

The house and location was perfect for our family of 10 (four toddlers). Lots of space for everyone to have their own rooms, and the kids to share their rooms. We loved using the outdoor shower, and relaxing out on the screened in porch after long days on the beach. The fire pit, and covered space outside were great! Super close to all the bayside beaches in Brewster/Orleans/Eastham! We loved staying here and will look to book this house again for vacation next year!

Awesome Family Vacation

It was the first family vacation we took since 2014 (9 yrs) and it was fantastic. The home was beautiful, large and very clean. Situated in a very quiet neighborhood but very close to all the necessities. The most peaceful FAMILY vacation we’ve had since our adult children were little boys. WE WILL BE BACK!

Family Vacation

The property is well equipped and large enough for our extended family to enjoy their annual Cape Cod vacation. Convenient access to bike trail is a plus, and we gathered around the fire pit most nights. Planning to come again next year!
