Very Disappointed with this review Paul!! I appreciate there was a change of instructions regarding the Keys on arrival (due to a faulty Key Box), but you didn’t have to ‘Chase Around’ for them, you merely had to collect them from a Café no more than 10 minutes drive from the Villa (and then refused to drop them off there upon departure due to ‘additional costs’ of doing so 🤦). Addressing the other points raised……… There is a table in the kitchen that seats 8 people, as shown in the property images. At no point did you mention ANY issues with the Air Conditioning despite me messaging you twice during your stay to check everything was ok and you responding ‘All Good’!! Had you have told me, I would have had our maintenance team look into it immediately. As far as Games and Activities are concerned, there is a fully equipped Table Tennis Table and Garden Games provided and the comment regarding DVD’s is baffling as there is Smart TV c/w Firestick (over 1000 movies) in the Lounge!! Having said that, you also complained that the Wi-Fi wasn’t working before confirming some of you were connected but others couldn’t - meaning there was no issue with the Wi-Fi as nobody would have been able to connect if there was!!!

A slightly disappointing review from respected clients. I wouldn't normally respond to individual points as everybody is welcome to their opinion but I felt I should on this occasion: WiFi - our new guests have confirmed a simple reboot (power off) of the Router was all that was required, and they are managing to use it without issue. We have a WiFi engineer coming out tomorrow (as requested following previous clients message) but are told this is no longer necessary! Air Conditioning - The faulty unit is being replaced on Saturday (12th August) which will remove the need for the drip bucket. It is summer in Mallorca and unfortunately ALL Air Conditioning companies are very busy so these things do happen. ** AT NO TIME HAVE WE OR DO WE ASK CLIENTS NOT TO USE AIR CONDITIONING DURING CERTAIN TIMES - THE ONLY THING WE ASK IS THAT AIR CONDITIONING IS NOT LEFT ON UNNECESSARILY OR WITH WINDOWS / DOORS LEFT OPEN AS THIS CAN CAUSE THE UNITS TO BREAK ** Bedding - The Villa is cleaned by one of Mallorca's leading Laundry and Cleaning companies and freshly laundered bedding is provided prior to EVERY new arrival......... This is the first time we have ever received a comment of this nature which has been passed onto the company concerned for comment. Shower Curtains - both Shower Curtains (and poles) have been replaced immediately upon reading this review, however, at no time was this mentioned during numerous communications with our clients during this rental which is unfortunate as we are unable to fix 'issues' that are not reported. Ich habe einen vollständigen Test der Korrespondenz zwischen uns und diesem Gast, der tagsüber ein brandneues Schlafsofa kaputt gemacht hat und es weder unserem Team noch online gemeldet hat. Als unser Wartungs-/Reinigungsteam dies anhob, kontaktierte ich den Gast, der jegliche Kenntnis von der Verwendung oder dem Brechen des Schlafsofas verweigerte. Seine Geschichte änderte sich mehrmals, bis ich Bilder des Schadens und nach dem Ersatzprodukt zur Verfügung stellte. Dies ist das erste Mal seit über 10 Jahren, dass ich Immobilien gemietet habe, dass ich die Kaution für Sicherheit/Schaden von einem Gast abziehen musste. Nach einer Woche mit verschiedenen Geschichten / Lügen des Gastes habe ich den Fall an mein Rechtsteam weitergegeben, um den Schaden zu erholen. Ich rief diesen Gast während seines Aufenthalts mehrmals an und schickte ihm eine Nachricht, um zu überprüfen, ob alles in Ordnung war (wie wir es bei allen Gästen tun), und zu keinem Zeitpunkt wurden die vorgeschlagenen Probleme mit der Villa erwähnt. Selbst in ihrer Bewertung kommentiert der Kunde, wie schön und gepflegt die Villa ist, und listet dann falsche Probleme / Probleme auf! Ich bin zuversichtlich, dass die anderen positiven Bewertungen online bestätigen werden, dass dies nur eine kleine Antwort darauf ist, für die Beschädigung unseres Eigentums bezahlen zu müssen.
