Vous verrez pourquoi il n'y a pas de meilleur choix! 1800 mètres carrés Piscine Ft qui peut facilement rivaliser avec n'importe quel hôtel Luxurious Resort. La piscine contient trois zones de bronzage pour s'allonger au soleil ou pour profiter avec vos petits enfants. Quatre cascades avec quatre cuvettes de foyer pour les soirées et les nuits spéciales. Très grand spa pour dix avec deux télévisions extérieures pour se détendre et regarder vos émissions et sports préférés. Coulé dans un foyer avec un fabuleux verre pour voir à travers le puits coulé dans le foyer jusqu'à la piscine! Cinq tabourets pour s'asseoir et prendre votre plat ou vos boissons préférés au bar, le tout entouré par la tuile de piscine la plus exquise.
Le plan d'étage ouvert cède la place au patio par une porte de poche monumentale de 25 pieds qui se ferme entièrement pour connecter librement votre plan d'étage ouvert avec l'extérieur.

Beautiful home in great location

This home is perfect location, and the amenities and design are amazing! We were all so comfortable in the suites, all with their own bathrooms. We were able to walk into downtown for shopping and eating. Would love to stay again, BVR is the best!

Great Property In Great Location

The property is exactly as it is represented to be. A beautiful modern luxury rental. And the agents and owner are most helpful. We had a couple of issues but they responded immediately. We thoroughly enjoyed the property and will return.

The house and pool were amazing, and the property management team was great to work with. However, the internet was a constant struggle, making it difficult to work and stream anything. Aside from the slow internet, the only other aspect that I would rate below average was the quality of the beds, bedding, and towels. Given the price, I expected those items to be of a higher quality.

Toilet Back Up muddied the Week

Our family of 5 adults and 2 children stayed here for a week. The pool is the star of the show - wow; beautiful set up, lights, waterfalls, day beds, the works. Our family enjoyed many hours here. The only negative here is the music outside restrictions and the draconian laws surrounding outside music. On to the inside of the house. Overall the inside of the property was beautiful, however sterile and lacked furniture (like end tables both indoors and by the pool). Each room only has a bed - nowhere to sit and the main room features only a couch and barstools - no end tables or other seating arrangements. The biggest issue we had was on our second day the toilets all backed up through the shower pushing raw sewage in to the shower in the front bedroom. This was disgusting and the property manager placed the blame on us. They were quick to send out roto-rooter however the overall experience was disgusting and no apology from management. This property is probably best set up for a long weekend rather than a full week family vacation. Overall we enjoyed our stay

Another Great Stay!

Beautiful modern house in the best location in Palm Springs! Walking distance to downtown and all the restaurants, shops, and bars. The pool and spa are the amazing. Love the palm tree in the middle of the pool and extended baja shelves for the kids to enjoy! Hector and Jesus are the most gracious host, we always stay at BVR houses for our Palm Springs getaways. Thank you for opening up your beautiful property to us and allowing us to make wonderful family memories!

Family Thanksgiving

A wonderful spot for our annual Thanksgiving gathering. Five ensuite bedrooms made it comfortable for all. The kitchen was well set up for holiday cooking and the location near downtown PS was perfect. We had the pool heated and the kids loved it! The hosts were very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We look forward to coming back. Highly recommend!

Ladies Getaway

Totally terrific in every way. Gorgeous property, immaculate and spacious. Five bedrooms each with their own bath. As described in other reviews, the house is in a fabulous location. We walked to coffee, to lunch, to wonderful dinners and fun shops. The pool is as luxe as can be. Lots of space to relax both inside and out. Great home for a friends or family getaway.

Unbelievable Property

I can't say enough good things about this property. We were 2 families with younger kids and the pool couldn't be set up better for little swimmers and adults that just want to lounge. Plus the layout of the house gave everyone their own privacy. Hector was beyond responsive to work with, and an added bonus to this house is that it is a 3 minute walk to all of the dining and shopping you could want. Can't wait to get back here for another vacation.

This property is spectacular. Hector met us when we arrived and explained the details of the house

Our family and friends had a great time in the beautiful pool and spa. There was a little trouble with the pool heater, which Hector fixed and monitored constantly. The kitchen was the best equipped one I have ever rented. The barbecue area and evening out door lighting are relaxing and over the top. We walked to shops and restaurants. We hope to return next year.

The general consensus was that the Master bdrm could use a sitting area; the bedrooms and casitas - a stuffed chair or two. Other than the extremely low seating furniture in the main living area, the property was ideal for our needs: clean, comfortable, excellent amenities, ideal location, quiet neighborhood, very nice vacation rental. On a personal note, the property mgr Hector Ayala, has to be secure with you…be patient, he’s a nice guy! Just follow the rules and you’ll be fine.

in general, everything was perfect! only one thing was strange for me, you can’t listen to music even during the day, even the TV should work quietly so that the neighbors don’t hear, we listened music on the back yard at 8 pm, the neighbors complained to the owner, and he called me and screamed so that we would immediately turn off the music, otherwise we would be kicked out

LOVED IT!

Jesus was an excellent host and the property was perfect for my husband's birthday. The house was just as the pictures showed and accommodated each couple perfectly with their own bathrooms for each room. It is in walking distance to downtown which saved us from having to drive or pay for a car service which is an awesome bonus. We loved corresponding with Jesus and hope to stay again at one of their lovely properties. They gave videos that instructed how to use the remote controls which was good for those that do not like to read directions/instructions. One thing to mention is to be careful of the colorful chairs in front of the fireplace. The legs stick out and each person tripped multiple times when walking in the living room ; ). Other than that, it was PERFECT! Thank you Jesus (and Hector) for a wonderful stay!

Great location and beautiful house

We had a very nice stay at this house. The location is only a five minute walk from downtown and in a very quiet neighborhood. The on line description is very accurate and provides a good representation of the house. There were several opportunities with the house during our stay. First, the hot tub didn't work and it took 3 calls to get somebody to come out and get the heater working. Secondly, we didn't receive check in information until after I sent a reminder the day prior to arrival. Finally, and most frustrating part was the television connections. The wifi on the main tv was very sporadic and connecting to any of the apps(Netflix, U tube, apple tv or others) didn't consistently connect. Finally, connecting to Spectrum(regular channels) required you to stand in a specific spot. I highly recommend the property owner upgrade the television connections. On a very positive note, the young man that came out to help with the shade remote was EXTREMLEY friendly and helpful. He had a caring attitude and didn't leave until our problem was resolved.

The Perfect Palm Springs Vacation Home!

Where does one start? That the home is located in one of Palm Springs most beautiful and historic neighborhoods? That its walking distance to bars and restaurants and museums and shopping? Or that the pool is truly on a level with any resort? This is hands down one of the greatest vacation homes I have ever had the pleasure to stay in. For a party of 10 there could not have been a more perfect home. Each room is large and each room has its own full bathroom with large flat screen TV, so if people need to get away from the group, you have your own space to relax. And the rooms are super quiet and the bedding like sleeping on a cloud. I've read the other review that complained that there weren't enough places to sit inside (one very comfy long couch, a table with 10 chairs, and two more soft leather chairs near fire place) , but when you spend 90% of your time outside at the pool, who cares? Could it have used a couple extra bar stools? Sure. But when you have endless lounge chairs, recliners on the pools Baja Shelf and a fire pit lined with padded seats, you are pretty much covered. Hector could not have been more accommodating. From the minute we arrived he was available for any questions and everything in the house was fantastic. I almost feel like I should give this place a crap review to keep it to ourselves, but Hector deserves the business. Without a doubt we will be coming back. Thanks again Hector! Parker

Amazing property

The pictures do not do it justice! The pool area is amazing. The team was easy to reach and helped with any issues. We did have an issue with the blinds that was addressed in a matter of minutes. Communication was great. The property is a few blocks from the main downtown area. The pool was great. We elected to have it heated since it was chilly. There was a cost associated but it was clearly stated. Plenty of room for 8 adults.
