Vue sur l'océan! Condo 2 Br 3 Bath en ville!

Détendez-vous et profitez du café Kona sur votre véranda privée avec vue sur l'océan, en regardant les baleines, les dauphins tournants et amp; couchers de soleil impressionnants. Ce coin (unité d'extrémité) donne sur la piscine et l'espace barbecue de Kona Pacific qui offre également une terrasse avec vue sur l'océan et une salle de lecture / réunion.

Le condo a deux chambres, une avec un lit king size et un petit futon, l'autre ayant un lit queen, et il y a un canapé-lit dans le salon. Cuisine magnifiquement mise à jour avec armoires personnalisées et comptoirs en granit, tous les bons appareils, vaisselle, ustensiles, etc. Les 3 salles de bain complÚtes ont également été rénovées.

Rendez-vous en ville pour le dßner, des festivals et des activités saisonniÚres, des matchs de beach-volley ou simplement une tasse de café sur la digue pendant que vous regardez le coucher du soleil.

The view is perfect. The lanai is huge and just the place to watch the sunset. The condo is well stocked and made it easy to relax and not have to make a mad rush to the grocery store. The pool and grills are well maintained. The complex is very quiet. Great location to walk downtown. We would definitely stay here again.

This property was one of the best properties I have stayed at ever in Hawaii. It had everything and it handled all of our needs. Plus a beautiful lanai and ocean views. It was perfect.

Nice, safe, & clean!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo in Kona. Safe, clean, & good price for partial views. Close walk to main drag with shops & restaurants and a few smaller beaches. Not swimming beaches but beautiful! Only complaint was outlets don’t work in the bathrooms & 2 masks leaked. Lovely time & not to far from many must-see beaches & places on Big Island.

Great view (except power lines). The outrigger race went by. Great walking location to town. Great bed in master. Not so great, lumpy couch. Could use some instructions with tv, or maybe it's just island Spectrum. Nice deck. Corner unit does have a lot of street noise. AC units need cleaning. We cleaned the master filter. Didn't use others.

Great location overlooking pool and the ocean.

We had a great stay in this condominium. It had a great location and view and very comfortable to live in and stay. A short walk to downtown for restaurants,beach and shopping. We enjoyed eating and spending time on the lanai!

Amazing place

We stayed for 3 weeks and had a great time. The lanai is beautiful and the location is great. We could walk to all the great restaurants and a few beaches. The underground parking was nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Kona Vacation

We were pleased with the property. The beds were comfortable, and the unit had everything that we needed for our week stay! We walked to the Luau at the Royal Kona Resort and to downtown Kona multiple times for shopping and eating.

Kona escape

The view from the room was great. It overlooks the ocean and pool. The rooms were clean and spacious. There is a closet full of stuff for a fun day at the beach. I would recommend staying here.

Nice Family unit in Kona

Great location for our family. Close to town, large accommodation. There were many beach items available and pool items available for use if needed. The lanai was wonderful to sit and watch the water. The beds were comfortable. Our only disappointments were that the pool was having an upgrade maintenance for half of our stay. Would absolutely recommend this unit for a family

Well worth it

Great location and property. Enjoyed being close to town and the YWAM campus. Very nice pool. A/C not super efficient in living area so in summer months it’s pretty warm but bedrooms stay nice and cool. Bedding could be a bit cleaner, but that could just be me. Over all we had a great experience!

Fabulous and Spacious

The photos do not do it justice on how large this condo is! I was there with 18 year old son and his friend and we all our own space. The location seems like it could be a bit of a walk into town but its not. Its super close! There is a trolley that runs along the waterfront, currently its free! Makes it easy to get to busy spots!

Well-appointed condo in nice location

First time on the Big Island, and this was a nice find in Kona. Plenty of room for our family of four (including two teens). Having three bathrooms was great! We also loved the big lanai that allowed us to enjoy to fresh air and a nice view of the ocean. The location might be the best thing of all. Right on the southern edge of town, which made for an easy walk to shops, restaurants, farmers market, etc., as well as quick access by car to other parts of Kailua-Kona. Only 20 minutes from the airport, and otherwise, by foot or car, nothing was more than 10 minutes away. Convenient, clean and easy! We'd stay here again.

Arrived at 1:30 am. Opened the door to an awful odour. Condo is old and smells. Furniture and carpets smell and need cleaning or replacement. Needs thorough deep cleaning. Management Company is aware. Location is great, within walking distance to downtown Kona. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Third Times a Charm!

This was our third and longest stay in this same unit (over 3 weeks). Obviously, we really like this unit. Its close enough to the ocean that you can hear the waves crash on the beach and right on the edge of town so we can walk to all ouf our favroite resteraunts and bars. One corner of the big lanai is close to a road, so there is occassional road noise from that spot. Its a good tradeoff for the location! Its a very short drive to Safeway, Walmart, Target, etc. and an easy drive to to Costco if you take the senic upper highway! C. J. Kimberly property management folks were easy to work with as well.

Kona trip

Well, the property was a little less than our standard accommodations in the mainland of the US. I was very surprised not to have central air conditioning and to have small air conditioning units in every room for that to be said it was a very adequate property. I guess we are not there just for the room. The home was located very close to down And the views were OK mostly obstructed but OK. The property maintenance was OK at best the pool condition had algae growing and grass growing out of the tiles. All I can say is Adequate At best. Again, we weren’t there for the room. The beds were quite comfortable. The TV service is OK but location and property essentially located very good thank you again. We enjoyed our trip.
