Une finca de campagne traditionnelle au bord de Pollença avec une vue imprenable sur la vieille ville et les collines environnantes. Coster den Catalanet est une maison familiale confortable dans un endroit paisible et privé avec une allée fermée à seulement dix minutes à pied de tous les cafés, restaurants, magasins et sites historiques de la ville.

Il y a un joli salon au premier étage, profitant de la vue magnifique de la maison. Au rez-de-chaussée, il y a une grande salle à manger et un petit salon confortable, encore une fois avec de belles vues, et une cuisine de ferme. Il y a aussi deux chambres ici - une double et une à lits jumeaux, ainsi qu'une salle de bains familiale et une salle de douche. La troisième chambre, au premier étage, est une chambre double avec un balcon Juliette donnant sur Pollença. La grande salle de bain avec douche juste à côté de la chambre complète cet étage.

En regardant à nouveau Pollença et les montagnes, le jardin avec terrasse relaxante, avec une piscine fermée.
Il y a aussi un barbecue, de beaux vieux oliviers et un coin repas.
Coster den Catalanet a l'une des plus belles vues de toute villa Pollença et à seulement cinq minutes de la vieille ville avec sa place principale atmosphérique. Les longues journées à la plage sont également très faciles avec la belle plage et la baie de Puerto Pollença à dix minutes en voiture.

A phenomenal property situated on a hill overlooking Pollenca. It's a magical place (the villa), a veritable oasis with real privacy. Javier was excellent before and during our arrival. Our stay will long live in our memory.

Lovely villa and location

Very comfortable villa for 6, well equipped and with amazing views over the town. Easy walk for dining and shops. Great terraces and pool for spending a lazy day. Javier and Antonia are extremely friendly and helpful.

Perfection in Pollenca!

We (a family of 3 adults and 2 teenagers) had a superb relaxing one week stay in Javier and Antonia's beautiful home on the edge of Pollenca in August 2023. The property offers the best of both worlds, being both fully equipped with all amenities should you wish stay in and cook/barbecue, and also close enough to Pollenca's pretty town centre to walk to the multitude of excellent restaurants. For us it provided everything we needed for a perfect break!

Great week away

Communication with Javier was really good weeks before arrival. Lovely villa that is well equipped for the whole family and felt like home from home. The outdoor facilities are great with the pool, hot tub and bbq. The lane is quite to negotiate and entrance to the villa is very tight so make sure you don’t have a large car. You can walk into town very easily and the climb to the monastery is a must! Be warned the pool is very cold in September but there is a hot tub to warm up in.

We had a lovely comfortable stay at Villa Coster Catalanet. Fabulous views, great access to the Puig for daily walks (challenging)! Easy access to Pollença by foot or port de Pollença by car. Good range of media with most UK tv channels available. Very clean throughout with plenty of kitchen appliances etc. Very friendly and helpful owner. Could do with a new pool parasol as current one had seen better days otherwise a lovely well maintained villa, ideal for a stay in Pollença.

Perfect Villa and Great Host

Javier's villa is a beautiful property and was the perfect base for our week-long cycling trip in Mallorca. The villa itself was large, clean and well-maintained, and the pool and hot tub were great amenities at the end of a day of cycling. The view of Pollensa is fantastic, and it's only a short few minutes' walk into the town. Javier was a terrific host, and was very accommodating after our flight was delayed several hours and we arrived quite late in the evening. He showed us everything we needed to know about the villa, and gave us tips on things to see and do in the area. We were very happy with our stay, and hope to be back again next year.

Wonderful Villa, great location

Coster Catalanet is a wonderful place to stay and Javier and Antonia are fabulous hosts (and lovely people to meet). With fantastic views over Pollenca but only a 10 minute walk to the town centre, with a huge variety of great restaurants, it's perfect for a very relaxing holiday but with easy access to all the amenities you need. The walk up the hill is brief and not that strenuous, and more than justifies the views. The villa is fully equipped - everything you need in the kitchen plus a full laundry room - and immaculately clean. Having both a pool and jacuzzi covers all options depending upon the time of year you visit. The gardens and terraces are spacious and just as well kept as the interior of the villa. A real 10/10.

Fantastic Holiday Villa in Great Setting

This was the first holiday with myself and my daughters. Javier and his family were there to greet us and show us around. The villa was exactly as described in the listing. It is a very well equipped and carefully planned property with everything you need. The setting of the villa was great with beautiful views of the mountains around you, but with a short walk down into Pollenca itself. Local taxi rank nearby enabled us to visit Puerto de Pollenca too. The walk up behind the villa to Puig de Maria, an old monstery, is a must! Definitely will book again, the hot tub was fabulous, the pool was cold as it was not heated, but then we did go in March! Lovely time had by all, thank you Javier and family xx

Wonderful property, greats hosts, and for us a perfect location. 10 minutes walk from the very centre of Pollenca and a 15 minute (max) drive from the Porta Pollenca beach. Javier was there to greet us and explain the area, where to eat and shop, and the basics like waste disposal etc. very organised and always available. We were lucky enough to book three weeks at the villa and our ever growing family, overlapped for the middle weekend of the first fortnight. We had six adults and three children under 18 months old. High chairs and cots were provided and put up and taken down as families arrived. Great kitchen, everything you could want and the BBQ was very well used. Can’t recommend this property highly enough.

Beautiful villa, stunning location.

The villa is really lovely, - spacious, well equipped, and with amazing views over Pollensa. We spent a very relaxing week here, the pool is perfect and the addition of the hot tub meant we could relax with a glass or two of Cava in the evening watching the lights of the old town. Javier and his family were very welcoming and gave us a lot of local information. The villa is only 10 minutes walk down into the town which is charming with a lot of great restaurants and small boutique shops. For a more lively day/evening it is a short 10 minute drive to Puerto Pollensa where there are many bars, restaurants and tourist shops, loads of watersports available and a lovely beach. Alcudia old town and Port are also only a short drive away. A highlight of our trip was hiring the Esmeralda for a private sunset cruise when we could swim, paddle board and kayak off the boat. We throughly enjoyed our week at Coster Catalanet and highly recommend it.

Great holiday villa in peaceful location

Javier and his wife were very helpful prior to our arrival answering questions and even helped me to get a supermarket delivery order for our arrival which was a great help. They were so helpful and friendly and made us feel very welcome. For example, I asked where to get oven gloves as they weren’t any in the house and they arrived a couple of hours later with new ones! The house was spotless and spacious- air conditioning was perfect and necessary as it was very hot during our stay. The kitchen was well equipped and the terrace was lovely to sit and eat outside but the mosquitoes were bad this summer in Mallorca so we did eat inside a couple of times so it was nice to have two eating areas to choose from. The pool was great and the umbrellas and sun beds worked well and were comfortable. We had 2 cars between us (Nissan jukes) and we found the driveway tight and took some getting used to. It was an easy walk into the town though and if we came again we would hire smaller cars! Many thanks for a wonderful stay

Paradise!

We loved everything about this vacation! Javier and Antonia were the perfect hosts from start to finish. The house ......what can we say? Perfect location - gorgeous views from the pool and hot tub - up above it all, but a few minutes walk into the old town of Pollenca which was lovely, with many varied restaurants, all surprisingly inexpensive. And the wine!! A don't miss is the huge market on Sundays in town - we all loved it and returned to the house with bags of fresh fruit, veggies, bread, the delicious ham etc. The house was immaculate upon arrival and beautiful. It had everything we needed from plenty of towels, well-stocked kitchen, plenty of space for my husband and I and our daughter and son-in-law. From the moment we arrived we all just smiled and relaxed. Our hosts had left us fruit, wine, juice, coffee and milk and a few other items to tide us over which was much appreciated. There's a small grocery store well within walking distance of the house that we stopped at daily - we found we liked it better than the larger grocery store we had to drive to. Traveling is exhausting but we were instantly revived and couldn't wait to explore. We had rented a car but found the bus service, which was a 5 minute walk from the house - to be so convenient (clean, air conditioned and very affordable and ran right on schedule, which was often) that we mostly relied on the buses to go to any of the beautiful surrounding areas. We travel to Europe every year and we all agreed it was an unforgettable, amazing trip - one of our best. With the cold, snowy New England winter fast approaching I find myself dreaming about sitting by that beautiful pool (which Javier kept immaculate - without us ever knowing he was there - it must have been very early in the morning when he came to tend to the pool, hot tub and yard) with a cold glass of white wine, a good book and my family and looking forward to another great meal in town - another spot to explore .........we've all agreed we need to return soon. Thank you again Javier and Antonia for your welcoming kindness and for such a wonderful vacation. Ed, Jenn and Matt send their best!

Country retreat ten minutes from the heart of town

My partner and I stayed here with a friend for a week at the end of May 2017. We have stayed in Mallorca - including Pollensa - many times and I have to say this is probably one of the nicest villas and locations. You really feel as though you're in the country, with goats and chickens in the field next door), but it's a ten minute stroll downhill to all that Pollensa's bars, shops, restaurants, art and architecture have to offer. It is quite a steep climb back up, especially full of good food and wine, and/or carrying provisions. We arrived from Palma by public bus, so we did take a taxi from the bus stop on arrival to help us with our luggage. The villa is comfortably and pleasantly furnished throughout, spotlessly clean and well-kept. The kitchen is compact but very well-equipped with all the glasses, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils you could possibly need; good to have some basics provided - tea, coffee, bread, cheese, milk, juice. The outdoor terrace is lovely for all meals (with sun and shade as required provided by a large umbrella) and it's difficult not just to sit and stare at the views of the mountains and the town. There's an outside BBQ, although we didn't use it. The pool is a good size, very refreshing on hot days, and the Jacuzzi - though not particularly hot - was also good for a change and a massage. There's plenty of space for six sunbeds (which are good quality, as are the poolside umbrellas) and having pool towels provided was helpful given airline luggage restrictions. Javier and Antonia were very welcoming and helpful on arrival and a phone call away if needed. This is a lovely spot. You will notice traffic noise from the main road ten minutes' walk away, but it's not intrusive. The lane leading to the villa is rarely used by traffic, although a lot of hikers walked by on their way to/from the sanctuary. The bus stop on Cecilio Metelli street close by goes to /from Palma and Puerto Pollensa (and from either place, there are plenty of buses across the island, should you want to travel further afield). We didn't do much other than sunbathe, eat and drink, although we did wander up the road alongside the calvary steps (the views are great) and walked down instead of up, and took the bus to the port for a day by the sea. We very much enjoyed our relaxing week here, wished it could have been longer, and would definitely book again. Thanks Javier and Antonia.

Traumhafte Finca in Ortsnähe mit einem sensationellen Blick über Pollensa

Das Haus mit dem wunderschönen Garten hat unsere Erwartungen weit übertroffen. Alle Zimmer der Finca sind in einem tadellosen Zustand. Alle Räume verfügen über eine sehr gut funktionierende Klimaanlage und die Schlafzimmer sind mit sehr großen Wandschränken ausgestattet, sodass das Gepäck sehr gut untergebracht werden kann. Alle drei Bäder sind zweckmäßig ausgestattet, zwei mit einer Dusche und eins mit einer Badewanne. Die Küche lässt ebenfalls keinen Wunsch offen, ein 5 flammiger Gasherd mit entsprechend großem Backofen ermöglicht die Zubereitung aller Speisen. Ein Grill im Außenbereich am Essplatz ergänzt die Kochfreude. Von diesem Essplatz auf der oberen Terrasse, mit einem großen ovalen Glastisch, hat man den sensationellen Blick hinunter auf Pollensa. Es war uns eine Freude jeden Abend dort gemeinsam zu Essen. Vom Essplatz aus gelangt man über wenige Stufen hinunter in den Poolbereich der neben 6 Liegen und 2 weiteren Sonnenschirmen noch einen Whirlpool bietet. Auch von hier schaut man hinunter auf Pollensa. Bis zur Ortsmitte benötigt man ca 10-15 Minuten. Fabulous stay, pictures don't do the villa justice

Javier couldn't do enough to help us, was on hand whenever needed, short walk to Polensa old town bars and restaurants. Up hill on the way back, but no problem. Kitchen was amazingly stocked with cookware. Lovely outdoor eating space with bbq, lovely sun beds with umbellas. Thank you.

Wonderful Stay at Coster Catalanet Villa

Fabulous Villa (amazing air conditioning), wonderful views of Pollensa, great outside spaces and lovely pool. Super location and we would highly recommend.

A beautiful quiet retreat within walking distance of the town

Javier was very welcoming when we arrived at his villa. Nothing was too much trouble. The Villa is situated only a 10 minute walk from the main square of Pollenca, whilst still maintaining a rural and quiet setting. The villa, both inside and out was very clean, and well equipped, with stunning views of the town of pollenca from its elevated position in the living room. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone wanting to enjoy the respectable bars and restaurants of the town, but just far enough away too enjoy the peace of the villa's position. Chris. Beautiful villa, perfect in every way!

We had a wonderful stay in Coster Catalanet. The villa had everything a family could ask for. All facilities of a very high standard, spotlessly clean, beautiful pool, excellent location and stunning views. The villa is within easy walking distance of Pollença town which was a great advantage. Many thanks to Javier for his friendly welcome and guidance on the local area.

Just right

We had a fantastic time at the villa and found it had everything we needed.. The location overlooking Pollenca means it is not too noisy while still being within walking distance.

Hello Dan & Family Thank you very much for your comment of the villa. They could see that the citizens of Pollença on August 2 go a little crazy. It is part of the party, the victory is celebrated that on May 31, 1550, the neighbors repelled the attack of the Turks, who sacked the villages of the Mediterranean. Obviously it has become a party and the date has changed. by yutube or internet you can watch videos of everything, live as you can feel, smell, breathe the atmosphere with the great number of people who visit us these days. Super Urlaub dank einer tollen Finca

Es war ein traumhafter Urlaub. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Unsere Gastgeber / Vermieter Javier und Antonia haben uns so herzlich in Empfang genommen und uns alles gezeigt und uns viele Tipps bezüglich Aktivitäten und Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gegeben. Das Haus ist traumhaft schön und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Der Pool und der Whirlpool sind der Hammer. Alles in Allem ein rundum gelungener Urlaub. An Antonia und Javier nochmals unseren herzlichen Dank. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

The best ever been

We have been many times in the north of the island, and far away our stay in coster Catalanet is been the best ever. Relaxing afternoons in the pool terrace with gorgeous views of Pollença old town. Nice to be close to the town, perfect to go walking to have dinner in the good restaurants of the zone. Also you have all you need in the house, modern and complete equipment. And what to say about Javi and Antonia...can’t be better owners, they made us to feel like at home. Definitely, we will repeat.
