Nous sommes fiers d'annoncer que notre villa a été choisie par le Sunday Times comme l'une des 50 villas les plus sensationnelles d'Europe.

Olea Villas est un développement de luxe de deux villas indépendantes spacieuses situées dans un terrain de quatre hectares dans une oliveraie. Les villas donnent sur la magnifique baie de Loutraki. Construits en pierre, ils sont un délice architectural avec des chambres spacieuses et de grandes fenêtres. Les intérieurs pastel combinent élégance simple et design magnifique avec confort et luxe.

Il est situé à seulement 170 mètres de la plage de sable fin de Loutraki. On peut nager dans les eaux turquoises et cristallines d'une jolie baie abritée. La plage de Loutraki propose des chaises longues et des parasols, un petit café pour des déjeuners simples et un restaurant proposant une cuisine crétoise authentique.

Environ 1, 3 km au nord le long de la côte se trouve la magnifique baie de Marathi avec trois plages incroyables, plusieurs restaurants et un café de plage.

Rez-de-chaussée:

Grand salon à aire ouverte avec des canapés confortables, une salle à manger et une cuisine entièrement équipée. De la salle à manger, des portes en verre séparent une salle à manger en plein air sur un grand balcon couvert offrant une vue imprenable sur la mer. De l'autre côté, le salon est relié à une grande terrasse ouverte à côté de la piscine à débordement privée.

Premier étage:

Chambre avec lit king size, armoire encastrée et salle de bain avec douche.

Étage inférieur:

Deux chambres avec lits king size (peuvent être convertis en lits jumeaux), salle de bains pour chaque chambre et placard. Entre les chambres, il y a une salle de jeux avec jeux vidéo (Xbox 360, Nintendo) et un home cinéma avec une grande collection de films.

Espace extérieur:

Un merveilleux jardin privé au rez-de-chaussée entoure la villa et la piscine avec chaises longues pour profiter du soleil. Près de la piscine, un bain à remous vous offre une relaxation ultime. Ici, vous renouvellerez votre esprit et réaliserez que l'environnement vous offre le moment idéal, à chaque fois. Après le coucher du soleil ou tôt le matin, vous pourrez explorer le jardin naturel du complexe.

Five star stay in Crete

We had a wonderful holiday, the villa is amazing, both internally and externally. The location is ideal with lovely beaches and a Taverna just a short walk away. The Villa has all the facilities you would need for a family or friends and I would highly recommend the property to anyone. George and his wife were very, very friendly and helpful and you couldn't have better or nicer hosts and the pies were delicious. This was a five star villa and a five star holiday.

Incredible vacation

The villas are absolutely beautiful. I strongly recommend this villa to anyone. Less than a one minute walk to beach and two local tavernas and a 2 min drive to 5 other great restos. 15-20 min drive to Chania. Location is best mix of small beach town vibe and close access to large tourist city if you want that. Owners are super nice and made us homemade pastries. Strongly recommend this villa. I will be back for sure. Villas are impeccably maintained.

A lovely property with delightful hosts

Stayed a week 3 couples all three rooms had king sized beds and ensuite. The house was well looked after and very comfortable. We paid to get the hot tub heated and really enjoyed sitting in that. Garden and pool well maintained. A 2 minute walk to a really nice taverna so no designated driver issue. The beach nearby was very nice too. The hosts mum cooked us the most delicious custard/cream pie which I must admit was off the scale delicious. We would certainly recommend this property.

Perfect villa holiday

The villa was beautiful - modern and light and very clean. The outside space was fantastic with 2 sitting areas with a lovely view across the sea and a pool and beautiful garden. It is about 100 yards from the beach with another lovely beach about a mile away. There is a taverna about 50 yards down the hill which served very good traditional Cretan food at extremely good prices and there are more restaurants at Marathi beach about a mile away. The owner George and his wife were delightful - very helpful and making sure everything was ok for us without being intrusive and Vicky also looked after us very well. This is a fantastic place to stay and we would definitely come back again.

An outstanding place to stay!

We have just spent a wonderful week in this beautiful villa. It is architecturally stunning, and equipped with everything you could need. The location, on the hillside overlooking the sea is beautiful and the gardens are spectacular, in particular the amazing jasmine plants which fill the air with perfume. George and his wife live nearby and were so kind and helpful. They made us traditional Greek pastries and helped us print documents for our boat hire. Nothing was too much trouble. The daily cleaning was such luxury, and she even made us pizza! It was a very tranquil, private place to stay, and we rarely left even though the beautiful bay with a safe beach and taverna was less than 5 minutes’ walk. We asked for the pool to be heated which was perfect as we could swim all day even though it was early in the season, and the enormous jacuzzi was a real treat. We were very sad to leave and hope to return for another relaxing stay in the future. Many thanks!

Beautiful home and amazing service

This is a truly special property. I stayed with my two daughters (ages 9 and 11) my nephew (age 10) and my brother and sister in law. The property was perfect for us. The entire house had incredible views and was impeccably maintained. Savoula, the housekeeper, treated us like family and was attentive to every detail, even bringing us fresh bread every morning. George, who greeted us upon arrival, made our stay perfect, recommending restaurants and a day cruise which the whole family enjoyed. He maintains a beautiful garden on the property, in addition to the olive grove, and you can smell and sample the variety of herbs in your kitchen. They also helped make my daughter's birthday celebration very special, thank you George! If you want a perfect vacation in Chania, walking distance to the beach, with warm and friendly service, this is your rental. Don't bother looking anywhere else.

“Fantastic relaxing stay at this luxury villa”

My wife and I treated our two children with their spouses and our two grand children to an unforgettably relaxing and luxurious holiday at Villa Olea. Every detail of the Villa was top of the line, from the barbecue to the linen. Every room had it's own bath, a/c, fan and sat TV. We do not go on holiday to watch TV but it was a pleasant bonus to lie in bed and watch a little news & sports if we wanted. The pool and Jacuzzi were kept immaculate by the daily pool cleaning service and we were spoiled with the daily maid service, which was excellent. The restaurant right in front of the Villa had fantastic friendly owners and made great food. The walk to the beach, which seemed like a private beach, took 4 minutes and never had anything like a crowd or noisy tourists. Always very relaxing and another great little cafe where we had salads and coffee brought to our beach chairs. The beach was perfect for small children and for grownup snorklers. For an adventure you can drive 5 minutes to the next beach and have a choice of 4 restaurants. But one of our favorite things was to prepare dinner in the well equipped kitchen and sit in the beautifully landscaped garden and eat our dinner outside with the lights in the olive trees. It was what a holiday is supposed to be, everything just as you could have hoped for, and more. A true highlight was how accommodating the owners are. We even received a home made cake from them which was out of this world, and a beautiful hand painted dish which is now in our living room reminding us of the remarkable week at this villa. I can not say enough good about the whole experience.

We are very pleased that you enjoyed the villa and the location as well. You are right that Loutraki beach seems like a private beach during mid/low season months. Marathi beach which is only 1.4km from Olea is more busy, so you get the best of both worlds depending on your preferences. The outdoor garden was designed to provide a relaxing and tranquil atmosphere and based on your comments it looks like we have achieved it. Très belle maison, parfaitement équipée.

Nous avons passé 15jours dans ce logement, l’annonce reflète parfaitement la beauté de la maison. Une femme de ménage passe tous les jours nettoyer et changer les draps, un pisciniste passe 1 jour sur 2 réaliser l’entretien de la piscine. La femme du propriétaire nous a fait par 2 fois de délicieuses spécialités grecques. La maison est située près de 2 plages, une petite tout près de la maison, parfaite pour une baignade et une plus grande à 2km où il y avait tout ce que l’on peut souhaiter, bateaux à louer, canoë, paddle, transat… Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Un vrai paradis!

Une villa d'exception ! Tout est magnifique, la maison est parfaitement entretenue avec tout ce que vous souhaitez pour un séjour parfait. Georges et son personnel apportent des attentions spéciales lors de votre séjour. La vue est fantastique. Quelques tavernas à proximité où vous vous régalerez. La plage en bas de la villa est petite et bondée, mais à 10 minutes de voiture, une plage plus intéressante vous attend. Chania est à 25 minutes en voiture. Vous ne pouvez être déçu ! À recommander vivement !

A PARADISE ON EARTH!

This villa is fantastic and has a beautiful design as on the web site! The view from the terrace is very fantastic! The garden and the pool are very maintained! …and it’s the same inside the villa! Everything was perfect during our vacation. We were 2 adults and 3 children… The owners Georgios & Alexis are very allowing and friendly, every time ready to help you for any request. We also would definitely recommend getting the chef and his wife to come to the villa to cook some evening meals - the food was amazing. We had an excellent stay in the “Olea Villas”, thanks to owners who were really nice, very hospitable, and had a very good spirit customer centric. And thank you so much Alex for your welcome and your proactive service especially for the birthday of Sophie and for the organization of our day on a private boat! We are very pleased to have met you! See you soon and enjoy your life…!

Loutraki

Les propriétaires sont absolument charmants , l’architecture de la maison est agréable, le jardin est très beau, la piscine agréable même si elle est petite, il y a bien la vue sur la mer mais pas celle montrée sur le site Abritel car en fait, il y a d’abord un parking plutôt moche. La plage est effectivement à 2 minutes à pieds mais elle est archibondée, impossible d’y mettre une serviette passé 10h, la plage privée a connu de meilleurs jours avec des transats sales, des paillotes fatiguées et l’autre plage à 5 minutes en voiture est exactement du même acabit. Pour les chambres, elles ont toutes un mur vitré qui donne sur une pièce sans volets et donc vous êtes réveillés avec le soleil levant( très beau) :c’est fatiguant à force de se lever à 7h00 tous les jours . De plus, les deux villas sont extrêmement proches, avec donc le bruit des voisins ( musique, enfants dans la piscine contiguë). Enfin, pour les wc, il est interdit d’y mettre le papier, ce qui est la première fois pour moi comme pour mes amis venus plusieurs fois en Grèce . Cette villa ne vaut en aucun cas 5 étoiles malgré la gentillesse des propriétaires

Le beach club dispose de chaises longues confortables et de lits de jour où vous pouvez vous détendre et déguster des boissons servies directement à votre transat. De plus, le nouveau restaurant cinq étoiles est ouvert, offrant une merveilleuse expérience culinaire - un endroit parfait pour se détendre et profiter des magnifiques environs. Nous souhaitons également aborder vos préoccupations concernant le bruit provenant de la villa voisine. Bien que nous n'ayons pas reçu de plaintes similaires dans le passé, nous prenons vos retours au sérieux et explorons des solutions potentielles pour atténuer les nuisances sonores, garantissant ainsi un environnement plus paisible pour nos invités. Cela dit, nous croyons que cet incident était une exception en raison d'une célébration d'anniversaire familial qui a eu lieu pendant quelques heures un jour précis de votre séjour. Traumhafter Urlaub

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub in einem außergewöhnlich schönen Haus. Es ist stilvoll eingericht, sehr gut ausgestattet und vor allem sehr sauber. Dafür hat Vicky jeden Tag gesorgt! Aus jedem Raum hat man einen fantastischen Blick aufs Meer. Die Lage ist perfekt, denn man erreicht fußläufig zwei schöne Buchten und man ist mit dem Auto schnell in Chania. Georgios war ein sehr freundlicher und aufmerksamer Gastgeber, der sich hervorragend um alles gekümmert hat. Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen!

Fantastic villa, great location

Fantastic villa in a great location, close to two bays within walking distance with lovely restaurants and beaches. We booked the private chef one night which was excellent; the best food we had during our stay. Alex and his father, George were great hosts and happily arranged a taxi for us when required. Home cooked pie on arrival was a really lovely touch and unexpected. The only sleight disappointment was that we couldn't use the pool as it was freezing cold and didn't receive sunshine for very long.

Amazing Villa with stunning views

It is no surprise this Villa has been voted one of the top 50 Villa's in Europe. The Villa is beautiful and the location is great. George, Alex's father, is a superb host. George's wife made a fantastic Greek pie for our group to enjoy. The location is great and it is an easy walk to a wonderful private beach. There were never more than 25 people on the beach. There is a great tavern down the hill from the Villa and we ate there twice. It was very easy to get a Taxi to town for dinners since George offered to schedule cabs for us. We will definitely come back!!

A wonderful property

Just a short ride from the airport and Chania city, this property is perfect. Provides a comfortable and private stay. The pool and hot tub are both great to have. They are so nice they we didn't even get a chance to go down to the private beach. We arranged to have a private chef one night and it was hands down the best meal we had during our 10 days in Greece! The property was clean and comfortable. The kitchen has all items needed to make a meal. The views are great. The pictures are very accurate to being in person.

A perfect mountain/beach retreat

Our stay at Olea Villa was extraordinary, from the warmth and hospitality of the owner, Georges, to the friendly and attentive Vicki who kept things clean and organized. And then there was Georges’ wife’s pie, delivered warm and so delicious! We felt like we were in a dream staying in such a beautiful place, walking to the beach and local tavernas or taking day trips to see more of Crete. It was an ideal vacation and we can’t recommend Olea Villas more strongly. You won’t regret a stay in this beautiful place!

We were a group of 4 and had an absolutely brilliant time. Alex and his Father were extremely attentive to any of our needs. The property itself was well serviced and just a beautiful place to stay. Unfortunately we could not use the hot during the pandemic which was a shame however the pool was warm and the beach close by with beach bar made up for it!! The location was great, close the airport and the town centre therefore we were able to order taxis to and from the city centre with great ease. This is the place to stay in Chania! I couldn't fault it!

Über die traumhafte Architektur wurde bereits in vorherigen Bewertungen berichtet. Dies können wir ( Familie mit 2 17 jährigen Töchtern) nur bestätigen. Absolut durchdacht, nichts hat gefehlt und das Haus versprühte sowohl tagsüber als auch abends bei toller Beleuchtung Charme. Vom Flughafen Heraklion ( leider wurde unser Flug nach Chania gecancelt) haben wir 2 Stunden gebraucht, konnten die Fahrt an der schönen Küste Kretas genießen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut, so konnten wir das Haus ohne Probleme finden. Wir wurden von George , dem Vater des Vermieters freundlich begrüßt und in das Haus und die Umgebung eingewiesen. Der Kühlschrank war schon gut gefüllt, so dass wir erst einmal in Ruhe ankommen konnten. Die Lage war für uns perfekt- außerhalb, um unsere Ruhe zu haben aber trotzdem so nah, dass wir abends in 20 Minuten in Chania zum Essen gehen sein konnten. Ein kleiner Strand ( Loutraki Beach) war in 2 Minuten zu erreichen. Oft haben wir aber den tollen Poolbereich zum Entspannen genutzt. Die Villa war für uns daneben ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Tagestouren nach Elafonisi, Farlanassa, Balos.... Doch immer gern sind wir dann nachmittags in unsere Villa zurückgekommen. George und seine Frau waren sehr gastfreundlich, Zweimal verwöhnten sie uns mit typischen griechischen Kuchen/ Aufläufen. Eine Reinigung erfolgte alle 2 Tage, was völlig ausreichend war. Die Vollausstattung der Küche haben wir kaum genutzt, aber für Hobbyköche ist alles vorhanden. Es war ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt und wir haben einen erneuten Aufenthalt bereits ins Auge gefasst.

Great Holiday

Perfect host, great location and a beautiful house. We have been in many houses in Europe but this is a house were you do not miss anything. Everything is there what you may need and even hat you perhaps do not need. House is cleaned every day and the maid is one you want at home. We had a great holiday and one to be remembered.

Wonderful Owners/caretakers for a Beautiful Villa!!

Our stay at Olea in November was simply wonderful! Although not exactly beach weather, we were determined to take advantage of the sunshine and spent lots of time on the patio, the little beach down the street and took a quick dip in the beautiful sea. The villa was spotless and gorgeous with fabulous views but what made our stay most enjoyable was the hospitality and friendliness of George, Alex and Vicki. They were so very accommodating! Vicki brought us delicious warm treats on more than a few occasions. We hired the chef that was recommended and the food was so good that we asked him to come back again for our last night. Again, the food was outstanding! Thank you so much George, Alex & Vicki for all you did to make this such a wonderful vacation. Cheers from Mary Ann, Rob, Emily & Mike in Rhode Island, USA
