APPARTEMENT TOURISTIQUE VTF / MA / 12490 APPARTEMENT DE 73M avec orientation sud-ouest (soleil de l'après-midi).

CHAMBRE PRINCIPALE avec lit double, vue sur la mer et la piscine depuis le lit, armoire encastrée, climatisation inversée, TV 32 pouces dans la chambre. Le linge de lit et les draps sont fournis.

TRÈS GRANDE SALLE DE BAIN avec bac à douche entièrement équipé, sèche-cheveux, serviettes, etc ...

SALON très spacieux et avec de nouveaux meubles, canapé-lit en cuir noir double, télévision LG 49 pouces, Internet et TV satellite, grande table et table d'appoint. Vues chauffées et spectaculaires sur la mer et les espaces communs, soleil très calme l'après-midi, idéal pour les familles.

CUISINE entièrement équipée, grille-pain, four, micro-ondes, cafetière, couverts, bouilloire, etc ...

URBANISATION surveillée 24h / 24 avec caméras de sécurité et concierge physique, deux piscines une très grande et une pour les plus petits, avec des sauveteurs en saison estivale, un grand jardin pour bronzer, jouer au ballon et avec un accès direct à promenade de la même urbanisation, dispose également d'un bar-restaurant où nous pouvons manger et prendre une collation.

A 200 MÈTRES, NOUS AVONS PUERTO MARINA, où nous pouvons profiter d'excursions en bateau, faire des sports nautiques, faire du shopping car il y a de nombreux magasins de vêtements, souvenirs, supermarché, SEA LIFE, Aquarium marin, etc.

MALAPESQUERA BEACH, à seulement 60 mètres, nous avons certaines des meilleures plages de Benalmádena Costa, avec du sable fin, ce n'est pas profond, il est idéal pour les familles avec enfants, les gardes de plage, les personnes handicapées, il y a deux parcours de plage et un autre football et une grande promenade où nous trouverons également des boutiques de souvenirs, des glaciers, des restaurants, des bars, des chirinquitos, ce qui est idéal pour des promenades de Torremolinos à Torrequebrada.

Perfect stay

Really nice apartment and Sergio was very nice and helpful and wanted to make sure that everything was perfect during my stay. The apartment had a nice view and was located close to everything. I would recommend this apartment for your stay in Benalmadena.

Lovely apartment in a great location!

We found the apartment to be immaculate and really well equipped. Location was fantastic, 5 mins from the beach, marina and night life. The owner met us on arrival and was very helpful and gave us lots of information on local places to visit and amenities. Overall a fantastic stay would definitely stay at this apartment again.

A fantastic apartment, in a great location !

This apartment is exactly as it shows in the photographs! It is very clean and spacious for a family of four! It is in a great location for access to marina, promenade and beach! Owner is very friendly and easy to deal with!

Sergio the owner collected us from the airport and to the apartment where he showed us where everything was and recommended restaurants and supermarkets Very nice apartment well equipped with beautiful views of the marina which is 5 minutes walk away We stayed there for 4 weeks and really enjoyed our stay Sergio contacted us each week to check everything was okay he's a really nice person who does everything he can to to make your stay a good one

Great apartment

Sergio is a wonderful host, he allowed us to drop our bags early whilst he cleaned the apartment to an excellent standard. On our return later he took us through all the details of the tv and other stuff in the flat. He also Whats app details of local restaurants and bus services and other details of the resort. I would recommend this apartment, it is large and very well maintained and comfortable

We’ll be back

From making the booking until giving keys back Sergio was amazing…… when arrived at apartment earlier than checking in time Sergio was there to meet us to let us leave our luggage in apartment whilst he cleaned it to a high standard even putting a few cold beers in the fridge…during stay he was in touch to see if we was ok ……. The apartment is great spacious rooms and a great location……. We definitely made the right choice ⭐️

Location, Location, Location!

Firstly, Sergio Thank You - for our transfers to and from Malaga and being such a great host. The condo is as you see it in the pics, comfortable bed and fully equipped. The location is fantastic, you are close to bus stops for each direction, groceries across the street, Tobacco shop for bus pass attached to the building and convenience store and Pub also on ground floor of building. It was lovely to be sitting on the balcony in full sun - we had friends staying close by who had no sun, so this is another HUGE plus for this location. We felt safe here throughout our month long stay. Would recommend this location, condo and Sergio, who kept in contact with us throughout our stay to see if there was anything we needed. Easy walk up and down hill to Marina, Beach and Shops, as well as Pubs and Restaurants along the main road. From this location, it is an easy walk to The Carvery, Plaza Ole and Buddy's Bar, the Paseo along the beach and the London Cafe on the main road for great tapas and prices. (2Euro Beer, wine, tapas) Lots to do and see!!

Diana 1 Apartment

The apartment was nice, with pool view, & views of sea looking down to marina, & mountains behind. The marina & promenade were a 5 min walk away, with all the shops, bars, & restaurants. From the marina you can walk along the promenade to La Carihuela & Torremollinos, which made the apartment an ideal base & centrally located. There are plenty of supermarkets, banks, atm machines in the local vicinity of the apartment, so again ideal location. The apartment had all the necessary amenities needed. The shower was prone to flooding the bathroom if not careful as only had a curtain, not a full glass cubicle, but a quick mop, it dried quickly, & once mastered standing over actual shower drain this was mostly eradicated. It was a shame the swimming pool was not able to be used in the winter months, but that was complex rules, so we made use of the beach & loungers by Aleysa beach most days instead. Overall we had a good holiday, with lovely warm weather, & would return again.

Had a fantastic time in Benalmadena, we stayed 4 days at the apartment. It stated in ad the apartment was about 1-1.5km away from station, we decided to walk to get our bearings also look around the area on the way, taken approx 30 mins but a taxi is recommended if you’ve kids or large luggage if you prefer. Sergio the apartment manager/owner absolutely fantastic bloke communicated with us constantly whenever we spoken, about questions etc, he was always happy to help and a genuinely pleasant cheerful guy. Sergio speaks little English so downloaded google translate & was a godsend, he met us outside apartment (which has 24hr security) and walked us round apartment showed us everything which was just as the ad states. On the 1st floor overlooking the pool was great especially sat on the balcony on a warm eve with a glass of wine. It’s not a huge apartment comfortably suitable for 3-4 folk, has 2 good size bedrooms 1double bed 2 singles. It was very clean throughout up to a high standard with cutlery, crockery, washing machine etc if you need to use them. Very quiet area as the apartment faces the rear from the street we didn’t have any problems sleeping. We stayed at the end of October and was still hot and bustling with life. The accommodation is literally 200 meters away from The Sealife centre, a short walk to the beach and the promenade with the harbour also in short walking distance from apartment. The harbour and surrounding area has restaurants shops and pubs which we loved spending time all lit up at night, but accommodation is not smack on top of them so didn’t disturb us but with plenty to do in surrounding area without the 1km Walk/taxi to the main shopping streets. We loved it here and would consider highly again to staying here I recommend it.

Great stay in this apartment!

My wife and I spent a month in the apartment and we really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was cleaned, it was very functional, we had everything we needed (full size fridge, a stove to cook our meals, a counter top oven, a coffee machine, a toaster,…). The view from the apartment and the balcony is great (You see the beach and the complex pool and many palm trees), the apartment faces west which is great for afternoon cocktail and diner on the balcony. The bedrooms are spacious with good beds, with large closets. The bathroom has a large shower and it includes a washing machine, which is very useful for a long stay. The apartment was quiet, no noise from the street since the apartment is on the side of the internal courtyard where the pool is located. Another very positive thing about the apartment is its location, 2–3 minute walk to go to the beach and the Paseo Maritimo; you cross Avenida Antonio Machado (Boulevard at the corner of the building) and you have a grocery store (Carrefour). The public bus stop is less than a minute away, which is good if you want to use public transportation to go to other towns (Like Malaga, Marbella). You can buy visit tours at Reubens which is located on the ground floor of the apartment building. If you buy a tour (ex. Sevilla, Gibraltar) the tour bus stops at that same public bus stop mentioned above (Very convenient). There are two beach chairs stored in main bedroom closet that we took at the beach. The owner (Sergio), really wants your stay to be great. Before we left home Sergio contacted us to arrange our arrival at the apartment. Our flight was landing in the morning, we were to arrive in Benalmadena before Check-in time, we made arrangements that we could leave him our suitcases at the apartment in the case he was not finished with the cleaning and preparation of the apartment or if he was done, we could get the keys and the apartment earlier (At the end when we got there, he had just finished his work). After Sergio was done with the apartment tour, he showed us around the building where we could find grocery stores, which way to get to the beach, where the garbage containers were located,... One day the coffee machine stopped working, I informed Sergio and the next day he showed at the door with a brand new one. He also checked on us on a regular basis during our stay to see if things were ok or if we needed anything. Thanks, Sergio, for our stay in your apartment, we had a great time!

Brilliant Apartment

La ubicación es fantástica. Cocina bien equipada. Camas cómodas. Limpio. Sergio es un excelente anfitrión y respondió cualquier pregunta rápidamente y nos dio mucha información sobre eventos locales, etc. No puedo recomendar esto más altamente. The location is fantastic. Kitchen well equipped. Beds comfortable. Clean. Sergio is an excellent host and answered any questions quickly and gave lots of information on local events etc. I can’t recommend this highly enough.

We have family in the area and visited over Christmas. The apartment is the nicest we have rented in about 20 visits to Benelmadena. The apartment was clean and comfortable and the owner was very helpful and attentive. I would definitely rent here again.

Appartement très bien situé 5mins à pied du port ,plage ,restaurant,bars et commerce pour les course

Hôte très accueillant,appartement très propres et très confortable. Piscine de la résidence top.(horaire 11h/22h) avec une fermeture de 30 mins vers 15h30. L appartement et très bien situé au pieds de l immeuble boutique souvenir,agence pour les activités et sorties dans les alentours,pleins de bus sur le boulevard . A 5mins à pied du bord et de la plage . Un grand merci à vous.

El apartamento está muy bien, reformado, con piscina y bar con terraza para desayunar y comer. El propietario, al llegar hace firmar un contrato y solicita la documentación de todos los que se alojan allí. La mascota se paga a parte, al llegar. Aunque yo busqué apartamento con mascota...

Sergio the owner is very nice he puts a lot of effort into making your stay in the apartment as pleasant as possible. This is our 2nd stay we really enjoy it and will always look to book this apartment when we visit Benalmadena 👍😎

Die Ferienwohnung entspricht der Beschreibung. Aber: Obwohl wir viele Winter Langzeitaufenthalte in Spanien verbracht haben und stets Höchstbewertungen abgeben konnten, ist das dieses Mal absolut nicht der Fall. Den im Winter üblichen Baulärm in diesem 13geschossigen Hochhaus tolerierten wir. Doch das zweite Schlafzimmer war nicht nutzbar (laute Musik der Nachbarn ab 24 Uhr(!). Also konnte man nur im Master-Schlafzimmer sowie auf der Wohnzimmer-Couch nächtigen. Und dann wurde über einen längeren Zeitraum hinweg wiederholt Bauschutt (Steine, Wandteile, Glas...) lautstark durch irgendwelche Hohlräume in den Innenwänden(!) von einer Totalsanierung/Umbau im 10. Stock zu uns in die Ferienwohnung im 1. Stock herunter"gejagt". Wir hatten Angst, befürchteten, dieses doch etwas ältere Hochhaus würde über uns zusammenbrechen, es hörte sich jedesmal an wie Weltuntergang, und sogar nachts stürzten Brocken durch die Innenwand ab, sodass auch im Wohnzimmer auf der Couch keine Nachtruhe mehr gefunden werden konnte. Trotz mehrfacher Meldung dieser Störungen an den Vermieter sowie die Hausmeister wurde diese vermutlich verbotene 'Bauschuttentsorgung' fortgesetzt. Dadurch ereignete sich ein Wasserrohrbruch (Fotos, Videos), das Wasser floss an der Küchenaußenwand zum Flur neben der Wohnungseingangstür in Strömen auf den Boden herab, der Wasserschaden in der Wohnung wurde erst später sichtbar. Daraufhin mussten wir fluchtartig diese Ferienwohnung verlassen und uns um einen Ersatz in der Nachbarschaft bemühen, mit doppeltem Kostenaufwand selbstverständlich. Der Vermieter Sergio nahm am 09.01.2020 die von uns frisch gereinigte Wohnung sowie sämtliche Schlüssel entgegen und zahlte die Mietkaution zurück. Doch dann weigerte er sich, auch die zu viel erhaltene Miete für 5 Wochen zurückzuzahlen. Ebenso weigerte er sich, die Wohnung weiter zu vermieten, um den Schaden einzugrenzen. Weshalb wohl? Fachanwalt für Reiserecht sowie Verbraucherzentrale werden jetzt nochmals damit befasst. Unsere daraus gezogene Lehre: Zukünftig bei Langzeitaufenthalt niemals mehr die komplette Miete im Voraus bezahlen, sondern höchstens 4wöchentlich/monatlich! Weitere Anmerkung zur Wohnung im Winter: Die Heizfunktion der Klimaanlage kann vom Wohnzimmer aus gesteuert werden, dadurch werden beide Schlafzimmer im selben Umfang mit beheizt.
