Hollywood Hideaway est une merveilleuse maison au milieu des demeures et des domaines. Il offre une ambiance très contemporaine avec des œuvres d'art exceptionnelles et de superbes jardins luxuriants avec des plantations établies et des arbres ficus imposants. Intérieurs fraîchement rénovés et piscine et spa récemment rénovés. Cette maison est impeccable et ne sera PAS louée à de grands groupes de personnes à la recherche d'un "tapis de fête". Il est conçu comme une escapade relaxante pour ceux qui recherchent le repos et la détente.

La maison a des fenêtres du sol au plafond et le salon a de hauts plafonds et a été fraîchement peint et offre de superbes draps et meubles. Une magnifique loggia blindée surplombe la cour et la piscine et le spa.

Vues de verdure de toutes les fenêtres de la maison et entièrement privées. La suite principale offre deux bains, il y a un bar en contrebas et une salle à manger formelle ainsi qu'une grande salle adjacente à la cuisine.

Les suites à deux chambres disposent de lits king-size. La troisième chambre offre deux lits de taille complète (pas jumeaux) et la 4ème chambre dispose d'un canapé-lit.

Girls Trip

A group of 8 of us stayed for 4 nights celebrating our 50th birthdays. The house was phenomenal! Beautiful decor. Spacious rooms. Fully stocked kitchen. The pool and backyard were perfect. The hosts were great to work with. Location was also great. We’ll be back.

Style, comfort, location!

Love this house! Aesthetics - architecture, art, “clean” decor, good landscaping. Function - comfortable beds, nice fireplace, blackout shades in Master BR, hot tub, spacious kitchen. Location - walk to coffee shop, margaritas on patio, good restaurants and shops. Owners friendly and highly responsive. We will be back!

This one goes to eleven!

Even with the photos we weren't prepared for how beautiful this home is. It is simply the nicest home we’ve visited. It's brand new, recently completing a major remodel. The furnishings look new and tasteful. From the carpets, to the bedspreads, to the wallpaper - no detail was overlooked in making this house a showpiece. I’m amazed this is a rental, it’s a special and private place. It has beautiful artwork, by Dali, Picasso, Chagall, Haring, etc. Bedrooms are huge, each has plenty of closet space and its own large bathroom, and separate access to outdoors. The pool is big with lots of sun, but when we wanted shade there was a large, comfortable area we loved to gather in.. The house has fold back and disappearing windows for a super cool indoor/outdoor feel. The living room has a huge smart TV (with a slightly smaller one in the other rooms) and not only could we stream Netflix and Amazon, but it lets you cast your phone or iPad to the screen. Cool! Perfect location, a quiet street without traffic but 5 minutes walk to 10+ restaurants. The view of the mountain is awesome from inside the house and out. We would have an afternoon cocktail and look up at it through the windows, sitting in the living room listening to music. There’s construction across the street, but it’s not noisy and not noticeable from the house. Hopefully it will be available when we return here, I have a feeling there’s going to be a waitlist.

Perfect in paradise

Everything about this property is stunning!! The house is magnificent, perfectly maintained, and in the Movie Colony, definitely the best neighborhood to be in. Easy walk to stores, restaurants, coffee shops. The check in process was all completed remotely, so no Covid issues. House was equipped with plenty of sanitizing materials. Just walking through the house, you stop and admire everything. The property managers are the kindest, sweetest and most helpful ever. And the pool and hot tub and tree lined property will take your breath away. Hands down the best home I have ever stayed in. Highly recommend!!!

4 perfect stays...

We have rented this property 4 times (20+ total days?) and will continue to do so! Location, beautiful pool/hotub and especially the responsiveness from Scott and his team are the main reasons. The property is large, secure and clean like a Michelin 5 Star. Book and enjoy!

Beautiful and spacious property with the old Hollywood feel you desire when visiting Palm Springs. Great neighborhood, very quiet and close to everything you could possibly want to do to entertain yourself away from the house. The house was well kept and very clean. I hope To stay again!

Perfect Family Vacation House

This lovely house was superb for our multi-generational family group including young grandchildren, their parents, grandparents, uncle and aunt. The kids called the house a “private mansion.” The four large bedrooms are totally comfortable. Many appliances are brand new. The pool and patio are wonderful. We found absolutely everything we needed in the kitchen. There are multiple places for dining and hanging out. The master suite is over the top! We love the location, the style of the house, the privacy. Unequivocally excellent.

Lovely Quiet Spacious nook in the heart of PS

We loved staying here--it was great for our small family gathering. We appreciated the style: clean, minimalist modern take on a PS classic home and yard. Fun, beautiful art and the yard was heaven for our little dog. We enjoyed the hot tub and lounging by the pool as well! Scott and Mark are kind, thoughtful and generous hosts; just good people--we will be back!

House is wonderful, roomy and immaculate

We had our family of adults and 4 grandchildren for Christmas, 5-70 years. We all loved the house. There was, however, no grass at all- just mud and fertilizer around the pool and house. We had paid to heat the pool and spa and the kids were in everyday, but no place to lay in the sun. We were told on check in, not to walk on any landscaped areas and It was difficult to stay on the edges of the pool. Scott and Mark were very helpful with other minor glitches. Location and fireplace wonderful.

If you want privacy and location...you found it!

This is a private oasis that is less than a 10 min walk to all the resturaunts and shops on Palm Canyon. Amazing turn key home with great responsive owners! Pool is amazing with grass - so not to burn your feet. The black out blinds in the master are the best!! We WILL be renting again soon!

Lovely bright house in a great central location to the main street in Palm Springs.

We had a perfect stay at this house. It's very roomy and clean with a lot of natural light. The beds, sheets and towels were very comfortable and the furnishings are modern and tasteful. It's just walking minutes to a beautiful park that has tennis courts and close to the action of downtown Palm Springs. We would definitely stay here again...we look forward to it!

Nice house. Great private yard and pool Very close to town but very quiet.

The property is exactly as represented on the website. Super private little estate. House and pool very well maintained. Scott was a great host and good to deal with. Represents a good value for the money. This house would rent for twice as much if it were 1 blocks west in old las palmas. But the neighborhood is really interesting and it's a 2 minute walk to the wonderful Ruth Hardy Park. Winner.

Movie Colony Oasis

We had a wonderful stay made even better by the care and concern shown by Mark and Scott. We are returning next year which says everything. The home is large & comfortable, with a well cared for pool, spa and beautiful mature landscaped grounds with comfortable seating back and front. The location is perfect ---easy walking distance to downtown and Ruth Hardy Park. The home was immaculate. There were a few small hiccups which were handled immediately and didn't detract from our stay. The living room offers a beautiful gas fireplace, comfortable furnishings and great light from the backyard. A nice kitchen with gas cooktop and vintage oven works for preparing meals. Two huge flat screen TVs in the master bedroom and room off the kitchen give you two locations to enjoy TV. A screened in porch provides perfect indoor-outdoor living and the two car garage keeps your vehicle out of the sun. The perfect movie colony location is complemented by a comfortable, clean and meticulously maintained home,
