Logement 👍

Logement conforme à la description, très agréable et spacieux, cuisine bien équipée et fonctionnelle. La wifi fonctionne bien. Le logement est bien situé à 30 minutes d'Universal studio. Beaucoup de commerce et fast food à proximité. Le petit point négatif serait la propreté de l'eau de la piscine à notre arrivée. Vacances très agréable.

House needed to be renovated from top to bottom.

The house was filthy. The furniture was old and very uncomfortable. The tables where ready to fall apart. Microwave was rusted inside. I bought an air fryer for or stay. 70days. No cable tv, pots/ pans old. No sharp knives. Not enough room to explain all that was wrong. I would not recommend this house to anyone.twouldnotone.

Good house for a family of 6

The house is well located and comfortable. The pool lacked heating, which was necessary as it was winter. The beds were comfortable and the shower was strong. The kitchen served well and the central air conditioning worked properly. The house looks its age and deserves renovation, but we were satisfied with our stay and would not hesitate to return.

Update to villa

Nice villa but needed a good clean right the way through.tried to contact Patricia after hurricane to let her know about damage to swimming pool area.but no answer. Just needs a really good update. Buy they say you get pay for.just somewhere to lay your head.

Wonderful stay!!

We enjoyed our stay so much. It was absolutely perfect and it had everything we needed. It was me, my daughter and her dad. The kitchen made it possible to do a lot of cooking and the pool was perfect for us. We had an issue with the pool, contacted owner and was looked at promptly. Close to parks, shopping, groceries, and felt safe in the neighborhood. This was a wonderful vacation for our 7 year old, thank you for providing us with a safe, comfortable and well kept home. We would definitely rent again!

Home away from home

We stayed there for over two weeks, the location is convenient for everything, the villa is very clean and roomy. We enjoyed our stay a lot. We would rent it again in a few months if it is available. Thank you Patricia for sharing your villa with us!

Cheap rental but needs improvement

The house had everything we needed for our stay but it is tired and dirty. It requires some work. The pool hadn’t been cleaned properly and we cannot detect a hint of chlorine. There aren’t any tools available to vacuum the bottom of the pool as we would have been happy to do this. The owner was more than fair with us by refunding two days rental after the pool heater had failed and the pool heating cost. We didn’t get to use the pool. Overall this is very cheap rental so is fine to stay if you’re prepared to accept that it’s not perfect. There are plenty of towels and bedding, plus all the important stuff like white goods all work. I’m trying to be honest about the property as it is on a nice quiet estate and central for the parks and we didn’t spend much time there apart from sleeping. VRBO states 11am departure time but there is a notice on the fridge to leave by 10am so bare this in mind.

Unclean, needs maintenance

Easy booking, one if the cheaper villas we saw. Very handy for the 192, 15 mins from disney, 30 mins from universal. Good comms re check in and directions. Unfortunately not so great from there. Exceedingly dirty, everywhere. Food and drink splattered up the walls, bannister was black and sticky with grime, pool area filthy and full of hair. In fact, hair was in every room. Bogey on a wardrobe door. Many lights do not work including outside pool lights dont work, no instruction on how to turn on the outside spa. Pool was so strong woth chemicals it dyed some swimwear a differnt colour. Drawers broken in bedroom and door fell off cabinet in dining room. Worst bathroom was the master ensuite, broken tiles , mouldy , just a mess. The beds were comfy though, and as such we only ised it to sleep in prederring to have a relaxing day in a clean water oark rather than the villa.. we gave it a clean ourselves, amd i cintacted pat who very kindly refunded some money, which i wasnt after at all, i just wanted it cleaned. The whole house needs renovating, and the pics dont bear a true resemblance of how it truly is.

Good stay

Overall this was a good stay for us. The location was good the villa served its purpose. No it’s not completely immaculate but I’ve stayed in more overpriced villas in Florida with big branded companies that were of poor standards.. We loved it here had everything we needed WI-FI was good tv channels were good. Plenty of bed linen and towels. Kitchen accessories a plenty. Hairdryer, curlers which were great additions as uk power voltage not compatible. The pool was great hot tub worked but had to work out how to turn on, few teething issue with heat but decided to come on all of a sudden. Owner was quick to respond when A/C played up but fine since. Yes it does need a bit of TLC but it’s charming we would definitely stay again. Thank you so much

Älteres Haus und leider kein Ansprechpartner vor Ort

wir kamen Abends um 23Uhr an und das Haus inclusive Aussenbeleuchtung war komplett dunkel wodurch wir mit der Taschenlampe die Hausnummer suchen mussten. Das Haus wirkt stellenweise abgewohnt aber im großen und ganzen ist es für den Preis o.k. Ein großes Ärgernis ist das bis auf die Mülltermine keinerlei Info vorhanden war. Das WiFi Passwort bekamen wir schon vorher per E Mail. Kein Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Am letzten Tag ging die Klimaanlage kaputt und wir haben an Patricia nach GB eine Mail geschickt die nicht mehr beantwortet wurde. Fazit: Bis auf das niemand vor Ort ist ist es eigentlich empfehlenswert. Es fehlt ein anständiger Housekeeper.

Lovely Spacious Villa

The Villa was easy to access, the location was perfect for what we wanted, which was theme parks. The bedrooms were spacious and it was a massive help to have 3 toilets available.

Would happily stay again

Family of four, two week stay- the villa is tired and in need of some tlc but this didn’t in any way affect our holiday, we had a brilliant time, the location is fantastic and central to most attractions. The Wi-Fi didn’t work but we managed without it. We would definitely book this villa again, the price is brilliant

Great location

Overall the property was good and we enjoyed our stay. However, the property could do with updating and a few repairs. The bed in the main bedroom had a broken leg which we propped up with books. The shower curtain in the ensuite was broken. The cleaning could be better. On the positive the kitchen was well stocked and a few essentials had been left. The villa is in a good location for food, shopping and parks.

Great location with nice pool

We had a great stay. The house is a tad dated but everything worked and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans etc. it certainly did not affect our stay at all. FYI there is no TV in the upstairs bed rooms it there is one in the family room and the master bedroom on main floor. The heated pool ( extra cost of course) was lovely and we enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub too. We had a problem with the internet that took a few days to get fixed as the password they gave us word not work. The only other small issue is that the pool pump/hot tub was preset to shut down at 6:00 each night so you couldn't have a hot tub with the jets on in the evening. The pool guy reset it for us to 9 when he came but it would have been nice to have this on to 11. Small little things and the owner was great about it all. I would definitely rent here again. The password

Great Price for Fam Vaca Home

The price was fantastic. It is outdated inside like the looks and cabinets and such. Everything functions though including the heated pool/spa, kitchen stuff, laundry washer/dreyer, hot water, toilets, 2 tvs only, and Ac/Heat.

Spacious house with a great pool

First vacation since the pandemic and it was amazing. House had everything you need and a nice size pool. I messaged the owner and she responded quickly. Very nice house and nice owner, will def rent again!

Great property , great stay !!

Perfect place to relax and enjoy your vacation. This home was very well equipped with everything and then some. Not only to they provide the essentials , but they also provided medical supplies. The floors were gleaming and the house was very clean. I would stay here again. Bonnie the house assistant was very quick to respond to any issues with the property and resolved them quickly. I highly recommend this property. Thank You so much for sharing it with us.

Who’s ever in charge of taking care of this property isn’t cleaning .

The home Was very nice and had Private pool and hot tub “but wasn’t very clean. need new blinds all through the house and new patio covers new , bed sheets .

We have been travelling to Florida for over 25 years and have a wide knowledge of all attractions and places of interest. We are long established having rented our properties for 10 years. We have three properties on the estate which is well maintained, pleasant and secure. All of our properties are within walking distance of each other.

Chatham Park is quiet, spacious, scenic and clean. We love the friendly people and location of the neighbourhood. It is far enough removed from the traffic, but close enough to all local attractions, shopping and airports.
