Lumineux et spacieux confortable chambre double situé dans le grenier d'une maison contemporaine, avec sa propre salle de bain privée et une petite étude. Situé dans une rue calme dans la belle Chiswick, West London et parfaitement situé pour de bons restaurants et de bons itinéraires de transport en commun dans le centre de Londres Town.

S'il vous plaît noter: Nous avons deux chats qui vivent à la maison, il serait donc déconseillé de rester si vous avez une allergie au chat.

La maison se trouve à 20 minutes en taxi de l'aéroport d'Heathrow et à 30 minutes dans le centre de Londres en utilisant le Tube. Il se trouve à 5 minutes à pied de la station de métro la plus proche (Gunnersbury) qui dessert la District Line et Overland Line. Vous pouvez rejoindre toutes les principales attractions de cette station - Kew Gardens, Musée de la Science, V & A Museum et Natural History Museum. Business Park Chiswick est également à 5 minutes.

Nous sommes à 10 minutes de marche dans Chiswick ville où il y a un grand supermarché, des magasins et une multitude de bons restaurants et bars le long de la High Road.

La maison est partagée avec moi-même et mes deux filles qui vivent avec moi pour 50% de leur temps. Je suis habituellement travaille dans mon bureau pour que les zones salle à manger et une cuisine commune sera pour votre propre usage pour la plupart du temps.

La chambre a un lit double, une armoire, des tirages et une étagère. Il est livré avec sa propre salle de bain - WC, lavabo et douche. Il y a une petite salle d'étude hors de la chambre avec une table, une chaise et dessine. accès à Internet haut débit est librement accessible.

I live with my two Daughters for 50% of their time so some weekends and during the week they will be staying with me and other times not. They're not noisy children so wouldn't cause a disturbance. As with having my children staying with me I would expect my guests to be considerate and respectful with noise levels during the evening. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house, but you are welcome to smoke in the garden.

Wonderful stay in a cosy and comfortable family home!

Colin is very friendly and kept me and my husband quite comfortable during our stay. Check in was easy and Colin took the time to show us around the house, gave us tips on local places to visit, and provided every amenity we needed. When our flight home was cancelled, Colin allowed us to stay an extra night and made sure we had everything we needed. The loft is very cosy and clean! Everything is exactly as pictured/described in the listing. The location is great as well. We felt very safe in the area and it's a beautiful neighborhood to explore. It's also a straightforward transit trip into central London and there are nice cafes, restaurants, and a grocery store within a few minutes walk. Overall, we had an excellent stay--it felt like staying with family/friends! We would definitely stay again and recommend Colin's place to others. Thanks again, Colin, for being a wonderful host and keeping such a lovely home.

Mooi en prettig verblijf

Wij hebben een zeer prettige verblijfsperiode gehad, de locatie was zeer aangenaam. Een rustige buurt maar het metrostation binnen 5 min lopen. Gebruik mogen maken van de keuken en woonkamer eigen plek in koelkast en vriezer gekregen. Twee lieve maar nieuwsgierige katten die graag even kwamen knuffelen. Dus als je niet van katten houdt is dit geen aanrader

Home away from home

Colin is so wonderful! He gave good recommendations and conversation. Colin's home is very near a tube station and bus stops which makes using the public transit wonderful. Nice restaurants, pubs and cafes are within walking distance. The bed and bathroom was very comfortable. The temperature outside was so nice, we kept the windows open for the breeze. Would stay again!

Parfait ! Comme à la maison !

Chambre spacieuse, pratique et fonctionnelle, au calme, avec salle de bain privée. Cuisine mise à disposition, comme à la maison ! Colin et ses filles sont très agréables et savent se montrer discrets et charmants. A 4 mn du métro (Gunnerbury - zone 3) - A 30 à 45 mn du centre de Londres. Avec mon fils, nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous en sommes très reconnaissants ! Thanks for All !

Wonderful home & host

I picked this home on the basis of the reviews. But I couldn't have imagined how kind and involved Colin was in anything I needed. He offered well thought out solutions for any problem I had. We had many conversations on all kinds of topics. He went out of his way to help. His girls are lovely. He has created a very welcoming and well-appointed home. The wi-fi is great. I loved the kitchen facilities and utensils. The bed and pillows were super comfy. I asked what brand they were! All top quality. The bathroom was spotless, bright and had good ventilation especially as it got hot over the Easter weekend. There's so much storage. I spent a lot of time in my little study working and was comfortable. The location is so convenient from the tube. There's a thriving high street a short walk away. I really enjoyed my time here, which was relaxing and interesting. I felt completely at home. No amount of compliments will do Colin and his home justice. Thank you, Colin!

Extremely clean, easy to find, cute neighborhood.

Once again we had a great experience. It’s a 3rd floor room with private bath which is wonderful and it’s very affordable. The location is fantastic- super close to the tube, bus line, and Thames tow path. It’s perfect for my husband and which is why we have stayed in the past and will stay again in the future. Colin is a pleasure.

Loved the cozy loft in Chiswick!

The location was perfect with easy access to Gunnersbury Station to catch the trains into the heart of London. The loft suited us well for experiencing the local vibe - industrial London decor, comfortable accommodations, clean and cozy!!

Cozy in London

I came to London to look for an apartment before the start of the school year. Collin was such a wonderful host! First and foremost, the loft is true to the pictures! The bed is wonderful (I slept well every night) and the rain shower is great! There is a space to the side of the room that is a little office. I kept my luggage there and worked from the desk. The house is clean, warm and inviting. Collin is one of the friendliest guys you will EVER meet and he keeps a beautiful home. His place is located near the Gunnersbury train station so you have quick access to the tube. If you are coming from Heathrow, you can take Piccadilly to Gunnersbury to get to Collin's within 35 minutes! There are lots of great restaurants to fit every taste and boutiques to shop from that are all within walking distance of his house. There are also several small grocery stores (Co-op, M&S, Sainsbury Local, and Tesco Express, etc.) if you want to cook or grab a quick snack. Collins girls are adorable. For me, seeing Collin interact with his children was an added bonus. I would encourage anyone who is thinking about this space to book! You will have a wonderful stay!

exactly as advertised small and cozy but very comfortable with a great location

Colin was the perfect host and the room was more than adequate for our needs as we spent all of our days exploring, with Windsor Castle and Eaton one day, the Buckingham Palace State Rooms and London one day and Kew Gardens and a show in London's West end Theater district another day. The location was perfect to get to all of these great sights. It also had great access to the local stores and restaurants. Colin was very accommodating and provided some great recommendations. His hospitality was excellent. Highly recommend this place for a stay.

Cozy, clean and comfortable

The place is a perfect size for two. Everything you would need in a great neighbourhood with plenty of restaurants and bars. Overground, Underground and Railway all close by. Colin is very friendly and helpful. We felt right at home as soon as we stepped through the door. I can only recommend everything about the place. 5 gigantic stars from Copenhagen, Denmark.

What a perfect stay!

I can’t sing enough praise of Colin, his girls and their home. Inside it was clean, inviting and quiet. Colin was very helpful and his daughters were beyond delightful. My daughter (6) was instantly welcomed which made my worry of having a young child with me, in someone’s home, dissipate immediately. The location was perfect because of the underground stop just a short walk from the front door, not to mention the quaintness and quiet of the street made it a perfect retreat after a busy day in the city. It only takes 25-30 mins to the center of London. The room was clean, quiet and has plenty of storage for your things and was exactly how it looked in the photos. I would absolutely stay here again (and hope to do so soon!) and highly recommend it.

Cozy Stay in a Friendly Home

My husband and I had a wonderful stay in Chiswick! Colin was a wonderful host and he was very helpful when it came to things nearby. We really enjoyed our room. It felt secluded with our own bedroom, bathroom, and even office. But we were still able to see and chat with Colin when we needed to! It's really in the perfect location and the neighborhood was really great. We really enjoyed our time and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city! It's perfect for being right next to the city without all of the craziness that comes with city life. My husband and I did spend quite a few meals in Chiswick enjoying the scenery and calmness when we weren't exploring London. We even did things that weren't originally on our list because of the location. All in all it was a great four days and we would love to come back!
