La Villa Coral Diamond est située dans une impasse calme et donne sur des champs avec vue sur la mer depuis le balcon et la véranda surélevée.

La villa individuelle est située dans ses propres jardins paysagers et le walk-in-pool est de 9m par 4m de large. La piscine est entourée d'un grand espace carrelé, où vous pourrez profiter des journées et des soirées. La piscine est meublée avec 6 chaises longues et un parasol et il y a aussi une petite table avec des chaises. La piscine orientée sud-ouest bénéficie d'une belle pergola ombragée près des marches de la piscine, pour une ombre bienvenue, car la piscine et les jardins sont au soleil du matin au coucher du soleil. Il y a aussi un barbecue en brique avec une petite table et des chaises à côté.

La villa bénéficie de la climatisation gratuite et de moustiquaires solaires partout, qui laissent entrer la brise mais pas les insectes.

La villa est décloisonnée en bas avec des portes-fenêtres menant à une véranda surélevée, qui est couverte où sont placées la grande table de patio et 6 chaises. La véranda donne sur la piscine, la pergola et le jardin. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec un grand réfrigérateur / congélateur, plaques de cuisson, four, lave-linge, micro-ondes, etc. Dans le salon se trouve une télévision à écran plat LED avec lecteur DVD et de nombreux DVD dans le placard. Via le boîtier TV en streaming à large bande, vous pouvez regarder la BBC, ITV, C4 & 5, ainsi que Sky News et Sky Sports 1 & 5 et de nombreuses autres chaînes satellite, même Sky Atlantic. Il y a un CD / radio / stéréo moderne avec Bluetooth à côté de la table basse. Il y a aussi un vestiaire en bas.

La villa dispose de 3 chambres, d'une salle de bains familiale, d'une salle de bains privative et d'un vestiaire (en bas). Deux des chambres ont un balcon avec vue sur la mer et la montagne. La chambre principale est très spacieuse et un coffre-fort est situé dans l'armoire pour votre usage. Toutes les chambres ont de grandes armoires encastrées et chaque chambre a également un ventilateur en plus de la climatisation.

La villa est très sécurisée car entièrement fermée, ce qui la rend particulièrement sûre pour les enfants.

Loved our stay, everything you could need was there, we had a bit of an issue with en-suite shower door not closing properly and it’s a very small shower, but we managed.Owners communication was great.

Good location

Only a 20min stroll into coral bay strip, Villa clean and well stocked with everyday essentials, outside space and pool was excellent, Tanya kindly left us a few food basics which came in very handy as we were late arriving, excellent communication with the owners. This is a Villa to come back to.

We had a lovely long stay at Coral Diamond Villa. Perfect accommodation and we enjoyed some really beautiful sunsets from the balcony looking across to the sea. Communication from the villa owner was first rate as well as with the couple that manage the villa. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Paradise Villa holiday

Every thing was perfect for self catering with a well stocked supermarket close by . The pool was extremely clear and warm for daytime and evening swims The Villa was clean and well kept with great furnishings and the beds were very comfortable. We will return next year for a longer stay.

Communication with owner was excellent both before our trip and the information in the villa. Villa in our favourite area and down a quiet cul de sac and walking distance to local bars and supermarket. Villa had everything for our holiday, reliable air con, strong comfy beds and excellent outside area with pool and most importantly good shaded areas for when the weather is hot. Definitely will stay again.

Villa Diamond - Coral Bay

The property was very clean with all necessities available that we needed for our stay. The pool was perfect size and clean. Rooms were large and we had plenty of space for our family of 5. Communication with the owners was excellent with all the details and directions we required, as well as suggestions for things to do and places to eat in the area. We really enjoyed our stay and the location was peaceful and quiet with a short journey to the beach and coral bay strip.

Lovely property in a great location

Would fully recommend this property. We stayed for a week with our teenage children and the location was perfect. We hired a car but public transport appeared to be very good and regular, with the beach walking distance. The pool is fantastic - a great size and so refreshing at the end of a long day. Cleanliness of the property was excellent and it had all the mod-cons we needed. Communication with the owners was very quick and helpful. A great holiday.

fabulous villa, wonderful owners

The communication with the owners was brilliant from start to finish and the villa was perfect. the outdoor space and pool could not be improved and inside was very clean and spacious with good aircon. sadly we had to abort our holiday due to a family accident in the UK. The owners were very understanding and supportive. We are very sad not to have enjoyed the villa as intended but we hope to return. thank you for everything

Absolutely Amazing no faults what so ever

We Had an amazing time at the villa. It is everything we could have wanted everything you need is within a 10 min walk like the supermarket which by the way does free deliveries back with not just your food but you too. The beach is a 10min walk in the other direction and there is plenty to do in the strip. As for the villa absolutely amazing just perfect the pool, rooms everything we could have dreamed off. A big thank you to the owners.

Spacious immaculate Villa

Villa was very spacious especially for 2. The pool was excellent and well maintained. The house was spotless, bedding and towels changed at the end of first week, plenty of cleaning products and bags, how refreshing to have these provided. I owned a property in Peyia but sold in 2018 and we have rented since then as it is my second home. This is one of the best. Thank you Andrea.

Fantastic villa holiday!

We had a brilliant stay from the beginning to the end. The villa was amazing, with the best aspect being the enclosed and very private pool area. As it was very early in the year, we loved the fact that the pool area was in the sun from morning to sunset, so we could make the most of it. The pool was clear and clean and the villa had everything we needed and more. We loved the location and enjoyed the strolls to the beach. The owner was very helpful, booking a transfer from the airport and back so we didn't have to worry about anything. Best of all was the complimentary late check out which was very much appreciated as was the lovely hamper on our arrival. We will definitely book again. Thank you so much!

Amazing villa

Just returned from a wonderful week at villa coral diamond. The villa was equipped with so many little extras which made it a real home from home and there was a superb welcome pack on arrival. The outside area was lovely ,the pool was sparkling clean and was checked/cleaned twice during the week by friendly/helpful guy called Pete, I think (sorry can't remember). We were also helped by a lovely lady called Mikeala who came out to assist with a couple of minor issues we had (mainly our fault) As soon as we rang on both occasions she responded immediately and came straight round to help us great service ! The villa is in a private ,quiet location but an easy walk (we love walking) to the beaches and many restaurants etc. The whole process of booking was easy and communication with Andrea was great with lots of advice on covid related documentation required as well as easy to follow directions to villa. All in all a wonderful stay in villa, a week wasn't long enough and if we come back to cyprus in the future would be hoping this villa was available as would love to return

Wonderful home away and great communication

Our hosts were excellent communicators, instructions perfectly detailed and we had no problems with directions to place or in the home. Tandy and Marcus were there once a week to clean the pool and once per week to change bedding and towels and on the second week did a nice clean. They are friendly, helpful and also great on communication. House was the best equipped that we have ever stayed and we have stayed in several. The welcome basket was a nice surprise. Thank you. The only thing that surprised us was that we were up by 530 to 6 am every day because a neighbour northwest had several dogs that would start barking and continue till about 8 am. Then start again at 530 to 630 pm . However we took advantage ofbthat by going out to explore all the wonderful historical sites and see surrounding beautiful areas. In the afternoons we enjoyed the beautiful clean and large pool so much! Thanks again so much Ute and Andrea for making our visit to Cyprus so wonderful!

Fantastic house - book it!

We’ve just come back from a week’s stay at Andrea’s lovely house. Everything was pretty much perfect! Communication prior to our stay was very good, with detailed directions, check in info and general info about the area. When we booked, we’d thought the inside looked a bit meh, but that the outside looked amazing, so were happy to book. I’m very pleased to say that the photos do not do the place justice! Not that we spent much time inside, due to the fantastic outdoors and superb weather. We were only inside for preparing food and sleeping! The cooker is a bit dated (not that we used it), otherwise everything was great, with everything we needed. We mainly had barbecues with salads, which we ate on the outside covered terrace. There was a dining table for 6 both indoors and out, as well as 2 smaller tables for 3. The pool was incredible! There was always someone in it whatever the time! There were a couple of lilos under the veranda, as well as 6 lovely loungers. The whole outside area is great. There was air con in the bedrooms and living room, which was very effective. Mind you, it wasn’t needed downstairs, as opening the windows and patio door (behind the fly screen) kept a lovely breeze through the house. The only small downside for me was the distance from most of the restaurants on the main strip. In that heat, it was about a 25 min walk. There is however, a regular bus, but we were determined to walk! The location was nice a peaceful and about a 10 min walk from both Coral Bay and Corallia beaches. It was about a 35 min drive from the airport. We had to contact Matt due to us messing up with the safe. He answered the phone straight away and came out first thing the next morning, as we told him there was no urgency. The guy who came to sort the pool (sorry, I’ve forgotten his name) was lovely and not intrusive at all. This was a great house and would happily stay again if coming to Cyprus. Thank you :)

It's fantastic that you enjoyed the villa and inside and out. Thank you for looking after the villa so well. We are always happy when the villa's amenities are appreciated, and its peaceful location. There are closer restaurants than the ones on the strip, but the walk to the strip can be between 15 and 20 min. On the other hand, our location is so much quieter than the residential area directly behind the strip, where you have not just traffic but also music etc. until late at night. We live in the UK and we love Cyprus and hope you will enjoy Cyprus as much as we do. We have children/ teenagers and absolutely love to get away to the villa for a relaxing break!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We love Coral Bay, as it has the peacefulness you look for on holiday as well as easy access to all the local amenities. There are some beautiful beaches and the great range of bars and restaurants. There really is something for everyone here. The area is easily accessible with Paphos airport less than an 1/2 hour drive away. Its easy to drive to other parts of the island i.e Latchi where there is a lovely harbour and Polis where you can sit and watch the lovely sunsets. Also Paphos Harbour which is always buzzing with activities. We also love trips to the mountains which are also in easy reach.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Our villa is in a great position in a small cul de sac with only 8 houses, brilliant for peace and quiet. The houses are generously set apart and is backed onto fields so it feels very secluded, but we are close enough to the beach and all the restaurant and night life. The pool is slightly larger than average and has spacious steps leading into it, making it very safe.
