Chambre des maîtres au deuxième étage avec lit queen, salle de bain complète et terrasse avec vue sur l'océan, mini chambre des maîtres au deuxième étage avec lit queen et demi-bain, chambre supplémentaire avec lit queen, une chambre avec lits superposés, 1 complet et 1 grand lit bain dans le hall. Troisième étage salle de soleil ouvre à grande terrasse avec une vue superbe sur l'océan. Troisième étage contient également une grande salle familiale avec home cinéma, wet-bar, table parfaite pour les soirées de jeux, 1/2 salle de bain et 5ème chambre avec lit queen. La maison a été récemment rénové et est fabuleux.

Perfect Shore Retreat

Great place to share with family and friends! The 3rd floor views are even better than the pictures. We had plenty of space to spread out, and ample bathrooms and showers. The outdoor shower was especially novel and fun for the kids. Quick and easy walk up to the beach and easy go into town to do some shopping or grab a bite to eat. Owners were easy to communicate with. Great stay!

Only cons were no hot tub, no grill, no outside gathering place and steepish stairs (might be an issue for some people). The location was great(one block to beach) sleeping arrangement was perfect for our family

Spacious house, perfect location

We had an incredible beach week at Linda’s house with three families (5 adults and 2 kids). The house is very spacious and the additional third floor bonus room was the best spot for morning and evening hang outs. Can’t beat the location (1 block from the beach) and the neighborhood is quiet and serene.

We had a great time just one block from the beach and 1/4 mile from my cousins. We used to take vacations at Brigantine growing up with our parents so this week was special to us.

Great home and host

The house is perfect for a larger family or multi-family vacation. The house was well kept and spacious. Just a short walk to a very nice beach that wasn't too crowded. The owners were very accommodating. Highly recommend!

Beach Block Paradise

Excellent house for a family looking for a getaway. Comfortably accommodated nine adults and two kids, and in walking distance to an amazing beach that is not overpacked. I would recommend this house to anyone looking a beach vacation without the hustle and bustle of other Jersey-shore options.

Great house and great location! 1 block from the beach, under 5 minute walk with a beach cart and little ones. House is very spacious rooms are on larger side especially for beach house. We spent most of our time on the 3rd floor that held our entire family comfortably with a great deck and views.

Fantastic week at the beach

Owners were great to deal with. The house was exactly as described and was perfect for our group. Proximity to the beach was a big factor with 3 young kids and this house delivered. The house was clean and spacious and the 3rd floor deck was used every single day.

Great beach house

Great house for large groups. Comfortable beds, dining room table accommodates at least 13. Room on 3rd floor with deck great for hanging out. Close to nice beach. Our 2nd year renting this house. Hope to be back again next year.

House was great

The house was great. The second fridge is a bonus with 12 people. The third floor is perfect for the kids during the day then the adults at night. Short walk to the beach which is huge.

Great space for family gathering

The layout of house worked well for us with family of differing ages able to find separate spaces when needed, or able to gather in great too floor area for games, puzzles,, and reading. Close to beach, and everything we needed for beach and for dining was available. Linda was easy to work with and quick to respond. Week just went too quickly!!

Perfect beach vacation

Our family of 13 had a wonderful time. House is big and spacious. Beds are comfortable, kitchen and dining area are big with enough seating for everyone, third floor family room and deck are great. Everyone enjoyed hanging out there. Walk to the beautiful, clean beach was just a block. Neighborhood is quiet but close to many restaurants and shops. Hopefully it will work out for us to stay again next year.

Memorial Day Weekend

This house was everything my friends and I needed for a rainy Memorial Day weekend. Linda was an amazing host. The house blew us away when we first arrived. We had a group of ten and we had plenty of space and privacy so no one felt too cramped. Just a wonderful experience all around.

Great house, great location, great time

This is our second time staying in this house and we will definitely be back. It’s a short walk to the beach and you can see the ocean from the third floor deck. It is in a very quiet and family oriented area. There were 7 adults and six children in our party and there was plenty of room. The owner is very nice and accommodating. There are plenty of beach chairs and beach supplies which makes packing easier! The kitchen table is huge which is great so we could eat as a family.

Perfect stay for extended families

This place had everything! Short walk to a nice beach with views of the ocean from decks and 3rd floor. Kitchen is spacious and well equipped for a large group. Bathrooms up to date and convenient. Loved having two refrigerators and mini fridge. Only needed to bring sheets and towels. Great layout provided space to be together and to have time apart for 3 couples with 4 kids (toddlers, infant, and teen). Games and 2 TVs. Very clean home in a quiet community close to AC.

House was great. VRBO was terrible.

House was better than we expected. Photos do not do it justice. VRBO had "Outages in services" and pretty much washed their hands of the transaction. Advised me to simply complete transaction without theor assistance (Of course, his was after they received their fees).

Perfect house for large groups!

This house was the PERFECT house for our family to spend a week together. Our group consisted of 12 people aging from 2 years old to 62 years old yet we never felt crowded or on top of each other: the layout of the house is ideal for large groups. The house is equipped with everything you could possibly need: Two coffee makers, dishes, pots and pans, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, toys, coloring books, crayons, board games, high chairs. We wanted for nothing. The extra full size fridgerator came in clutch as we made lots of salads/meals ahead when we came. We did not struggle for space in the fridge - even with two men who love to have their cold sodas on the beach. The third story was such a fun place to hang out in the evenings playing games, enjoying the deck, and watching tv. It gave us space to still have family time even after the kids were asleep on the floor below. My favorite features of the house were the long table where we all fit for meals, and the outdoor shower, which made it easy to keep the sand out of the already immaculate house. The location of the house could not have been better. It is a straight shot to the beach entrance - about a 150 meter walk. It was easy to take the kids back when they needed to use the restroom or if one of them needed a break from the sun. As we drove away, my husband was already trying to figure out when we could rebook the house and spend another week. The perfect house for a large group.

Fantastic Family Vacation

This house was great! The layout was perfect for our large extended family spending a long weekend together in Brigantine. We had plenty of room to be together and also apart. The large family room on the third floor was our favorite place to be! We will be coming back!

We have owned a vacation property in beautiful Brigantine for over 15 years and we love the island. You get all the benefits of an island vacation without the crowds you find in other beach towns. There are plenty of restaurants, outdoor activities and shops and Atlantic City is a short drive away.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We renovated the house in 2017 and try to make some upgrades every winter. It is bright and clean and full of new furnishings. We have added new air conditioning and heat, upgraded the kitchen, replaced most of the flooring, painted the entire house and upgraded the furnishings and bedding. All appliances were replaced in 2017. We have replaced both full bathrooms and the half bath in the mini master bedroom on the second floor.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

In addition to having 5 large bedrooms, this house has lots of common area and is very comfortable for a group or a family. The first floor dining room and kitchen can accommodate a large group, and the third floor sun room, family room and deck are perfect for a crowd and also features a wet bar and a dining/game area.
