Vera Coast appartement entouré de magnifiques allées et jardins et à 3 minutes à pied de la plage, complexe fermé et un parking gratuit. Wifi et service de télévision en anglais disponible. Le village de pêcheurs de Garrucha est une belle promenade sur la plage ou la promenade. Vous y trouverez quelques excellents restaurants de poissons et tous les vendredis un marché de rue. 10 minutes en voiture dans les montagnes que vous pouvez obtenir pour le village de montagne magnifique de Mojacar avec ses belles boutiques, cafés, restaurants et bars, également un marché tous les mercredis. Une grande place du village où ils tiennent Fiesta et a une vue panoramique sur la campagne andalouse.
Air conditionné dans la chambre et le salon, moustiquaires et volets à toutes les fenêtres. Table et chaises d'extérieur. Des couettes pour ces hivers. Contact local en cas d'urgence. Dehors: Deux piscines extérieures charmantes, la piscine principale a un restaurant et un bar, l'autre est plus détendue. Espace de jeux pour enfants, jardins partagés. Un petit espace extérieur juste en face de l'appartement pour manger en plein air et se détendre à l'extérieur. Bicyclettes, courts de tennis à louer à proximité. Les terrains de golf, gymnase, zone de jeux pour enfants, parc aquatique, parc national et mini Hollywood sont quelques-unes des attractions locales. Beaucoup de restaurants autour du complexe et dans le village de Garrucha sans avoir à conduire.
Aéroports desservis par les compagnies aériennes low cost (EasyJet, Ryanair, Thomas Cook et BA), Almeria est le plus proche (40 min), Alicante et Murcie (1 1/2 - 2 heures).

Apartment in Vera Beach

Beautiful complex with two outdoor pools although one closed during our 2nd week. The apartment was spacious and extremely well-equipped. The owner gave us plenty of information before we left about the complex, the surrounding area and the property. There were plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance, both on the beachfront and near Las Bouganvillas roundabout. We found a new one this season on the front called The Bistro, a family run concern. They were extremely friendly and welcoming and did an amazing three course menu for 12.75 euros. We did discover a problem with the buses - from 19 September they started their winter timetable and twice we got caught as they had cut out the last two buses and we had to get taxis. No-one we asked knew anything about this. All in all we had an extremely enjoyable holiday.

Wij kenden de omgeving al maar waren nog nooit in het resort Vera Coast geweest. Een aangename verrassing! Het resort is autovrij en zeer rustig. Piekfijn onderhouden met 2 zwembaden en een bar. Het contact met de eigenaars verliep zeer goed. Vriendelijke, correcte mensen en een goed uitgerust, proper huisje. Alle elementen om een zorgeloze vakantie te hebben waren aanwezig, waarvoor dank!

Vera Coast Apartment 2019

My husband and I have just returned from a really lovely stay at Nuala and Gary's apartment at Vera Coast Resort, Vera. We had been to the area before but had never stopped at this apartment. From the moment I booked this, Nuala was very informative about the property and answered any questions I had, so I felt happy that we would enjoy it here. The apartment had everything you would need for a nice relaxing week. It was nice to have the English TV although we only watched it on an evening. There were DVDs and Books to read if you wanted to and although the kitchen was fully stocked up with pots, pans and crockery, we chose to eat out most of the time. The location is ideal very near to the beach and the Swimming Pool on the complex. The complex itself was vibrant during the day and very quiet and calming on an evening and the complex was lit on an evening making it more like a little cosy village. We both enjoyed this holiday very much and it was just what we needed, but as we went in the main month of August, it was very busy and we did have some problems parking, this was nothing to do with the property though as we had experienced this before over the last few years at other complexes near by. Probably due to how much people love this area of Las Marinas/Vera Playa. We still love coming though every year and we particularly enjoyed the pleasant experience we had in Nualas apartment. Hopefully we will return again very soon.

Apartamento bien cuidado y con todo lo necesario.

El apartamento estaba perfecto y muy bien equipado, tenìa de todos desde sillas y sombrillas para la playa, colchones viscoelasticos y menaje supercompleto, desde vasos, copas, cubremanteles hasta un hervidor de agua, todo en perfecto estado, sin olvidarnos de un buen televisor e incluso una colección de peliculas en DVD y juegos de mesa. Tuvimos un problema con el mecanismo de la cisterna del baño y en menos de una hora, ya estaba solucionado. Si vuelvo por la zona, sin duda repetiría.

Fantastic location

There were 3 of us 2 adults 1 child 16 years. We stayed for 11 nights. Had a fantastic holiday. The apartment was clean and well presented with everything you needed. The owner Nuala was very helpful. The complex was lovely with 2 pools. It was a 5 mins walk to the beach and restaurants. A pleasant 15 mins walk into garrucha. We also walked along the beach to Puerto Rey or 5 Euro's in a taxi which we did one night and had a lovely meal at the gateway to India. I would highly recommend this property and complex it's in the perfect location no need to hire a car.

Great location, lovely apartment

There were 4 of us - 2 adults and 2 children aged 7 & 9. We stayed for 10 days end July/ start of August and had a fantastic holiday. The apartment suited us perfectly, it had everything we needed, was clean and comfortable, and is on a lovely complex with 2 great pools and lovely gardens. We spent a lot of time at the pool closest to the apartment as it was a perfect depth for the children, the other pool with the bar being a bit deeper. The beach, restaurants and bars were only a 5 min walk away and if you wanted to go to Garrucha it was a pleasant 15min walk along the promenade or there was a little land train for a few euros which the kids loved. We took the bus to Mojacar a couple of times, which has amazing views, lovely restaurants and lots of gift shops. We travelled from and to the airport with Exclusive airport shuttles who were very reasonable and reliable, and we didn't feel the need for a hire car. There was a small shop with all the essentials between the apartment and the beach, which we found that reasonably priced. There were things to do nearby like a water park but mostly we were happy to relax and play by the pool or on the beach. Great communication with the owners - Nuala was just wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed. Would recommend it, we didn't want to leave we had such a good time!

Enjoyed our stay

Well-equipped, clean, apartment in a beautifully maintained holiday complex with a lovely pool area, with plenty of sun loungers/umbrellas. Apartment is close to beach with good bars and restaurants. Mojacar Playa, a short drive away, is well worth a visit.

just had a brilliant time in garrucha fab

The property was so clean everything yoi could possibly need was in it . The location was fabulous all amenities were on site with a short walk to beach and restaurants will definitely go again x

Great home away from home.

The apartment is located on ground floor in a 2-storey building, close to the swimming pool but not immediately opposite it, which makes the location both quiet and convenient. It's spacious, has easily enough space for family of four, and consists of a large and well equipped kitchen with living room, a hall with wardrobes providing lots of storage space, a good size bedroom and a bathroom with bath and shower. There is a surprisingly comfy sofa bed in the living room, as well as a proper 4-place table with chairs. The apartment is very well equipped, from the kitchen having full hob and oven, washing machine, to pans, pots and plates, to utensils like bottle openers or screwdrivers; the only thing you might wish for in the kitchen would be a dishwasher, but honestly-who needs a dishwasher on holiday? The air conditioning works very well, helped by ceiling fans, which was a relief in the 33+ degrees heat. There is no wi-fi in the apartment, but walk 20 yards towards the reception or go to the pool bar and here you go. Unlike most of the "holiday wi-fis" I experienced, the one in the complex actually WORKS and you have what you want in seconds rather than half-hours. The password is available at the reception or the bar. One other thing worth commending is the boiler, which, with a family of three, never ran out of hot water. The Vera Coast complex is a fenced holiday home complex, reminiscent of aparthotels although offering a bit more freedom. Two outdoor pools (one with salty water and a bar, the other one free-shaped with fresh water) offer plenty for someone who likes their days spent on a sunbed with drinks :). We had bees in the bum, so, though pretty they are, we didn't use the pools much. There is also a restaurant on site (can't grade it as never used this one) and a couple others nearby, as well as a local shop 2 minutes away. The complex is located near the sea, in a quiet quarter, and you can walk to the beach in about 5 minutes. The owners were communicative and lovely to deal with. I loved the short guide they prepared and left in the drawer, of all the basics you may want to know - what's where, how to get around, and where they think it's worth going. So thank you for letting us know about the beaches past the Castillo Macenas (our favourite ever) and Cortijo Cabrera :). To sum it up, this was a lovely holiday - helped a great deal by the quality and features of our accommodation. I can only recommend it highly.

A little Gem

We had, what only be describe as a very easy journey to the property, the directions provided by the owner were ideal, We were able to drop our bags off and went to the local Supermarket and were lying by the pool within few hours of landing. The property is very well appointed and the description is very accurate, it was clean and had everything we required for a two week stay. The ceiling fans were brilliant at keeping us cool in the apartment. The site is lovely and has two great pools one with a bar/restaurant , there were plenty of beds and umbrellas. The owner had provide a summary of the local area and there are plenty of shops, restaurant's and bars locally but we found the car invaluable allowing us to explore the area as well as sunbathe. I would recommend this property to friends and family and the area is wonderful. Many thanks Nuala and Gary

Lovely relaxing stay

Just returned today and wanted to write a review whilst it is fresh in my mind! The apartment was really nice, clean and comfortable. It was so nice to arrive to milk and water in the fridge along with every possible utensil/equipment you would ever need! The apartment was very shaded which meant it was a lovely temperature to walk into (even in 33 degree heat) we very rarely needed the air con or the ceiling fans during our stay. Nuala was amazingly helpful throughout booking, provided us with fantastic info and recommendations, responded to emails quickly and made sure that everything ran smoothly. The complex was just beautiful, pristine gardens, lovely pool - there was only one pool open at the time of our stay as it wasn't peak season but it was plenty (we only saw a handful of people around the pool for the duration). It also had sun all day if you are an avid sunbather but also an area to shelter in the shade too. Plenty of shops and restaurants in easy walking distance, beach was closer than I even imagined, it was also huge and empty and went on for miles! We didn't have car hire for our stay as we didn't really have a need to explore. It certainly wasn't needed if you just plan to relax and have a nice meal out etc, but in the end we chose to walk to Mojacar (it's very far to walk, bad move, catch a bus!) but was still doable! It took us about 4 hours in total to walk there and back due to the heat but plenty of shops and restaurants in Garrucha so not needed unless you wish to explore. We also used 'exclusive airport shuttles' as our transfers to and from the airport who were much cheaper than other companies that we looked at and were extremely reliable. I traveled with my husband, we are 28 and 32 and just wanted a peaceful escape which is exactly what we got. We didn't see many other 'young' couples in the complex but that suited us fine and we expected as much. Also just to say, we ate out only 4 times but the food was amazingly in every restaurant we tried, unfortunately I don't remember the names of all but in particular 'Laguna' that is 5 min walk from the apartment was very nice (It is English run but has a wide variety of food), the chinese that was also 5 min walk away, then one of the fish bars at the Marina in Garrucha and a place in between the complex and Garrucha. Overall it is a lovely area and a lovely comfortable, clean and well equipped apartment. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Lovely!

Having made enquiries about quite a few apartments in the Vera area, we finally decided on this one, partly because it suited our budget, but also because of the friendly way we were dealt with by Nuala. The apartment is great, extremely well equipped and despite not ordering a 'welcome pack' Nuala's contact in Vera had left us a bottle of water and milk in the fridge, very welcome after arriving at around 10:30pm! Little touches such as the table being set, complete with wine glasses and serviettes, just made it feel so nice. Plenty of storage, loads of coathangers and fantastic 'water flow' in the bath and shower. The apartment is set amongst beautiful gardens, everything is so well maintained, it seems like a little 'village'. It was very quiet while we were there which we loved, although there are plenty of restaurants around and the 'El Gnomo' just outside the complex serves wonderful coffee and tapas. The beach is around 5-10 mins walk away, Vera Playa is a short drive away and there are lots of supermarkets close by. I would certainly recommend the market at Villericos (Sunday) Vera (Saturday) and definitely the apartment itself, we spent a lovely relaxing week away and I'm sure we will be back!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Why buy at Vera playa ? I use to visit Mojacar when I was a teenager, as my school friend had family out there. Fantastic memories, and got to love the place and surrounding areas no high rise hotels anywhere on Vera Playa. I was so impressed with the apartments and gardens, it was a very easy choice to make

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Love Vera playa all the gardens are so well maintained and beautiful, we just relax from the moment we arrive. Its our home from home and hope that you enjoy it as much as we do.
