Appartement de luxe de 2 chambres situé dans le Golf Resort Torrequebrada situé dans de beaux jardins tropicaux luxuriants entretenus, un choix de 4 piscines et des vues panoramiques sur le parcours de golf de Torrequebrada, la mer, les montagnes, les villas de luxe et pourtant à seulement quelques pas de la plage locale de Los Remos .
En entrant dans l'appartement, vous trouverez une cuisine moderne bien équipée, un couloir menant à la salle de bain spacieuse avec baignoire jacuzzi, douche, sèche-serviettes et 2 chambres doubles lumineuses avec placards. La chambre principale ayant sa propre terrasse avec vue sur la montagne. Directement en face de la cuisine, vous trouverez un salon très spacieux de 32 m² avec une porte coulissante donnant sur une terrasse de bonne taille avec des meubles en rotin, une table et des chaises pour manger en plein air et un éclairage extérieur. Le salon a également une cheminée, une salle à manger, un grand canapé avec un meuble TV moderne et une télévision à écran plat de 50 "offrant plusieurs chaînes internationales dont le Royaume-Uni et le WiFi.

Lovely holiday

Excellent condo. Lovely view from the balcony very well equipped.Very clean A car is necessary but there is a place in garage. It is near everything but a big walk up the hill from main places to do groceriesToo bad the weather was not up to par but we were able to go to many different places .I suggest renting with Malaga.car .com Thank you to Michael the owner and Clifton the caretaker who were very helpful.

Torrequebrada Golf Resort

Michael’s apartment was super tidy, well equipped with all necessities for a long term stay, and very comfortable. The photos on VRBO are a true representation of the accommodation. The heat pump servicing the apartment is efficient providing guests heat or air conditioning as required. Michael’s communications are timely and clear.Clifton, the gentleman who greats you during checkin is friendly, helpful, and accommodating.This was the second time we rented this apartment and we shall return again next year.The apartment is a 15 minute walk to the Torrequebrada golf course , where we played golf several times. There are also 3 groceries within a 15-20 minute walk, several restaurants, and the seaside paseo . ( Note that these are downhill from the apartment thereby requiring a return walk uphill. )

The apartment is really look like what you see in VBRO. Beautifull and very quiet place .The área is very safe. The privative parking was also appréciate .A car location is usefull to visit Andalusia and to go everyday at the beach and grocery

Fantastic Apartment

Stayed for 3 weeks in this lovely, confortable and well equiped apartment - a real home from home. The balcony was fab with long views to the sea and we sat out most days in the afternoon sun even though it was November. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect

This apartment has everything we needed for a perfect holiday. It is beautifully furnished, a large private terrace with distant sea views, very comfortable beds in the bedrooms, and a great shower in the bathroom. It is easy walking distance to many great restaurants and we also managed to squeeze in days out to Benalmadena Pueblo, Mijas Pueblo and Marbella. Thank you Michael for the use of your great apartment

Fabulous stay

Just returned from a lovely ,11 weeks stay at this apartment, absolutely loved it.Comfortable and well appointed apartment well located in a very beautiful and quiet area, close to the sea a few minutes walk, the real sea and mountain view from the balcony ... splendid! When we arrived we were met by Clifton , on site contact, he was so lovely, showed us around the apartment and gave us suggestions of where to go in the area. The apartment was sparkling clean and felt very homely. Excellent WiFi speed Michael kept in touch during our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. Would highly recommend, and definitely consider staying here again in the future.

A home from home

Immaculate apartment with everything we needed for a lovely, relaxing holiday. The kitchen and bathroom were very well appointed. As we went in August we were very grateful for the excellent air conditioning (very quiet and efficient). The view from the balcony was stunning and the area was always quiet and peaceful. We went to the pool every day (we had the choice of 2) and they were never crowded. Our teenage daughter found the wifi to be excellent. The owner Michael was very helpful when we booked the holiday and quick to respond to any questions we had. When we arrived we were met by Keith who showed us into the apartment and explained all of the facilities. We found that Keith was also helpful and very professional. We couldn't have asked for more from a holiday apartment and will definitely return again.

Lovely stay.

My wife and I stayed from June 21 for two weeks. Communications with the host Michael were brilliant, he was so helpful and answered all our queries. On arrival at the apartment we were met by a really nice man called Clifton who showed us around the apartment and gave us information on the area. The apartment is a good size and very clean it’s also set in a very nice quiet area and located on a very secure, well manicured complex. We used the nearest pool to the apartment which only ever had a few people round it. Michael provides a couple of chairs and beds for pool use. There is very good WiFi and air con in the apartment and also quite a few TV channels but very limited British ones…so remember your Netflix/Amazon password. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and a couple of nearish supermarkets, both supermarkets are about a twelve to fifteen minute walk away…downhill …but it’s harder walking all the way back uphill loaded with shopping…we didn’t mind as we ate so much whilst out it kept us fit, however there are plenty of cabs around to make that trip easier and they’re not expensive....ladies bring sensible shoes for walking…or buy some here as my wife kept doing lol. If you do venture out further the bus service is brilliant and really cheap especially if you get the bus card . We loved it and have rebooked…it’s an ideal holiday if you don’t want that hotel vibe, noise and sunbed wars…to us youngish 60 yr olds it was perfect.

What can I say! Michael is an absolute legend, he has literally thought of everything to make your stay perfect, and he doesn’t mind answering 101 questions! The apartment is gorgeous so clean and spacious. The balcony leading from the front room is spacious and my daughter spent most of her evenings lounging there loving the wifi! The TV had Netflix and Prime so you just need to log on and away you go. This might seem odd but after quite a few busy days and nights it was nice to just chill out. The kitchen is very well equipped including tea bags and coffee! The bathroom has a shower over tub and is also a jacuzzi. The bedrooms have the most amazing wardrobes plenty of storage space and hangers! There’s a first aid kit, storage containers for food, beautiful set of knives, an amazing cooker and Michael even had ice cubes ready for us plus a bottle of bunny to welcome us! Oh and we had our own cupboard in the garage which is near the pool, inside are deck chairs, sun loungers, water guns and balls, we recently added to the collection so enjoy whoever is lucky enough to grab this apartment. The nearest shop is down the hill 15 minute walk east enough, Uber operates in the area and costs around £4 to get from shop to home however, I would recommend using Glovo app to do a shop and have it delivered to you, as it’s fantastic! The beach is literally on your doorstep not far at all. Lots of places to eat, beautiful park nearby and marina.

Beautifully Appointed Apartment

From contact before booking until the end of our stay, the owner, Michael’s communication has been excellent and helpful. The apartment is beautifully finished, well equipped and furnished. We particularly liked the comfortable sofa and chairs on the main balcony, which has an amazing panoramic view of the grounds, the beautiful Torrequebrada Golf course and the distant sea. There is also a balcony off of the main bedroom which catches the morning sun rise and which is also well furnished. The photos do not do the apartment justice. A really comfortable bed as well as a quiet environment are very important to us and the apartment met both of those requirements. Check in is personalised by the friendly and helpful Clifton, who is local to the property. The apartment is about 15 minutes walk from the nearest beach, main bus routes and some good beachside restaurants. The many restaurants and bars around Santa Ana beach are about 25 mins walk mainly downhill going and only around €8 in a cab if you don’t fancy the stroll back! The large clean and pretty town of Arroyo de La Miel with its many good restaurants and bars ( and a large Friday market) is about 30 minutes walk uphill, again only about €8 in a cab. ( you can catch the train here which runs every 20 minutes between Fuengirola in the West to Central Malaga in the East ). Michael’s apartment has two secure underground parking space easily reached from the apartment. With a car you can quickly reach the larger beaches and lovely Chinguitos along the Los Boliches coast which are just 10 minutes drive. There are two swimming pools visible from the balcony and four within the resort. The grounds are well maintained and very secure. If you want a quiet, very comfortable and beautiful place to stay, with hosts who really care about their guests , look no further.

Magnifique appartement

Excellent sejour. Appartement spacieux et tres bien décoré. Tout le confort à disposition. Très bien équipé et dans une residence de standing. 3 piscines à disposition avec tout le materiel adéquat. Excellent acceuil sur place et tres bon relationel avec le propriétaire. Situation géographique idéale au calme des deux grandes villes que sont Malaga et Marbella. Commerces à proximite. Je recommande.

Appartement luxueux

Très belle appartement, luxueux et très propre, confortable et agréable avec une grande terrasse et une vue magnifique. Cuisine très bien équipée et bien aménagé. Literie parfaite et de qualité. Très agréable

Endroit calme et bien entretenu. Appartement très bien équipé. Propre et proprio super. C'est la deuxième fois qu'on vient et on aime beaucoup cet endroit. Piscine et jardin au top.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

This 5* luxury complex is in a quiet part of Benalmadina & yet only 10 minutes walk down to the beach which makes it the perfect location. The grounds are full of exotic tropical planting with a choice of 4 well maintained swimming pools to choose from so there is never any over crowding.
For those wanting to explore more of the area the train station of Benalmadena is only a short taxi ride away which will take you straight into Malaga town center with its stunning architecture, tapas bars & restaurants. A trip to the new port area of Malaga is also worth a visit where you can just sit & relax in one of its many water side cafes & bars.
