Villa Kyma offers panoramic sea views over Chania bay while swimming in the infinity pool or relaxing at the romantic outdoor dining area. It is located at Akrotiri area where you can find lovely sandy beaches such as Tersanas, Kalathas and Stavros. Moreover there are many local taverns, supermarkets and shops within a 5 min drive from the property.

Villa Kyma is a 5 star luxury property with a 50 sqm private heated mosaic infinity pool and has 280 sqm living space ensuring that guests will be comfortable and private in their own space. Exterior area has BBQ, lounge furniture and sunbeds by the pool. Villa Kyma can accommodate up to 10 guests in its 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, 4 of them en suite. It has two living rooms with large glass windows offering breathtaking views, cozy dining area and with a modern large fully equipped kitchen. The main living room is located at the pool level and has direct access to the main terrace and outdoor pergola covered dining area. The second living room can be closed and changed in to a comfortable twin bedroom.
A pathway to the sea can lead you to swim in a rocky coastline. Nearest sandy organized beach is Tersanas beach at 1300m from Kyma villa. With a 20 min drive you can visit Venice of Crete, Chania city. It has a picturesque Venetian port, many nightlife choices, a huge variety of shops and restaurants.

Please note that the temperature of the heated pool goes up to approx. 5 degrees Celsius higher than the ambient air temperature.
-Damage deposit of 900 Euros will be requested in order to book this property which will be refunded in full 24H after your departure day

I am Manos, owner and manager of CreteVillas4U. I have been in the hospitality sector long before CreteVillas4U, however. I was actually born, grew up, and spent most of my life in a hotel owned by my family. So, I guess it came as no surprise when I expressed my wish to study in Rhodesâ Tourism School and, later on, when I decided to start my own business in the sector.
One thing I learned growing up in a family-run hotel is that hospitality is more than hotel management, logistics and operations. It is a culture, passing down from one generation to the next. You can study to be a hotel manager but you cannot study to be hospitable.
I apply this philosophy in my business as well. The rule is simple: the guests of the villas I manage are my guests. As an active traveller, I expect nothing less myself.
The fourth generation of Dafermos hoteliers has already been born. I know now that my two beautiful children will probably follow my steps, like I did before them. There is a small difference though: they are smarter, more educated, better (big smile).
