Une villa récemment rénovée située brillamment situé au cœur de Coral Bay. Google maps ref 34 ° 51'04. 7 "N 32 ° 22'48. 2" E
Son littéralement quelques minutes pour la bande principale alors quand vient à l'emplacement vous ne faire mieux.
De magnifiques jardins paysagers, récemment rénové piscine avec l'ajout d'un escalier romain, douche extérieure.
Vous pourrez dîner sous une pergola avec barbecue construit en briques face à la piscine.

Lovely setting and great outlook. Really nice to wake up to hear the gentle waves. Pool v clean although water too cold in early March to use it! Well stocked with kitchen utensils, plates, glasses etc. Roomy apartment with two balconies and a terrace. Good value for money. It is not a new apartment hence the price point, but it has a great vibe and authenticity to it. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance.

Lovely stay, lovely villa

Enjoyed our time in the villa. We stayed for two weeks and had a late flight home, Lisa allowed us to have a late check out and booked our taxi to and from airport which is much appreciated!There was a welcome pack upon arrival which was a lovely touch. Area is fab! So close to the strip and coral bay but still quiet!

Excellent villa in a fabulous location

Excellent villa , with plenty of room, very clean and spacious, the poolside area was lovely as was the outside dining and barbecue area. The location was perfect, a genuine 3 to 5 minute walk to plenty of bars and restaurants.

Amazing villa with sea views

This was a great place for our family of 4, loads of space, fantastic pool and amazing views to the sea. Walkable to the strip that had everything you needed.

Great place and a short walk to the bars

Everything was perfect. It’s a short walk to the bars and restaurants and a 20 minute walk to the beach.

Loved this villa !!! Amazing stay.

This is the first time we used a villa as opposed to a hotel and will never look back. It was bigger than we thought it would be, pictures don’t do it justice. Short walk to the strip to eat out everyday, its location is perfect. Quite a steep slope to walk up but gets your exercise in for the day. It has all the luxuries from home making it so comfortable. I will definitely book again.

Fabulous Views

If rest, relaxation and fabulous views are what you are looking for - this is perfect. Lovely quiet area. Villa is somewhat dated and needs modernising - but that said has everything in it you could want. With just a short walk into the town with lots of nice restaurants to choose from. We would definitely return to Coral Bay.

Amazing views

Amazing views the villa catered for all the pool was well used as weather was amazing! Hosts was easy to talk to and reach if needed all in all amazing place slight down fall the little hill leading down to the villa other than that amazing very happy will return next year.

Couldn’t have a better location but the property is in need of an update and for that reason I wouldn’t come again Outside space was okay for the 2 of us but would find a bit cramped for 6 people and there was only 1 umbrella Freda

Hi Many thanks for your review. the property is exactly as is shown on the photos? w e never falsely represent a villa in the photos. It is furnished and designed in a traditional Cypriot style Had we made it contemporary and very modern the cost per week would be double the price we have it at. Its balance as to what guests want, front line in a stunning location with a private pool and amazing views at a price they can afford . Outside we have the full length first floor balcony with lounge furniture on taking in the views and to the ground floor the outside dining seats 6 and is under cover. In addition we have 6 sun loungers around the 8m by 4m pool. We also have a second first floor balcony to the front of the property so offering plenty of outside space and options. kind regards Lisa I am sure you will love the villa you have booked with us for next year. it is a smaller viila but very contemporary , and not front line but nice views from the first floor.

Lovely villa

Close to the main strip, lots of nice restaurants and bars. Villa was spacious for the 4 of us, clean and welcoming. Only thing missing was pool heating, water temperature was too cold some days for swimming, but otherwise fab Holiday had by all.

Hi Debbie so pleased you had fabulous stay with us,. its so useful for future guests to hear someones experience that has stayed with us. glad you liked the vila, location ect. there are some villas with pool heating but you will have to pay upto 60 euros a day surcharge as its very expensive to run. All in all we had a lovely holiday. The only down full was the party's going on around us, but that was no fault of the villa where we stayed. We would go back again, loved the area.

Villa with everything you need

We really appreciated our stay in Coral bay - Kings Paradise in april 2018. We especially loved the garden with all kinds of flowers for brekfast, lunch and all over the day. Perfect location to shops and restaurants. A nice walk to the bay but of course we also used the pool frequently.

Amazing Family Vacation

I travelled here with my family and some of my partners family and it’s safe to say this is the perfect villa of you want to have space, be close to the shops/restaurants, and also to the beach. Lisa was extremely responsive whenever I had a question, and this was an amazing holiday experience (our first time abroad in 3 years since pre covid). Would highly recommend this place to stay. Fantastic!

We’ve just spent a week in this stunning Villa. I’m certainly going to miss waking up to that sea view. Villa is beautiful and close to the coral Bay strip (5 minute walk). Lots of lovely restaurants and a large supermarket that has everything you’ll need. The host was really lovely. Such a fantastic holiday. Thank you ☺️

I am Lisa,my husband & I own three villas in Coral Bay, we emigrated to Cyprus in 2006, with our 2 children. Our children have now finished school here and are at uni and miss Cyprus life!.We bought a lump of mud on honeymoon and had our holiday villa built in 2001 , we initially lived here whilst we had our house built and we started renting it out 15 year ago and having been holiday makers knew what people looked for, it proved very successful so we have expanded purely in this area looking after properties such as this beautiful villa from neighbours and friends and buying a couple more ourselves.Felix and I personally look after our villas . We live locally (5 mins drive away) we can provide that added extra personal service, you can not often get, ie. sorting cars, taxis, massage etc. We are both UK hospitality trained so offer great standards. staying with us you get discounts at many local bars, restaurants and trips etc.
