Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. Our listing clearly states that this is a small private suite , not a full house rental. The photos are intended to show the space accurately, and we also describe the layout in detail so guests can decide if it fits their needs before booking. The seating area includes a small couch for seating only, as noted in the listing, and the kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, microwave, and refrigerator to accommodate short stays. Pool heating is not included, and this is disclosed in the listing. During cooler months, pool water temperatures can feel cold, though the pool area is clean, enclosed, and family-friendly with visible depth markers and an easy-access ledge. The pool is not heated by default but can be heated upon request with a 24-hour notice for an additional fee. Travel times to Universal Studios and the airport can vary depending on traffic, and we provide approximate distances for transparency. We’re glad you enjoyed the residential neighborhood and the convenient access to nearby shopping. We always encourage guests to carefully review the full listing details and reach out with questions prior to booking to ensure the space is the right fit. Thank you again for your stay.
