Cette belle propriété rurale près de Puerto de Pollença offre l'opportunité parfaite de passer des vacances de rêve au milieu de la nature et à quelques kilomètres de la plage.



La maison dispose d'un grand espace extérieur soigné avec plusieurs terrasses meublées pour se détendre à l'ombre ou prendre un bain de soleil sur les transats avant de faire un rafraîchissant plongeon dans la piscine privée de 8m x 4m. La terrasse couverte avec barbecue offre l'occasion parfaite de manger en famille en plein air. De plus, il y a une table de ping-pong pour que vous ne vous ennuyiez pas !



Dans la maison, vous trouverez un grand salon-salle à manger de style rustique et chaleureusement décoré, avec des poutres en bois, une grande cuisine indépendante entièrement équipée, 4 chambres spacieuses et 3 salles de bain, dont deux avec baignoire et une avec douche. Trois des grandes chambres avec climatisation disposent d'un lit double, la quatrième a deux lits individuels.

We had a fantastic week in this fantastic house. Everything was great and it was so peaceful and relaxing. The pool was great and it was approx 29 degrees so we spent many hours in the pool. The house is very clean and well taken care of and it has all you need!! I can really recommend d this house!

We were completely blown away with the quality, size and cleanliness of the property. The pool was excellent and very clean. Could not have been happier. The whole party agreed we would definitely look to hire the same property again.

From the moment we arrived, we fell in love with this villa

The grounds are absolutely beautiful, well maintained and full of various fruit trees. The villa is spotlessly clean and very well equipped, beds are extremely comfy and the views from the terraces were stunning. Towels were changed every couple of days and the villa cleaned half way through our holiday. The villa fruit bowl and goodies were well appreciated! Will definitely be coming back and have already recommended to others!

The property is surrounded by beautiful countryside and the gardens are stunning a good size pool for 6 adults and love the ping pong , Property owner was there daily to check his sheep and chickens , and very friendly , quick to resolve any issues . Lots of plates and glasses , making dinner easier , everything was spotless , appreciated the free large bowl of fruit . Did miss small things like salt and pepper , Lots of areas to sit in house and in garden , but a great base to get to Polleca and Polenca

Very nice finca

The finca was exactly as described. Roomy, beautiful, clean and very well equipped. The host was very friendly and uncomplicated. With pleasure again! more consumables like salt and oil, toillet paper, tabs for washing machine and dishwasher would be great. We did not use the grill because of missing wood (a gas grill would be better).

The villa is in a perfect quiet location

5min drive from grocery stores and 9min to the beach in Cala Vicenc. The real highlight of this place is a garden, which is absolutely stunning, you are surrounded by fruit trees, palms, flowers and other beautiful plants what makes you feel very good. The outdoors are very well maintained, the gardener is doing a brilliant job in making sure you have fresh fruits and all you need. The vast majority of the time we spend in the poolhaving bbq with group of friends. The interior though is kept in a very rustic style, which in my view should be renewed, especially the bathrooms. We did have a challenge with water pressure and AC in master bedroom barely work, so I would consider exchanging AC and renew the bathrooms as the price is high in comparison to the quality.

Our favourite island

Location good pool excellent rooms spacious and clean. Owner very nice and friendly good security kids loved the frogs in the pool every day and the cat that lived in the bushes she's called jaffa cake if you meet her The house desperately needs air conditioning in the communal areas far to warm all day and night could not use the dinning room or sitting room to watch TV with the kids. Also need a change of sheets in the bedrooms after 7 days never happened. No fans available. For the money was very expensive overall pictures a little deseving looks very palatial not really as nice as pics show. Be aware that the owner is on the premises atleast twice a day sometimes 3 so not always feeling at ease.

Great villa for a family holiday

We had a fantastic week in this villa with our grown up family. There was plenty of room for all 7 of us, every bedroom had plenty of space, no one had to draw the short straw for the smallest room, which, with three grown up daughters is a massive plus, trust me! All bedrooms had aircon which was a must in the peak summer heat. The outside space was great, so many choices of where to sit and lounge around in the shade or eat a meal. The pool was perfect for cooling off in with a sun bed each for 8 people. The garden is beautiful and well stocked with a variety of fruit trues and the owner was very friendly and kind, giving us fresh daily figs! Would highly recommend this to anyone wanting a spend a week or two with extended family or friends. Just one small request would be to have a bigger fridge to save daily trips to the supermarket. It also struggled to keep drinks cool due to heavy use. Oh and an ice bucket would be great to have.

Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Finca. Wir waren als Familie dort: Großeltern, Eltern und Kinder. Der Pool ist sehr schön. Wir waren während der Fußball WM dort. Leider kann man ARD und ZDF nicht empfangen.

Amazing villa, perfect for families or groups wanting to chill

Loved the villa, it was perfect for our extended family holiday. 6 adults and two children. Pool was glorious and so many seating areas, it was hard to choose!! The welcome fruit basket, milk & wine was a nice surprise. Great location close to Pollensa and Port de pollenca, and not far from many other coastal areas too. Jimmy the property janitor was very friendly We would all happily return! Aircon didn't work initially, after calling they then switched it on, luckily quickly. Would be great to be able to call on WhatsApp as the telephone service wasn't good in the property. Can't fault anything else.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser Villa und können sie uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Das Haus ist außergewöhnlich großzügig gestaltet – mit großen, hellen Räumen und viel Platz, sodass man sich auch mit mehreren Personen nie eingeengt fühlt. Besonders begeistert hat uns der wunderschöne, riesige Garten mit seinen zahlreichen liebevoll gestalteten Sitz- und Relaxbereichen. Ob auf einem der gemütlichen Sofas oder in einer ruhigen Ecke – überall findet man einen stimmigen Rückzugsort zum Entspannen und Genießen. Auch die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen: Sie ist hervorragend ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man zum Kochen braucht. Selbst für sechs Personen konnten wir problemlos gemeinsam kochen und essen. Die Lage ist ebenfalls perfekt. Die Villa liegt ruhig in der Ebene mit einem herrlichen Blick auf die Berge und gleichzeitig sehr zentral zwischen Pollença und Alcúdia. So lassen sich Ausflüge, Strände und Restaurants schnell und unkompliziert erreichen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Als Anregung: Mückengitter bei den Schlafzimmerfenstern, wären eine Bereicherung.

Traumhaftes Haus für entspannte Zeit

Auszeit auf der Finca mit der Familie

Diese Finca war ideal für eine gelungene Familienauszeit. Das erste mal mit unserer 6 Monate alten Tochter unterwegs boten zwei der vier Schlafzimmer großzügigen Raum für die Eltern + Kinderbett. Auch der Rest der Familie war zufrieden mit ihren Räumen. Außerdem ein sehr großzügiger Ess- und Wohnbereich der genug Platz für eine Spielwiese bot ohne den Rest einzuschränken. Auch Küche war gut ausgestattet. Das Highlight mit Sicherheit der Außenbereich mit Pool, Grillplatz, Tischtennisplatte und reichlich Sitza und Liegeangeboten, sodass sich jeder einzelne auch mal in eine ruhigere Ecke setzen konnte. Check-in reibungslos und Grundausstattung ausreichend für 8 Personen. Der Eigentümer war mehrfach vor Ort (sehr freundlich) und hat geschaut ob es uns gut geht. Wir würden definitiv nochmal buchen! LG Dennis Kinderbett war etwas veraltet, hier wurde aber versprochen das zeitnah nachgebessert wird.

sehr netter und freundlicher Vermieter. Eine gepflegte Anlage. ... bei Bedarf einen 2.ten Kühlschrank beistellen. Wir waren in einer Zeit vor Ort in der wir knapp 40 Grad hatten. Da wurde es ein wenig eng bei 6 Erwachsenen die Getränke kalt zu bekommen. Es wäre evtl. auch noch hilfreich, wenn eine zusätzliche große Klimaanlage für den Innenbereich (Treppenhaus, etc.) verbaut würde.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Perfekt für mehre Familien, da jedes Schlafzimmer auch ein separates Bad hat. Sehr viele Sitzgelegenheiten für gemeinsames Essen.

Wohnung ist sehr schön. Lage top.

Lage ist super, Gegend ziemlich ruhig. Wir waren 3 Erwachsene mit 2 Kindern. Dafür ist die Wohnung sehr gut ausgelegt. Betten sehr bequem. Auch Badetücher für den Strand waren da. Super. Immer wieder gern. Ein- und auschecken unkompliziert dank Schlüsselbox. Parkplätze auf der Straße sind immer frei. Ein paar kleine Schüsseln und paar Tassen mehr wären gut. So haben wir immer per Hand aufgewaschen, da es sonst zu knapp war. Und Plasteabdeckungen am Tor fehlten, Verletzungsgefahr für die Kinder.

Sehr schöne Finka, ideal für einen entspannten Familienurlaub.

Gerne wieder, erst recht, wenn die Duschen mit einer konstanten Warmwasserversorgung ausgestattet sind. Das wird Wasser sparen -)

Heerlijk groot huis met prachtig onderhouden tuin.

Zeer vriendelijke tuinman die zelfs verse eieren kwam brengen. Goede bedden, en grote keuken waar alles in aanwezig was. Prima zwembad. Locatie dichtbij strand en pollensa, met leuke restaurants. Huis ligt in mooi gebied. Smal weggetje maar went snel.

Wunderschöne Finca in toller Lage

Wunderschöne Finca mit freundlichen Gastgeber und tollem eingewachsenen Garten. Das Haus ist perfekt für Familien mit Kindern geeignet. Sehr ruhig, trotzdem sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Sehenswürdigkeiten und Strände schnell erreichbar.

Wohlfühlurlaub

Wir haben unseren Urlaub mit 6 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern in vollen Zügen genießen können. Man spürt,dass sich hier jemand richtig Gedanken gemacht hat,um seinen Gästen einen tollen Urlaub zu ermöglichen.Mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet,vielen schöne Sitzmöglichkeiten,super Betten,einer sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche, extra Poolhandtüchern,Wäschewechsel innerhalb der einen Woche und immer für uns Gäste erreichbar - einfach toll! wirklich nichts
