Cette villa offre un grand salon, cuisine moderne entièrement équipée, trois chambres et deux salles de bains. Il y a beaucoup d'espace extérieur et surtout une piscine de bonne taille (10 mx 5 m). Il est situé dans un quartier résidentiel calme et à seulement 150 m des plages familiales et de la promenade des pins. Il est derrière l'Hôtel The Illa D'or et adjacent au complexe Bellresguard.

Les travaux viennent juste d'être achevés en 2011 et tout est donc neuf. La villa comprend une télévision (chaînes anglaises et espagnoles) et un lecteur DVD, un lave-linge et un lave-vaisselle. Le mobilier est de haute qualité et principalement en chêne. Il y a deux salles de bains offrant une grande promenade dans les douches et une baignoire dans la salle de bains à la chambre principale. Chaque chambre a des portes-fenêtres donnant sur la piscine ou le jardin.

Cette propriété offre tout le confort et les exigences pour les vacances parfaites et est dans un endroit fantastique ayant toutes les commodités à distance de marche.

Excellent villa for a family holiday - great pool and living areas, lovely view from the roof terrace, very well equipped kitchen, and we loved the selection of games and books. The location is great, right behind the Hotel Illa d’Or which is perfect for a sunset drink or a wander down the pine walk into town. Communication with both the owner and Toni who looks after the property was great - Toni came to adjust the pool setting to warm it up a bit for us. The electricity did trip a couple of times which was a bit inconvenient but not a huge problem - we learned how many appliances were too many to run at once!

Lovely villa and great location

Well equipped and spacious villa, just a couple of minutes from the pine walk. We had a wonderful time, very relaxing and close to restaurants and bars. The pool was large and heated which made it possible to swim in October. Short drive away from some nice beaches and easy access to the amazing bike ride that is the Formentor.

Wonderful stay

The villa was clean and spacious with well needed effective air conditioning. Lovely outdoor space with a shaded seating area and a large pool and huge roof terrace with table tennis table. We had a wonderful family week relaxing at the pool eating out at the many restaurants ( walkable) and looking out at lovely sea views. Communication with David the owner was excellent too. Hope to return in the future!

Family getaway

We visited the villa with our daughters and granddaughter (9 months) and were delighted with what we saw on arrival - and continued to enjoy this lovely villa throughout the week. The location is great and the walk to cafes and restaurants was very pleasant. The villa is very well-equipped throughout and we felt as if we were staying in someone's home - with toys etc. which the baby enjoyed. If we were to return to this part of Majorca we would be delighted to stay in Villa 10 again; thank you!

The photos do not do this property justice. It is lovely and we had the most relaxing week that we did not want to end. Location was tranquil and convenient. The property had everything we could have asked for and more. Just got to work out when we can return now. Great communication from owner and his agent in Mallorca, Toni.

Fantastic villa- great location and super pool!

Loved our stay here. The pool is a great size, location is fantastic- a short walk to the Pine Walk and beaches. Small food within walking distance. We hired a car but unless you want to see the area, it’s not really necessary. We (three friends) will be back. Could easily accommodate 3 couples though! Communication with the owner was also very good. Thank you!

Amazing property in a peaceful area

This property has a very nice location in a very peaceful and calm neighbourhood, only a three minutte stroll from the sea. By only a 10 - 15 min nice walk along the beachside your are in the Central part of Port the Pollença with a variety of dining options. The pictures of the property does not lye about the size of the swimming pool. The house is well equipped and has air conditioners in all sleeping rooms.

October break

Villa was perfect for our October break. Indoor and outdoor living areas are excellent with loads of space and seating. Enjoyed the heated pool and having a daily swim at end of October a real treat. The location is ideal, easy to find with good parking and a short and lovely walk along the pine walk into the town to the restaurants. Communication with David was easy with prompt replies and helpful advice on local knowledge. Overall this is a great villa and a brilliant location. Thanks

Excellent Villa

We had a great stay at this villa. It is an excellent Villa which is really clean and well equipped including lots of toys and things for the kids inc travel cot and high chair which made it really easy with our little one. The Villa was really clean and nice little touches like the travel cot being made up when we arrived. The pool is really nice and plenty of Sun loungers and an outdoor seating area. The photos don’t really do it all justice. The location is great, just a short walk to the pine walk and then a nice walk along the front to the main area where the restaurants and bars are. It’s been a great stay and we hope to return in the future.

July 2024 stay

Had an amazing week at this beautiful villa in a quiet residential area close to the pine walk. Plenty of activities to do in the villa, swimming, table tennis, badminton, board games or just relax around the pool. If you decide to eat out there is a large choice of restaurants along the sea front or main square in the centre. We enjoyed eating lunch at the Store just around the corner and Cultural in the main square. If you are not too bothered about the market I would suggest visiting Pollença old town not on market day, then it is easier to get a bus or taxi there and you can avoid the crowds.

Fabulous holiday house!

We had a two weeks holiday at the villa and we have thoroughly enjoyed it. The house is great, it has everything you can possibly need, including loads of board games, table tennis, badminton net and is 5 min walk to the sea front, where there are dozens of places to eat and drink. The kids really enjoyed the heated pool, of a fantastic size (10x5) The outside area is great to relax, with the mountains view in the background. Much better than the pictures on the listing. Hopefully we’ll be back. Thanks to Toni and Yolanda for looking after us.

Amazing!

The photos as everyone else has said does not do this place justice. Clean and tidy A very private space that isn’t overlooked Pool is a lovely temperature A cot was provided with a mattress and bedding, and a high chair The place has a very homely feel My kids made full use of the toy box that’s there which was a god send given their ages The Villa is less than 5 mins from the sea Lots of kids cutlery so wouldn’t need to bother with our own in the future Has a dishwasher and washing machine Wi-Fi was brill Has a bath - perfect for little ones Lots of sun beds and outdoor furniture Really good size beds Can’t recommend this place enough! Immaculate Property

What a fantastic property! Spotlessly clean with an excess of equipment (more plates, cutlery and glasses/cups that a party of 40 would know what to do with). Bathrooms were great with plentiful hot water and powerful showers. Even with 6 adults and various hair dryers/straighteners, we never experienced any electrical issues that were mentioned in other reviews. The pool and outside areas were perfect with only a slight criticisms that the sun beds were a little uncomfortable and a bbq would be a good addition. The location was nice and quiet with a pleasant 15-20 minute walk, along the beautiful seafront pine walk, to the main centre of bars and restaurants. Highly recommended and would certainly consider a return visit.

Decent overall but room for improvement

The house is broadly as described in the lovely resort of Puerto Pollensa so that`s a positive but there were issues, including one major one. The major issue that needs addressed, and at the very least mentioned in the welcome email, are the electrics of the house which resemble something you`d see in Thailand or India rather than the EU - it concerned me and I do wonder if a fire hazard. Essentially the house has a 9KW capacity and at any given time 6KW is used by the pool heater/pump. This means that turning on anything beyond 2 hobs will fuse the house as we found out to our detriment halfway through cooking dinner. (with no way of turning back on) We were plunged into darkness for 90 minutes. David didn`t as much as apologise and his responses were always rather passive aggressive and curt. I`m not sure if the house has a smoke alarm but it didnt go off when we burnt food one day which further alarmed me in this regard. Even when the house doesnt fuse the lights are constantly flickering and and making a buzzing noise. Other problems (like TV not working and pool heater needing repaired) I can put down to being first people of season. (Toni, your contact on the ground is a lovely man though his phone is always turned off meaning you need to contact via UK) Overall we still managed to enjoy our stay but room for improvement here and electrics need sorted asap.

I’m sorry you did not enjoy your stay in our villa but feel obliged to respond to your comments as the majority of them are unfair and untrue. Our primary concern is the safety of our guests. We have two smoke alarms fitted and working. The electrics have to be checked and have the relevant paperwork completed before being issued with a Tourism Licence. The villa has been completely rewired since we have owned it and a new consumer unit installed. The electrics are perfectly safe and unless the pool heating is running 24/7 then the capacity is more than adequate. Occasionally it does fuse but this is usually rectified with a flick of the switch. The villa is as described in the details and if anything, previous reviews have said that we under represent the villa.

Fabulous villa in great location

We had a truly fabulous stay at this villa, everything was spotless on arrival and the outside space has a real wow factor. The whole family enjoyed the pool which is larger and deeper than you often get in private villas and the space around it was perfect for chilling. Inside the beds were super comfy and the showers were nice and powerful. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of crockery and glasses. The AC was really useful for sleeping at night as it was so warm during our stay. The location of the villa is also really great for the beach and the 15min walk along the pine walk into the centre of town, its also just 5mins walk to a Spar supermarket with fresh baked bread and pastries all day. There are plenty of restaurants in walking distance too. We had a wonderful holiday here with lots of amazing memories.

Very clean and well equipped property. Location great, short walk to beach and along shore into town. Comfortable beds, great showers, well equipped kitchen. Good sized pool and outdoor area. All in all very enjoyable and convenient for us. Great local cycling and lots to do locally
