Dès que vous franchirez la grande entrée principale, vous saurez que vous êtes arrivé chez vous dans le désert. Tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vivre à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur est ici: piscine, spa, terrasse couverte spacieuse, gazebo adjacent à l'étang Koi, comptoir extérieur couvert avec barbecue au gaz naturel, ventilateurs de plafond et une vue magnifique sur le mont San Jacinto. Cette propriété est située sur plus de 1/3 d'acre!

C'est le lieu idéal pour un événement spécial, comme un anniversaire, une réunion ou une fête saisonnière, avec une cuisine gastronomique entièrement équipée, quatre belles chambres, quatre salles de bain et demi et 3262 pieds carrés d'espace intérieur. L'aménagement intérieur est superbement conçu et nommé. Cette maison peut accueillir facilement plusieurs grands et petits groupes sans sacrifier la vie privée.

La conception et l'aménagement intérieur sont de bon goût et confortable. Chaque suite de chambre a sa propre salle de bain complète et dressing. La suite principale dispose d'un lit king-size avec des portes-fenêtres donnant sur la piscine; deux autres suites disposent de lits queen et une suite avec deux lits doubles.

Bella Vista est une retraite sereine où le stress de la vie quotidienne se fond que vous êtes assis dans le gazebo et regarder la belle grande nager Koi dans leur étang, et les cascades de générer un son doux et apaisant. Vous aurez certainement sentir la tranquillité du désert!

Des fonctionnalités supplémentaires à la maison comprennent deux zones de chaleur et de la climatisation, d'un garage pour trois voitures, un espace de divertissement dans la salle familiale avec une "télévision 54, Blu-Ray, streaming gratuit Netflix, et le son surround. Il y a aussi internet sans fil salut-vitesse. La chambre principale dispose d'un "TV et 32" 42 TV dans la salle de bains principale, pour profiter tout en vous relaxant dans la grande baignoire. Les 3 autres chambres ont chacune leur propre téléviseur de 38 pouces.

Great vacation!

Loved staying here! Ric is great to deal with. Our family had a great time, the house had everything we needed and more. Lots of space indoor and outdoor, lots of outdoor furnishings to use, great BBQ and outdoor dining space. And the koi pond and waterfalls created the perfect outdoor environment! Had an issue with the hot tub but was taken care of quickly by Ric. Planning on staying here again. Thanks so much!

Golden Getaway

A wonderful stay with dear friends. House layout was perfect for our group. Outdoor space (including pool and hot tub) was amazing. The house is still lovely, but attention to some minor maintenance issues would be helpful. House manager, Ric, was very pleasant and accommodating as we settled in a bit ahead of schedule. Fortunately, no further assistance was needed during our stay.

Backyard Oasis

We had a wonderful stay in Palm Springs and couldn't have enjoyed the backyard oasis more! It has tons of space (sun & shade), tables, patios, chairs, umbrellas, etc...Ric was a delight to work with. The home was spacious and comfortable. Very worth the price and we would consider going back again!

Perfect for Family Grandparents

This is our 5th year staying at this house and it’s absolutely perfect. The house is clean, has everything we need, and the outdoor space is amazing! The house and yard are spacious where people can spread out if they want some alone time. The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything you need.

Stunning outdoor space

Pool, hot tub, sauna, gazebo, bocci/corn hole, koi pond, orange/lemon trees. Watched bowl games from pool on outdoor tv. Sunrises from hot tub were amazing. Best Palm Spring vrbo we have stayed at- grocery/liquor store minutes away. Close to so many attractions. Kitchen well stocked. Many places to eat indoor annd out. Only negative is that the dishwasher didn’t clean dishes but so minor. Great place!

Amazing back yard, clean home!

Loved the back yard, the sauna, everything was SO clean, VERY comfortable beds - not the platform beds everyone had but a real bed in the master (which my back definitely appreciated lol). Appreciated the full size w/d too. As a family who spent a lot of time hiking we needed that. Ric was super responsive and easy to work with. Would highly recommend this property.

Wonderful vacation home in Palm Springs

Amazing property, beautiful, private, very comfortable, planty of room to hang out together, and to have some personal time. Very well equipped kitchen, BBQ, bar area, patio. Great pool and spa. We didn't use sauna but it was available. And wonderful koi pond!

This was the nicest VRBO I have stayed in. It was clean, comfortable and convenient. We had non-functional outlets in the master vanity. The pillows in the master bedroom were too full/hard. The patio furniture was worn and uncomfortable.These were minor concerns in an overall spectacular rental

Paradise!

Everything about this property was perfect! Although the inside was spacious and tastefully decorated, the outside was amazing. The pool and spa were used everyday (lots of pool floaties). The waterfall and koi were such a nice serene touch. The location was conveniently close to downtown. 5 stars for sure!

Fun in Palm Springs

The Bella Vista is a lovely place in the Movie Colony. We have stayed in many rentals in Palm Springs, and this was one of the very best homes. The house is very spacious, well furnished, and comfortable. Appliances are new, mattresses comfortable, and everything we needed in the kitchen. The back yard was spacious with a great pool and hot tub. The variety of spaces in the backyard were very fun. We enjoyed the beautiful koi pond, the landscaping and flowers, and the barbecue area had tables and a large tv on the patio wall. We didn’t have time to use the indoor sauna or bocci ball area. There were plenty of cushioned lounge chairs and towels to use by the pool. The location was very central to downtown Palm Springs. We would definitely stay in this house again.

This was our 4th year staying at this property. Ric and his team are great to work with. The house is clean, spacious, the yard and landscaping are gorgeous, and it’s easy to get around town from this neighborhood. We enjoying coming back to this house every year for new memories.

Wonderful property, great outdoor space

We were vacationing with our family of 7 and this home was perfect for us. Loved having ensuite bathrooms and lots of clean towels. Each BR also had a TV, if you had the time to watch. The home was very roomy, lots of space fo everyone. We didn't find the family room sofa very comfortable for watching TV together but, we made it work. The kitchen was well stocked and plenty of dinnerware. Our favorite thing about this property was the outside space and pool/hot tub. Everyone spent most of the time in, or near, the water. We had the pool heated and it was worth it as there were a couple cool days but everyone still swam. There were lots of loungers and plenty of towels. The space is beautifully landscaped and it was fun feeding the fish in the Koi pond. The neighborhood was enjoyable to walk around and the location is very convenient to downtown, restaurants and grocery stores. We would stay here again.

Roomy house and beautiful pool

Our group of eight enjoyed our time here with plenty of space inside and out. The private yard offers many different spots to relax with a beautiful view of the mountains or pool. Many of the furnishings have been updated and there are opportunities to further freshen the decor and fixtures. Overall, a very well equipped home with a convenient location to restaurants and shopping.

Great Girls/Family Group Getaway

Bella Vista is a lovely spot which easily accommodated my 6 sisters and myself for a recent family reunion weekend in Palm Springs. The location is excellent and there was something for everyone to do with easy access into Palm Springs and a myriad of other local outdoor options including gorgeous hiking trails. The house is large and open with 4 bedrooms & 8 beds incl 4 Queens/1 King and 4 1/2 baths. The house was clean, welcoming and beautiful with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable living/dining area and gorgeous yard including a koi fish pond and pool/jacuzzi. Unfortunately, we encountered a couple of glitches during our stay including a broken sound system and pool heater. But Ric, the Rental Agent, and his assistant were very accessible & responsive. They brought us a new portable speaker right away which we appreciated. The pool heater problem was tougher to solve and despite attempts to fix it,the pool heater remained totally broken down - the luck of the draw, I guess. Though that was disappointing, Ric refunded us for the pool heating cost plus a day's rental for our trouble and the lack of a heated pool/jacuzzi during our stay which we greatly appreciated. And - good news - Ric told me they've now put a whole new pool heating system in at the house so I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. I'm rating it a 4 given the broken heater but it will be a definite 5 going forward with a new working pool heater+!.

Palm Springs Get Away

This was a great house. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen we have ever been in. The outdoor area was phenomenal. The pictures don’t do it justice. Location was excellent. We will definitely stay at this house again.

Desert Relaxation for New Year’s

Property exceeded our expectations. Great layout, well stocked kitchen, amazing desert Mountain View’s. Fantastic outdoor space, hot tub and pool were enjoyed every day. Great koi pond and bocce too. Very comfortable beds and spacious rooms and closets. Highly recommend this property. And Property manager Ric Gomez is great, very responsive and detailed host!

Perfect Getaway for a family!

This was the second time we stayed at this property. There is plenty of room for a family vacation. The beds are comfortable, the appliances excellent, and is well equipped for preparing meals. The pool and spa are great. Since we stayed there last time, there is now a charge for pool and spa gas heating. We did not read the VRBO posting carefully so there was an extra charge. With the price of natural gas going up, it's understandable. You will enjoy this property!

Nice property, especially the patio and yard

Everything was as listed and the bedrooms with private bathrooms was a huge plus for 7 women. Our only criticism is that the kitchen could use a deep cleaning. We found many dirty dishes in the cabinets. The drawers, cabinets, refrigerator, toaster, etc could use some attention. And a Keurig would be a great addition.
