Son littéralement quelques minutes pour la bande principale alors quand vient à l'emplacement vous ne faire mieux.
De magnifiques jardins paysagers, récemment rénové piscine avec l'ajout d'un escalier romain, douche extérieure.
Vous pourrez dîner sous une pergola avec barbecue construit en briques face à la piscine.

Lovely stay, lovely villa

Enjoyed our time in the villa. We stayed for two weeks and had a late flight home, Lisa allowed us to have a late check out and booked our taxi to and from airport which is much appreciated!There was a welcome pack upon arrival which was a lovely touch. Area is fab! So close to the strip and coral bay but still quiet!

Fabulous Views

If rest, relaxation and fabulous views are what you are looking for - this is perfect. Lovely quiet area. Villa is somewhat dated and needs modernising - but that said has everything in it you could want. With just a short walk into the town with lots of nice restaurants to choose from. We would definitely return to Coral Bay.

Location is fabulous

What a find, as close to the sea as you can possible get, the villa is in an absolutely perfect location. Amenities close by, although a steep climb is at the start, it quickly turns into a gentle climb up to the main strip. The car hire company U2 recommended by lisa was a perfect addition to our holiday, Napoleon and his son Androis were so helpful and made the actual process so easy, the courtesy escort to the villa was a god send as we didnt land in paphos til after 12.30am. As we were here in march quite a few of the restaurants were closed but the ones we tried served extremely good food, phils and the mexican, the steaks were delicious. Bottle of wine were roughly 18, t bone much the same. The beach at coral bay is lovely, think they were doing abit maintenance when we visited it, tons of new sand waiting to be put down. I would certainly recommend the villa for the price, great value with the location alone.

Couldn’t have a better location but the property is in need of an update and for that reason I wouldn’t come again Outside space was okay for the 2 of us but would find a bit cramped for 6 people and there was only 1 umbrella Freda

Excellent villa in a fabulous location

Excellent villa , with plenty of room, very clean and spacious, the poolside area was lovely as was the outside dining and barbecue area. The location was perfect, a genuine 3 to 5 minute walk to plenty of bars and restaurants.

Amazing views the villa catered for all the pool was well used as weather was amazing! Hosts was easy to talk to and reach if needed all in all amazing place slight down fall the little hill leading down to the villa other than that amazing very happy will return next year.

Lovely villa

Close to the main strip, lots of nice restaurants and bars. Villa was spacious for the 4 of us, clean and welcoming. Only thing missing was pool heating, water temperature was too cold some days for swimming, but otherwise fab Holiday had by all.

Amazing Family Vacation

I travelled here with my family and some of my partners family and it’s safe to say this is the perfect villa of you want to have space, be close to the shops/restaurants, and also to the beach. Lisa was extremely responsive whenever I had a question, and this was an amazing holiday experience (our first time abroad in 3 years since pre covid). Would highly recommend this place to stay. Villa with everything you need

We really appreciated our stay in Coral bay - Kings Paradise in april 2018. We especially loved the garden with all kinds of flowers for brekfast, lunch and all over the day. Perfect location to shops and restaurants. A nice walk to the bay but of course we also used the pool frequently.

Beautiful villa and excellent hosts

Beautiful villa in brilliant location for bars, restaurants and shops, very clean and a welcome pack was waiting for us on arrival, it is situated15 minutes walk from Coral Bay beach and 5 minutes from the main road with its restaurants and souvenir shops. We would like to express our sincere thanks to Lisa and Felix for allowing us to extend our stay when our flight home was cancelled for 18 hours at the last minute and our airline were unable to offer any accommodation.

Lisa was so easy to get in touch with. A great host. Villa was lovely. Huge pool area with well kept gardens. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Weather was fabulous as well. Mid November and it is 25 -26 Degrees. Hope to come back next year.

Fab Location, lovely villa.

The location of the villa is fab especially if you don’t want to hire a car. It’s absolutely not necessary. The villa was perfect for us, a family of four with two young boys who loved the pool. It is clean, well maintained and has everything you could need. Massive plus is that Lisa coordinates everything with ease and makes for a super relaxing holiday!

Gorgeous stay

We had a wonderful stay at the villa.. the pictures dont do it justice. Location is great as only a few minutes walk to the resurants, sea is a 5 min drive! The villa is clean and spacious, beds comfy and pool/garden clearn and pretty. Only thing is it can get a little noisy at night with passers by but it didnt affect our stay. Lisa was really helpful and we would reccomend!

Holiday villa

Close to all amenities, 10 minute walk to super market which has everything you would need with free home delivery. Steep slope down to villa but manageable. Kitchen adequately equipped for the four of us. Only 1 parasol to share between the 6 available sun loungers which is not ideal.

Amazing villa and Location

The villa was everything we had hoped for. The location was brilliant, so convenient for restaurants, taxi’s, and the beautiful Coral Beach. Mega thanks to Lisa for making it all go so smoothly. She booked taxis to and from the airport for us and the biggest bonus was that she very kindly let us stay way past the 11am check out on our final day which made life so much easier for us. Great communication from her and a lovely welcome pack as well. Truly a wonderful holiday and superb accommodation. BBQ area is as lovely as it looks in the photos and the pool was a super size for the kids. Hope to return!!

Very Relaxing Holiday

After 2 years of cancellations due to Covid, we were so relieved that we were able to go ahead with our holiday ... and we weren't disappointed! The villa was clean and well equipped for what was needed. The pool was kept clean and there were plenty of sunbeds for everyone. Bars and restaurants were very local - about 2 or 3 minutes walk away. Plenty to choose from. We were recommended U2 Car Rentals, and couldn't fault them - excellent service and quality cars. We definitely recommend staying here. Thank you so much Lisa and Felix.

Our children have now finished school here and are at uni and miss Cyprus life!.We bought a lump of mud on honeymoon and had our holiday villa built in 2001 , we initially lived here whilst we had our house built and we started renting it out 15 year ago and having been holiday makers knew what people looked for, it proved very successful so we have expanded purely in this area looking after properties such as this beautiful villa from neighbours and friends and buying a couple more ourselves.Felix and I personally look after our villas . We live locally (5 mins drive away) we can provide that added extra personal service, you can not often get, ie. sorting cars, taxis, massage etc. We are both UK hospitality trained so offer great standards. staying with us you get discounts at many local bars, restaurants and trips etc.
