Splendide villa avec piscine privée, située à environ deux kilomètres de Pollença. Il a une grande terrasse couverte, avec une grande table, à l'avant, et une autre ouverte, avec barbecue, à l'arrière. La maison sur deux étages a un grand salon, une cuisine entièrement équipée, une salle de bain et une chambre au rez-de-chaussée. Un escalier impressionnant avec une belle balustrade mène au premier étage, où nous trouvons trois grandes chambres décorées dans un style classique et élégant, une avec une terrasse, et deux salles de bains, une en suite. Il a l'air conditionné dans les chambres. Il a le chauffage sur demande à un coût de 1,10 euros par litre. Le paiement est effectué à la fin du séjour, après vérification du comptoir.

A really nice place. Everything was clean and the facilities was amazing. Would recommend renting a car because of the location, but you could easily walk to the center in 25 minutes. Overall we were satisfied and enjoyed our stay. Would go there again!

We’ve just come back from 2 fantastic weeks in Pollensa. The villa was in a very private location less than 5 mins drive from the old town. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor space at the villa, suitable for large families…. Would highlyrecommend!

We had a great time with the family and the children. Very quiet area with a large garden for the children to entertain while we enjoy the pool and the views. The entire interior of the property is very well cared for. We loved the Mallorcanarchitecture. Very courteous and friendly host.

We could not love this place more. It's perfect for big families, especially those with small children. It's clean and uncluttered, the property is beautifully maintained, and the location is great. If you want a little escape that's close to everything, this is your spot. Also Pep, the host, is helpful and communicative. You can't go wrong with this spot.

This place was perfect for our week long cycling trip location was ideal and the pool was inviting after a long bike ride checking out the beauty of Mallorca. We walked to dinner at 365, at the Son Brull hotel across the street, which is a splurge and highly recommended for those looking for a Michelin quality meal here in Pollensa. Thanks again!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Rafal - spacious, lovely and comfortable, incredible pool and perfectly located for beaches too. We stayed with another family so were there with 4 kids / 4 adults in total and plenty of space. Very family friendly and the beaches nearby are great for kids too. Also, the small sand / play area round the back of the villa are brilliant! Communication was amazing which we really appreciated too - Pep was always on hand to help. Would love to return one day!

a beautiful villa with a great pool, loads of space and everything you need for a lovely holiday! the walk into town is about 40 mins off of the main road15 mins down the main road. we hired a car and found it to be very easy getting in and out of town this way. I would recommend staying in this villa to any familygroup! the hosts are there if you need them, but did not bother us at all during the stay.

Paradise and perfection in Pollensa

From the peaceful munching of the goats and sheep in the adjacent meadow, to the fig trees linging the driveway, to the sparkling pool, to the quaint patio and 360 mountain views, Pepe's property is paradise. It's perfectly situated just a few minutes from downtown Pollensa, but a world away from the noise, hustle and bustle of the vacationers. The house itself is gorgeous and loving designed and personally hand-built by Pepe Senior, a lifetime carpenter and craftsman. Every convenience was thought of, from a bottle of wine to welcome us, to abundant towels, sunscreen, bug spray and beach supplies. Pepe Senior even brought us some beautiful veggies from his garden! Our family didn't want to leave and found ourselves wishing we had booked 2 weeks!

Pepe‘s Finca was a great holiday home for us! It is super well maintained both inside and outside, lots of beautiful details! As Pepe looks after his animals daily we got to interact with him every now and then and he was very friendly! Communication over phone worked well and we always received speedy responses from Home Villas. The „noise“ around the place didn’t bother us at all, especially as it’s very calm at night, but if you are very sensitive to animal sounds and hearing a nearby street in the background during the day, this mightn’t be your place. We enjoyed hearing and seeing the huge variety of animals and there were no bad smells ever. The only very small downside for us was the varying water pressure, so we made sure to never shower in parallel. Overall an ideal place and starting point for a road cycling holiday.

Lovely location for families

Roomy house, great pool. Great to have the pool table and ping-pong for the kids. Pollenca is a beatiful town, loved it. It would be almost walking distance, but it was hard to navigate through the various small roads and paths. Maybe possible to clean some of that up to make it easier? The kitchen was a little sparsely equipped, with not a lot of pots and pans, etc. There were a lot of insects, especially wasps. The service staff were very helpful with that, but could be good to do something in advance of the stay. A small touch that can be great for families such as us is to have some inflatables/pool toys available. Wouldn't cost much, and it's not great to buy or bring that on vacation.
