Spacious rooms outfitted with sophisticated, yet playful designs and plush furnishings call for large groups to come together and enjoy what Skyview is all about: time spent with each other, and…the views! Guests can take advantage of the desert's iconic weather out on the beautifully manicured yard, or enjoy outdoor games such as large chess, bocce ball or ping pong. More relaxing amenities include swinging in the hammocks or chilling fireside under the desert stars. Lounge poolside or enjoy your friends and family with ample dining and lounging spaces - this home is perfect for hosting guests for a barbecue or a drink or two (or three!).

Come inside and the amenities continue to impress… Skyview was recently remodeled with a dedicated game room and gym! The gym is outfitted with a Peloton Spin Bike and strength equipment while the game room boasts a billiards table, air hockey, arcade game and lounge area with bar seating and large TV. The main living space has an open concept with large floor to ceiling glass doors that disappear into the main structure creating a gorgeous indoor/outdoor area with fresh air and mountain views. Skyview also offers a fully stocked and outfitted chefs kitchen and large indoor dining area.

North Palm Springs is one of the hottest, fastest developing areas within the Coachella Valley. Our neighborhood, Racquet Club West, once the hottest Hollywood spot in Palm Springs with residents and regulars like Marilyn Monroe, Jane Wyman, Kirk Douglas and Elizabeth Taylor, is now seeing a major renaissance and has the only estate sized properties. Within approximately one mile of the estate are some of the newest and iconic spots in Palm Springs like Riviera Hotel and Spa, Arrive Hotel, Reservoir, Draughtsman, Sandfish Sushi and Whiskey and The Tova Hotel.

We want you to feel confident when renting a TRAVLR Vacation Home. As a result, we have enhanced some of our cleaning procedures in the interest of our Guests' and Employees' health and safety. Currently, we spend between 4-16 working hours to clean each rental property after every reservation and have enhanced our check-out cleaning procedures to pay close attention to all details, specifically disinfecting all surfaces with anti-bacterial solutions. We frequently change all HVAC filters and clean pools twice weekly to help ensure optimal cleanliness as well. Our vendors and staff are equipped with protective gear such as face masks and gloves to maintain the safety of all parties.

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?
Check in is after 3PM local time, and check out is no later than 11AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation upon request. Please reach out for the cost and availability.

WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
All TRAVLR Vacation Homes have keyless locks. This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.

DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?
TRAVLR Vacation Homes provides a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.

CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED?
Your reservation "resort fee" includes the cost of pool heat (up to 80-82 degrees). This fee is not included on Airbnb bookings.

WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?
All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and we also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper.

There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets.

CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.

DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?
City of Palm Springs does not permit any amplified music outdoors at any time (day or night), including, but not limited to cell phones, bluetooth speakers, or outdoor TV's. This includes any amplified sound indoors that can be heard outside. City fines start at $1,000 and are strictly enforced.

DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
Our vacation rentals are pet friendly. We allow for up to two pets per property for a fee of $150 per pet.
