Villa Katerina est une villa de 3 chambres de luxe avec une grande piscine privée, située dans le village pittoresque de Peyia. Il est dans un endroit calme au sommet d'un cul-de-sac avec 4 autres villas. Il y a un champ de caroubiers adossées à la villa où les chèvres sont parfois visibles.

Villa Katerina dispose de 3 chambres spacieuses, toutes avec air conditionné (petit supplément) et un ventilateur de plafond. A l'étage est une chambre double ouvrant sur un grand balcon avec chaises longues et parasol donnant sur la piscine et une chambre double donnant sur le terrain de caroube. Il y a aussi une salle de bains avec douche / baignoire.

En bas une autre chambre double avec sa propre salle de bains donnant une plus grande intimité pour les couples partageant ou quiconque moins abled. Le salon est ouvert avec un grand salon / salle à manger donnant sur la piscine et un grand terrasses de soleil. Il y a 3 canapés en daim, table à manger pour 6, la télévision par Internet, y compris la principale télévision anglaise avec films etc et une sélection de DVD, système de musique et une sélection de livres. Internet gratuit.

La cuisine est très bien équipée. Une gamme d'unités avec des surfaces de travail en granit, four, plaque de cuisson, grand réfrigérateur / congélateur, lave-linge, micro-ondes, grille-pain, bouilloire, fer à repasser, refroidisseur d'eau et tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour cuisiner si vous le souhaitez.

En dehors est l'attraction vedette, un plus grand que la moyenne piscine profonde. 10x5m. escalier romain dans la partie peu profonde et une échelle à l'extrémité profonde. Il y a amplement de terrasses ensoleillée avec chaises longues et parasol avec une grande pergola pour l'ombre pendant le soleil de midi. Il y a aussi un patio couvert dans lequel est une table et chaises de patio pouvant accueillir 6 personnes. Parfait pour les repas en plein air. Il y a un barbecue à l'arrière de la villa.

Nous sommes parfaitement situé pour explorer une grande partie de la région environnante.

La célèbre station Coral Bay est à 2 km et la ville de Paphos se trouve à seulement 15 minutes en voiture de même que Kato Paphos avec son port et célèbres mosaïques.

Le village chypriote traditionnel de Peyia avec ses tavernes, supermarchés, boulangerie, charcuterie, marché des fruits et les bouchers sont à distance de marche.

Coral Bay a quelques-unes des plus belles plages de drapeau bleu à Chypre où vous pouvez nager dans les eaux peu profondes en toute sécurité l'eau claire. Vous y trouverez également de nombreux restaurants et bars.

Tout le long de la côte est de la réserve naturelle d'Akamas intacte avec des miles de plages désertes où les tortues viennent pondre leurs œufs. Nous recommandons un 4x4 pour visiter le Akamas.

Il y a beaucoup de petites plages le long de la côte vers les Akamas où vous pouvez plonger dans l'eau bleu clair ou marcher le long de la côte sauvage en prenant des vues spectaculaires, manger à quelques-uns des célèbres restaurants dont le CASLE Last (Viklaris) et Oniros par le mer surplombant l'épave du navire.

Nous sommes également idéalement situés pour visiter les montagnes de Troodos avec de beaux monastères, Tombeaux des Rois, Polis, Lastsi et Aphrodites lieu de naissance.

Prendre un bateau pour le Blue Lagoon pour une journée mémorable.

Nous pouvons organiser la location de voiture à partir d'une entreprise locale à des prix très compétitifs ainsi que des transferts de taxi pour vos vacances un début de détente.

Excellent villa with a great deep pool for swimming. The villa is equipped with everything you need although we never cooked and ate out in local restaurants. Owners were very helpful throughout the booking arranging airport transfer and car hire. Would definitely recommend

An Amazing Holiday Villa!

Wow! What can I say about our stay! The villa is ideally located in Peyia for restaurants and bars, even mini supermarkets. The villa itself is very spacious & extremely well equipped, and the pool is one of the largest ones in the area - it's over 6ft deep. Coral Bay strip is only a 5 minutes drive away for more bars and restaurants.The owners were extremely helpful and responded very quickly to any queries we had. The pool cleaner, Darryn, is friendly and advised us on places and restaurants to visit.Overall, we wouldn't hesitate to be return visitors to Karen & Dexter's villa.PS. We recommend Savvas Grill and Grand Restaurant & Bar for food in Peyia. Then there's Phidias Tavern in Coral Bay - the meat meze is gorgeous.

Home from home

If your looking at villas in the coral Bay Area of paphos look no further this villa is fantastic the photos and description on the advert are spot on no crafty photo angles to make the place look bigger then it is You have every thing you would need in the kitchen the place is spotlessly clean on arrival we had a late flight and we was supplied with milk bread a pack of ham for a drink and sandwich after a long day (nice touch) Would we go back ? In a flash if we don’t go next year it will be the year after We loved the place and didn’t want to come home If three couples wanted to go you would not be on top of each other the pool is in the sun all day it’s very quiet it’s not essential to hire a car but I would recommend one to venture out of the village because there is so much to see and do Once you have booked through home and away and paid your deposit you can email The owners Karen and dexter direct with any questions they organised our collection from the airport and our hire car and Jackie and Alan are on hand at the villa if you have any problems not that we did

Heerlijk ruim huis, super zwembad

Mooi huis. Ruim, alles is aanwezig om je thuis te voelen. Watercooler, wasmachine, grote koelkast met vriesgedeelte, Goede bedden, fijne douche. Vooral een heerlijk ruim zwembad met buitendouche. Lekkere ligbedden. Locatie centraal op Cyprus. Echter wel auto nodig. Plaatsje Peia viel tegen. Wel lopend restaurantjes maar een klim, en mist wat sfeer. Goede informatie map in huisje en ook informatie boekjes/ folders ed. Jammer dat voor airco betaald moest worden met soort prepaid kaarten. Liever hadden we dan een vaste toeslag gehad. Er is altijd iemand (Jackie) stand-by voor vragen/ problemen. Top vakantie gehad.

Fabulous Villa for a family holiday!

We had a fabulous holiday at Villa Katerina! And feel very lucky to have gotten away during such challenging times! Contact with Karen the owner was easy and friendly from the outset and Karen was also very helpful when it came to suggesting things to do and organising car hire for us from a local company. The villa is well laid out and spacious and the downstairs shower room is fabulous! It has great outdoor space for sun bathing and the pool is prefect - really good size and great depth for diving (my son, not me!! 😂) The water cooler in the kitchen is a great added bonus. The only extra thing that I would have liked in the kitchen would be a dish washer, but otherwise it’s very well equipped. Karen also arranged a welcome pack for us which was much appreciated as we were arriving on a late flight. The villa is located in a quiet residential area so you do really need a car if you want to get out and about, although there are cafes, bars and shops within walking distance as well. A lovely villa and lovely owners - would happily stay here again on future visits to Cyprus.

Lovely Villa, Great Location

Prior to arrival, we had excellent communication with Karen and Dexter who provided lots of advice regarding the suitability of the villa in relation to our needs. We had decided to hire a car to explore and Karen and Dexter were very helpful in recommending a local company and providing directions to the villa. On arrival at Villa Katerina, we accessed the key safe without issue and upon entering were very impressed with the layout and the facilities offered. There was milk, bread, butter, cheese and ham in the fridge which was great as we arrived late at night. Jackie, the villa manager arrived the following day to ensure we had settled in and we had everything we needed. Villa katerina is located in a quiet residential area however, is only a couple of minutes drive to the village of Peyia with it's many tavernas, restaurants and supermarkets, making this a very convenient location for us as we were travelling with two young children. It is also only a 15 minute drive to Coral bay and a 35 minute drive to Paphos Airport. it provided a great base to explore the surrounding areas such as the Troodos Mountains, Aphrodite's Rock, Tombs of the Kings, the beach and harbour. The villa is very spacious and has everything needed to ensure an enjoyable and relaxing stay. It was lovely to spend time on the large balcony, relaxing with a glass of wine. The large pool suited our needs perfectly and was a big hit with the children who enjoyed having it all to themselves stating, 'we like the pool best'. The pool is cleaned during the week early on a morning so this did not interrupt our enjoyment. This was our first time using a villa and we thoroughly enjoyed the change of pace from the large all inclusive resorts we have previously visited. This also felt like a very safe option during the current COVID-19 situation. We would not hesitate to recommend this villa to families and couples who are looking for a relaxing holiday and an ideally located villa to visit the many sights and attractions in the area. Absolutely fantastic villa which was well equipped and maintained

We had a great time staying at villa Katerina. It had everything we needed and more! It was spacious with 3 good sized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The water cooler is a brilliant extra that we didn’t expect and kept us all hydrated throughout our stay. The large pool was checked and maintained regularly with plenty of inflatables for us to use. The villa is situated about a 10 minute walk from bars and restaurants and Coral bay is about a 5 minute drive (30 minute walk). There is a resident cat who visited us everyday and was very friendly. From the minute we booked the villa Karen was on hand to offer advice and information relating to anything we might need for our holiday which was very helpful. The only negatives we felt were the beds were very uncomfortable as the mattresses and pillows were very hard, and the bbq was chained to the back wall (where the gas bottles are) , which although close to the kitchen was not in a very sociable space (dining table is at the front of the villa) so we didn’t use it as much as we had envisaged. Overall however this did not spoil our stay and we would most definitely recommend villa Katerina and look forward to staying there again in the future 😊. We would also recommend a day trip on George’s fun bus as this was a great day out and fantastic value for money.

A good sized well placed villa.

A very nice villa which holds its rental value with being in the prime location of Peyia village, which affords good restaurants, supermarkets, local pubs. A rewarding modern villa were the hire of a car is not necessary.

Beautiful villa with larger than average swimming pool.

Lovely villa well layed out and comfortable. Abundance of kitchen equipment and utensils. Lovely under cover veranda with fantastic pool. Plenty of room for sun beds. Car is necessary to take advantage of the surrounding areas. Suggested car hire company very helpful and accommodating. Overall a fantastic holiday, would recommend.

Great holiday

Lovely villa - even better than the pictures suggest. Much bigger than we realised so plenty of space for 4 adults. Pool was lovely and the villa is in a nice quiet area. It's about a 15 minute walk to the local village which has a handful of restaurants which we ate at a couple of times. Would suggest carhire is needed which we then used to visit coral bay, the troodos mountains, the harbour at polis and latchi, paphos town and a number of beaches, bars and restaurants. Owners were brilliant and organised transfers and car hire for us. Will definitely be back - most relaxing holiday we've had in a long time!

Cyprus holiday 2017

The property listing was accurate, the Villa is well maintained and clean, great layout for our family group of 4 Adults and 1 child. The owners kept us well informed and organised transport from and to the airport and a car for the week. It is ideally placed for the beaches of Coral Bay and the typical Cypriot restaurants in Peyia. The village is within walking distance with a supermarket, restaurant and pub. The Villa is situated in a residential area with other properties in close proximity to each other. I would recommend this property to a friend or relative.

Great villa. Excellent location

Really enjoyed our stay here 2 adults and 2 children. Good size villa . Great location near coral bay. Everything we needed was there at the villa. Our kids loved the pool.. No hesitation recommending this villa.

Perfect villa

We stayed for 2 weeks, this was our 2nd stay at this beautiful villa. As before, everything was perfect. Beautifully clean and tidy, a real home from home, everything you could want and more. Karen, the owner was so helpful with organising a hire car and being accommodating with change of dates. Overall, couldn't have asked for more. ps Jackie who comes to see you on your visit was very helpful, she went and bought a new fan when ours broke.

Large well equipped villa

The property was very nice and well equipped, nice large pool and good terrace area . Space for 2 cars to park . Only slight negative for us was it's location , a little bit over looked for our liking, but did not spoil our holiday.

The property was well equipped, had good size rooms and a great pool.

The property was well presented and had everything you would need for a great stay. The open planned kitchen, dinning and lounge area is a great space, spacious and comfortable. There is English television via the internet and a good selection of DVD's, CD's and reading books. The bedrooms are spacious with good wardrobe space. The bathrooms are a good size and will meet all staying at the property's needs. The outside space and pool area is great - the pool itself is a great size.

Lovely villa and pool - spacious, well-equipped and great location

Our first time in Cyprus, and this villa was the perfect place as a base. It's big, well equipped, reasonably private and all the comforts you'd expect, with a lovely pool and terrace and first floor balcony for soaking up the sun and cooling off in the water. Peyia village centre is a good 10-min walk, so would suggest a hire car. Owners were brilliant in helping to sort out the car and taxi transfers to/from Paphos airport. The car was great to explore that side of the island, as well as for the supermarket runs and driving down to Coral Bay for meals and visits to the beach. The owners were great from start to finish, always happy to answer our queries and provide us with excellent advice to ensure our holiday ran smoothly - which it did! The only regret was only having one week, which went too quickly.

Fantastic Villa, Fantastic Holiday!

Our family (of 6) stayed in villa katerina for two weeks at the end of October/begining of November. Well all I can say is WOW. The villa is absolutely fantastic, everything you could possibly want or need on holiday! Like home from home. The weather was fantastic, the area beautiful (though I would recommend a hire car to visit some of the beautiful beaches) we couldn't of had a more perfect family holiday!! The owners, dexter and Karen, are more than helpful (from arranging car hire to transfers etc) the children loved every minute at the villa and so did we!! We will be returning next year! :) If your looking for somewhere quiet but within easy access of the hustle and bustle of coral bay, then you should really book here! Fantastic. :)

Fantastic Family Fun

Villa Katriana has everything you need to make your holiday to Cyprus complete. The well appointed Villa lacks nothing, it is comfortable, spacious and pleasantly furnished. It is in the ideal location to explore the hidden treasures of the island, stroll your way to the village of Peyia or simply go for a quick drive to the nearby sandy beach and turquoise sea. Dexter and Karen, the owners, had everything covered, a few welcome supplies in the fridge on arrival, a very pleasant lady welcomed us a day in and the pool was well maintained and cleaned. The ice Cream van was a welcome site on many a day! We visited some very nice restaurants in the local village, I personally liked The Mediterranean, service was good, food was excellent and the atmosphere second to none, quite entertaining. The children enjoyed the water park at Paphos, book on line and you can save a few euro. We would certainly recommend this villa to our friends and family as it provides the perfect location for a holiday best remembered for all the right reasons.

Stunning villa

We have just returned from a fantastic week in this beautiful villa. We booked it on recommendation from friends and were not disappointed. We agree with everything they said! Everything was made so easy by Karen and Dexter who arranged transfers, car hire etc. All we needed to do was turn up. It is so well equipped it is like a home from home with a pool! If you have a car there are so many places to see without going too far and the roads were quite quiet. Coral Bay is close with some lovely restaurants and shops but there are good restaurants and bars within walking distance if you fancy a glass of wine. Would definately recommend this to anyone

Villa Katerina

Once again we had a lovely stay at villa Katerina. The villa is well equipped, spacious with good sized rooms, cleaned to a high standard and has a lovey big pool. Having a bedroom on the ground floor was great as we took the mother-in-law, who is not so confident using stairs. The owners will arrange airport transfers and car hire and have a good knowledge of the area if you want to know anything. On arrival there was a welcome pack of basic provisions and a bottle of wine, which was handy as we arrived late evening. The villa is well situated in a peaceful area but a short walk to some local bars and bakery. A few minutes away by car is the more lively resort of Coral Bay with a good choice of restaurants and bars. A little further on is the Akamas which is well worth a visit (4x4 recommended for this) as the coastline is beautiful. The owners are very helpful and are more than happy to sort out car hire and airport transfers. This was our fourth stay at the villa and already we are looking forward to returning for our fifth.

A lovely villa

Booking the villa Via the owners Dex and Karen was very easy and they were very helpful, Holding the villa while I booked flights. As there was a gap between our departure and the new arrivals they generously allowed us to use the villa on the day of departure. The villa itself is set back from the road in a close with its own parking. Dex directions were very good and we found the villa easily. there were a couple of pre-paid cards for the aircon so we could use it straight away, which was nice. The villa and pool were very clean and the pool was cleaned twice while we were there. Facilities at the villa were very good with everything neccessary to enjoy your stay. Although the villa is back from the road there are quite a few villas and appartments nearby. So you do get some noise. All the neighbours were very feindly, most being permanent residents. The beach at Coralbay by is very close , but busy, We much preferred Lara bay which is a short drive. but less crowded. THere is s useful supermarket that stocks everything you may need or might have forgotten. We hired a car from the company recomended by the owners and they were extreemly helpful. The price was competative with other quotes we had. We would recomend that you get a 4x4 as some of the best places to go really need this, just because they are unmade roads and a little bumpy. A point to check is that if you hire a convertible 4x4 as we did there was no cover for the rear seats from the sun or rain. As there was only two of us this was not a problem, although it did mean you coul not leave stuff in the car. We ate out a few times. The local tavern being the best value, and "The last castle" giving superbly cooked but simple food with magnificent views. A trip up into the mountains is a must for the scenery and Lara bay for the lovely beach which was almost empty when we went. The villa makes a good place for visiting this area of Cyprus. They fact it is well mentained and equiped makes the holiday that much more relaxing

Villa Katerina

Just had the pleasure of staying in this Villa, clean and tidy, well equipped, well maintained, really good sized pool, 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms,10 minute walk to village ( if you wanted to !). Large supermarket 5 minutes by car, quiet cul-de-sac location. Lots of places to eat either in Coral Bay (5 mins by car) or the Village. Phafos only 20 minutes by car and lots to do other than sunbathe ! Karen and Dex very helpful and informative, the management team on site (Jackie and Allen) really helpful can't praise them enough? Superb break, will book again,and would recommend to friends.

Fantastic Villa

Villa Katerina is a great spacious, well equipped villa, in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. The pool is a great size with lots of space around it to relax. The villa is in a good location to explore the island with some great beaches nearby but we would recommend hiring a car to make the most of your stay. The owners, Dexter & Karen, are really helpful and quick to respond with any information needed. This was our second visit to Villa Katerina and look forward to returning again soon.

Hi, we are Dexter & Karen & we currently live in Bristol (UK). We have been married for 45 years and have 2 grown up children, one of each but no grandchildren yet. We enjoy good food and wine, sailing, painting and relaxing holidays!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We first had a holiday in this beautiful villa when it belonged to friends. We just fell in love with the place. Peyia is a wonderful, traditional village with good restaurants and shops and a pretty village square. The villa is peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle but within a short distance of Coral Bay. We have a carob field to the rear and the local farmer often brings his goats to feed. The local people are very friendly and you always feel safe with none of the hassle often experienced in foreign holiday resorts. When we returned to the UK after our holiday, we discovered our friends were going to sell the property as they were having another villa built just a short distance away. The rest is history.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Villa Katerina is a 10 minute walk into Peyia village, 5 minutes drive to Coral Bays beautiful beaches and is perfectly situated for exploring the Akamas as well as Tombs of the Kings, Troodos, Mosaics and much more. We have a larger than average deep pool with extensive sun terraces and also an under cover area to get some shade from the midday sun. Villa Katerina has been furnished to a very high standard. It was not originally intended for rental, it has so much more than you would expect from a holiday let. We hope to move out to Cyprus when we retire and so this is home from home. We try to visit twice a year to keep the villa well maintained. Every time we go out we find it harder & harder to return to the UK. We selectively let the villa to help with the running costs and also to allow guests to experience our little corner of paradise.
