Très grande villa privée de luxe de 3/4 chambres avec vue imprenable sur la mer

Villa BayView est une villa de luxe privée exclusive et très grande, répartie sur 4 niveaux et finie à un niveau très élevé. Un service complet de rencontre et d'accueil est inclus, tout comme un généreux pack de bienvenue comprenant du vin et de la bière. Situé sur une position élevée surplombant Coral Bay, avec air conditionné complet, 4 terrasses, (1 couverte pour les déjeuners prolongés!) et un intérieur très spacieux avec un extérieur magnifiquement paysagé. La piscine est un très grand 10m x 5m et dispose de marches romaines. Le centre du village avec quelques tavernes et bars est à moins de 2 minutes en voiture, et la station balnéaire de Coral Bay est accessible en 5 minutes en voiture. Coral Bay est célèbre pour sa plage de sable protégée et possède de nombreux restaurants, bars, boutiques et discothèques internationaux. La ville et le port de Paphos sont accessibles en 20 minutes en voiture le long de la route côtière avec l'aéroport de Paphos à environ 30 minutes en voiture de la villa.

Lovely villa with amazing views

Just spent a week at this lovely villa. Arrived to the best welcome pack. This villa is much better and bigger than the photos show. Situated in a quiet area in the hills, we enjoyed the peace. The stairs kept us fit and we enjoyed the large swimming pool area and each of the balconies for eating and relaxing. We had a car so got around easily within a few minutes drive to Coral Bay and supermarket and lots of other great things to do. The games room was a plus, we had a pool tournament in the evening with our teenager. Wish we stayed longer.

Home from home!

We’ve stayed at Bay View Villa many times and at other villas in Peyia but this is definitely our favourite! The views are incredible! Plenty of space to have some quiet time and works for us travelling with older children/parent. Villa was nice and clean and nice to see all the improvements from last year (new pool lining, washing machine, gorgeous equine print! If you like to ride then George’s Ranch is a must!) Looking forward to our next trip! And as always thank you for the welcome pack….this is very welcomed after a long day travelling!!

Lovely villa with spectacular views

Nice villa well equipped in lovely village with spectacular views of surrounding hillside and coral Bay Area out to the ocean. Peaceful and quite location, couple of minutes from Coral Bay where there great choice in terms of places to eat and drink, plus a fabulous beach.

As ever had a lovely stay at this fantastic villa, some nice additional furniture since last time & a great addition down by the pool of a pergola giving welcome shade when needed. Already booked for next year !

Amazing Views

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. It was a little difficult to find, as we arrived at night, but found the villa eventually. The place was lovely and clean. Bedrooms were comfortable and tidy and the kitchen had everything we needed. The small welcome pack was much appreciated. Wifi was very good. Obviously the outside is the real reason for renting this villa and it didn’t disappoint. The views are amazing and the pool is fantastic. We will definitely be staying here again.

Amazing views

We stayed in July for 4 weeks and were very impressed. The views are fantastic and one of the best we have had over our many years of coming to Cyprus. The pool area was great very quiet and relaxing. The Villa had everything we needed and the pool table was a hit with our 3 teenagers. We regularly walked into Peyia and also to get the bus to Coral Bay but also hired a car to explore the rest of the island. Steve and Angie who look after the Villa were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here.

What a View

A large, well equipped and comfortable villa with views to die for. A few minor points that were brought to Angie's attention for rectifying. A thoroughly enjoyable holiday in a lovely part of the island. The town of Peyia was 15 minutes walk away with Coral Bay being about 5 minutes drive, with plenty of taverns bars and restaurants to chose from. Communication with the owner was plentiful and informative making the arrival process simple even after the usual flight delays!

Absolutely stunning ***********

We have just returned from a week's holiday in this villa and the photos do not do it justice. The views are phenomenal and the villa is huge! We played pool, draughts and the swimming pool was brilliant. We hired a car which only cost €110 for the week, well worth it! I honestly couldn’t fault this place at all, we were so sad leaving it. Simon, the host was brilliant throughout, answering any questions we had. we booked the getaway to celebrate our daughters 16th birthday and they laid out banners for her and added a balloon. we arrived and were welcomed with beers, wine, crisps, bread, milk, ice, tea, coffee and a birthday card for our daughter. a perfect villa in a stunning location. The views are honestly breathtaking.

Can't wait to return

Lovely house with glorious views and large clean pool. Very well equipped kitchen and bathrooms, huge living room, lots of loungers. It's an "upside down" house with bedrooms at front door level, down to kitchen/living room. It's then a further 2 levels down to the pool so you need to be ok with steps. But the pool is very private and looks onto a field grazed by goats with the lower part of Peyia, Coral Bay and the sea beyond. Thanks to the owner, Simon and his 'agent' Angela for their help and excellent communication.

Amazing views

2 weeks spent in a gorgeous, well equipped, spacious villa with a view to die for. Villa is on 3 levels with lots of steps, Entry level is bedrooms, down 1 level to kitchen and lounge/outside terrace and down another level to the pool. South facing pool area with sun all day. Excellent communication from Steve and Angie. Took a few days to get used to driving around the area but very easy once used to it, lovely restaurants in Peyia, indian and chinese takeaways and kiosk/shops. Lidl on coast road heading to paphos and Phillipos supermarket by the entrance to coral bay. So many restaurants and bars in coral bay and a lovely beach at the bottom. 7.5 euros to rent 2 sun beds and a parasol at coral bay.

Utterly Amazing Fortnight

An absolutely stunning two week break in an outstanding property and location that was only possible in the current COVID-19 situation due to the managements outstanding support. Stayed here two years ago and it has just got better. A truly fantastic villa with picture post card views you cannot take your eyes off. Pool area is out of this world and when you finish a day in the sun a great selection of restaurants and bars are a ten minute walk away in the centre of Peyia. Cannot recommend this location enough, will definitely definitely be back for a third visit. Real thank you to Peter, Steve and the team for the support throughout out stay and a massive thank you to Simon for his support which enabled a truly magical family fortnight holiday to go ahead. Villa Bay View

The Villa is located in a quiet part of Peyia. In general the description of the Villa is accurate, but there are one or two issues which the owner may not know about. The towel rails are poorly fixed and keep falling to pieces. There are no sink plugs in the kitchen. There are no instructions of how to work the tv. There is a problem with the water pump as it keeps switching on and off 24 hrs a day. In the end we turned it off at night. Most of our days were spent around the pool relaxing. The pool was always very clean, we used it a lot. The sunbeds were very comfortable, we used those a lot as well. There are lots of kitchen utensils for those who wish too cook, but we prefer to eat out. This is a very well appointed Villa, many thanks Simon for letting us rent it. Mark and Lynne Nottingham

Wow, what a view!

When we first arrived at the property all everyone kept saying was WOW! There are amazing views from all rooms and the house itself is absolutely gorgeous. The bedrooms were a great size with plenty of storage. The kitchen had everything you could need including a fantastic view when doing the washing up (although there is a dishwasher). The kids loved the xbox and pool table in the games room which gave us a little time to ourselves. Lounge was very big and comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and tidy. We enjoyed some lovely meals in the village which is a 2 minute drive away (car definitely required). Top tip; if you like Pina Colada head for Haris Bar on the way down the hill towards Coral Bay. Half the price of anywhere else and they also do a lovely breakfast. The only negatives we had were a leaking air con in one of the bedrooms and a problem getting an internet connection but this was soon sorted out by Pete the local point of contact for any issues. The TV didn’t work for the entire time we were there but the views soon made thoughts of watching love island soon disappear. Finally, the pool was a great size and was kept clean by Pete. All in all, despite a few niggles, we would heartily recommend this villa if your after peace, quiet and amazing views. We will be back!!

OUTSTANDING!

I cannot recommend this villa enough! Everything it says and a lot more. We were wowed upon entering-totally spotless, gleaming, large and tasteful . Once awake the next day, that’s when i realised what an absolute jewel of a place we had found. The view-WOW! Any picture you have seen, does not do this view justice.The villa is very well equipped and no matter how small an item- it was there. Showers are fantastic. The pool is fantastic, sun loungers very comfortable. Good sized towels. Steve came to clean the pool- early and unobtrusive. On the days we weren’t lazing around the pool, we visited ; Coral Bay, good water sports. Agios Georgios, quaint/pretty. Panareti Bay,we swam out to the rocks. Potomi Bay, we enjoyed a cocktail or two at the Sea You bar(this place is not to be missed) local village we ate at Grande cafe -highly recommended and at Savaas Grill, good-although a bit of a walk. We went into Coral Bay- Roberts taxis were great-to eat at Dolce Vita ( really lovely) Most nights,we cooked in the villa and enjoyed bbq’s with our splendid view. Phillipos supermarket is a short drive away and has everything- fresh fruit/salad/bakery is fantastic Day trips;Aphrodite water park and Blue lagoon boat trip. You will definitely need to hire a car to do similar things. My one and only critique of the villa, is that there is a limit on the air conditioning- we had to reset every two hours, which was a pain at night-but didn’t detract from a brilliant holiday

Grandiose Lage mit Blick aufs Meer

Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub in einer sehr großzügigen und weitläufigen Villa .Phantastischer Pool!!! Danke für das Startpaket im Kühlschrank,eine liebevolle Geste,die nicht selbstverständlich ist. Bei der Sauberkeit , insbesondere der Küchenutensilien müssen wir leider zwei Sterne abziehen.Außerdem ist eine Duschamatur kaputt gewesen.Nach Kontaktaufnahme waren die zwei Verwalter der Villa sofort zur Stelle,um Hilfe anzubieten.( Klimaanlage läuft aus) Alles in allem ein schöner Platz zum Genießen mit kleinen Mängeln . abziehen.

Wounderful vacation

Wir hatten eine herrliche Zeit in dem schönen Haus. Besonders die Terrasse vor dem Wohnzimmer und Küche mit dem beeindruckenden Blick hinunter zum Meer, haben wir sehr genossen. Abends war die Luft dort sehr angenehm und frisch. Der Pool ist ebenfalls toll und die Kids hatten Spaß.
