Fabuleux Brand New 3 chambres 3 salles de bain avec grande piscine chauffée

La villa a une position cul de sac sur un grand terrain paysager clos avec piscine chauffée de 10m. Vue sur la mer depuis le premier étage. Dix minutes à pied de la plage de Coral Bay et de la bande principale. La piscine privée a des marches romaines est entourée d'un patio et d'un grand jardin paysager. Trois grandes chambres, deux en suite au premier étage, une troisième chambre et une salle de bain au rez-de-chaussée. La cuisine est très grande et bien équipée, avec des plans de travail en granit. Grande salle à manger avec portes-fenêtres donnant sur l'extérieur. Beau salon spacieux avec de grands canapés, TV, DVD, TV satellite et wifi. Le barbecue en brique se trouve dans le jardin à proximité de la salle à manger extérieure couverte. Il y a beaucoup d'espace de stationnement hors route avec une pergola pour l'ombre. En restant avec nous, vous avez droit à des réductions dans de nombreuses attractions touristiques et restaurants

Great location and ideal for family group

Stayed here with our family in September 2023. Very good location being away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to walk into Coral Bay. The neighbourhood was quiet with the garden and pool both very private.

We enjoyed our stay,The house is a great size and place for a family and the size of the pool is well worth it, it’s in a good location,Lisa was very quick to deal with my correspondence and kindly provided us with a welcome package. She also bought us some oven gloves going above and beyond,Our issues were mainly down to the furniture and appliances being rather dated, some appliances didn’t work (coffee filter - but we poured the kettle through it), but mostly the upstairs bathrooms had significant limescale build up and deterioration and the master shower didn’t drain properly. And so whilst it was clean the house it needs some renovation.A big thing also was we didn’t have WiFi when we turned up and for 2.5 days and in turn TV because it’s run off the WiFi. This was hard with two young kids and meant we were charged extra for using our phones abroad. Lisa and Felix were responsive and did get it sorted by replacing the (old) router. I feel as though something should’ve been offered for this (we didn’t ask for anything though). All in all it’s a nice place and base for visiting Cyprus

HI Thanks for your review. we are pleased you had enjoyed your stay with us. Your comments re the brand new coffee machine are very strange! and you didnt mention not being able tow work it when you messaged within an hour of being in the villa requesting oven gloves in addition to the tea towels ( one is a thicker one) the box for the machine was even still at the villa and it was left it full of cold coffee and the coffee in the filter for us to clean on your departure so clearly had been used!. The reference to dated appliances is rather strange as the fridge, washing machine and dishwasher all all still under their 1 year warranty! so hardly dated and obviously all still on perfect working order. All furniture is exactly as the photos and of high quality with solid wood etc.This is why we get so many repeats and 5* reviews. The wifi was tested on your morning of your later arrival and fine and then unfortunately a fault with the router ( its not an old router not fit for purpose , its a cyta one which is the main supplier on the island , the Tuesday was bank holiday wo they wont come out but it was replaced on the Wednesday morning. we always do out upmost to ensure its sorted asap. one day with no wifi we didnt feel someone would be expecting compensation! Your shower became full of someones hair which does affect draining . Our return score was due to the cleanliness of the villa,bins being left full , chocolate on the settee etc. regards Lisa

Living the dream in Coral Bay.

A beautiful well maintained villa in a great location. Only a 10 minute walk to the beach, supermarket, bars and restaurants. Lovely views from main bedroom terrace. Would definitely come back again.

Lovely private pool and gardens. Villa was well equipped . Although towels and pool towels were provided only 1 shower towel and one pool towel per person. We did wash them but as cooler nights towards the end of the season they did not dry in time for next day. Very close to Coral Bay but part of busy road did not have pavements and with a pram wasnt possible to walk.

It is standard practise to supply on bath towel per guest in all villa rentals, we however also provide a pool towel and a hand towel per guest. We also provide washing tablets and on all stays over 14 nights you get them changed after a week. Many people choose to wash them more regularly and if you wash on a morning by the time its lunchtime they are dry . With a pram i would have gone left out of the villa heading down towards the sea rather than right heading up towards the main road as this way is a lovely quiet walk bringing you out at the bottom of the strip. Fabulous relaxing holiday

My wife and I had a glorious 3 days at this beautiful villa in Coral Bay. Only 20 mins drive from Paphos and well located for the beach, shops and dozens of restaurants, it is a great location. Lisa and Felix provided loads of useful information about the villa and surrounding area. Highly recommended.

Our children have now finished school here and are at uni and miss Cyprus life!.We bought a lump of mud on honeymoon and had our holiday villa built in 2001 , we initially lived here whilst we had our house built and we started renting it out 14 year ago and having been holiday makers knew what people looked for, it proved very successful so we have expanded purely in this area looking after properties such as this beautiful villa from neighbours and friends and buying a couple more ourselves.Felix and I personally look after our villas . We live locally (5 mins drive away) we can provide that added extra personal service, you can not often get, ie. sorting cars, taxis, massage etc. We are both UK hospitality trained so offer great standards. staying with us you get discounts at many local bars, restaurants and trips etc.

Its spacious , modern, well built, it has large garden, fully enclosed, 10m pool with the option of pool heating for those colder months. The villa has under floor heating so really can be let 12 months a year.The location is perfect within an easy walk to Coral Bay centre with bars and restaurants, no car needed unless you want to explore.
