Cette maison a l'emplacement idéal et est confortablement conçue pour rendre vos vacances à Orlando vraiment mémorables et fantastiques. À environ 16 km de l'entrée du parc à thème Disney. Environ. 17 miles du monde universel / marin. Idéalement situé à 1/4 mile au large de rt. 192 à proximité d'innombrables restaurants et magasins ainsi qu'à 15 minutes du centre commercial The Loop et de Gatorland.

Cette maison peut accueillir jusqu'à 6-8 personnes. Nouvelle reine dans la chambre principale, lit complet dans la deuxième chambre et 2 lits jumeaux dans la chambre à thème pour enfants. Téléviseurs dans les chambres principales et lits jumeaux. Terrasse couverte hors master br. Salle de bain principale a carrelé salle de bain douche invités a une baignoire avec vanité en granit. La cuisine améliorée comprend de nouvelles armoires, appareils électroménagers, évier à double cuve et comptoirs en granit. L'espace ouvert spacieux peut facilement accueillir l'espace salle à manger et salon. Le salon ensoleillé comprend des canapés en L (comme on le voit sur les photos), une télévision / dvd à écran plat et une connexion Wi-Fi. Laveuse / sécheuse pleine grandeur dans l'unité.

Good place to stay

Check in was easy, place was nice and clean! We all enjoyed the pool, but would have been nice to have the option to have it heated as it was pretty chilly. But overall it was a great place to stay for us!

Disney trip

I stayed here with my family for 11 nights and it did not disappoint. About 25 minutes away from all parks. Loved the washer and dryer in unit. And two full bathrooms was very nice.

Kids bday vacation

The host was extremely accommodating and the all the park only took around 20 minutes to get to. From Universal to Sea World and Disney. The area of the house is nice and convenient and the property itself is nice. My family and I would stay here again.

Great place

We had an amazing time, emails were answered right away. Only thing we wish it was a little closure to the parks. Normal traffic might be only 15-25 mins but most days it took us 40-50 minutes due to high traffic. We loved having a pool right to ourselves and everything was provided except our food. Thank you for the great stay.

Comfy and spacious!

Property is as described. Owners thought of everything guests might need!! Just a heads-up - it took us a second to realize we needed to manually open the garage door. Not a problem, just something to be aware of. Loved the neighborhood - convenient to plenty of restaurants and walmart - and it was very quiet. Great place for a family to stay!

Great stay

The house was spacious and clean. The host responded promptly to requests. The location very convenient. Close to stores and restaurants. Disney and other attraction (including via toll road) easily accessible. If there is something to wish for, it would be that the pool would be heated (eg solar water heater due to cost savings) Furthermore, the house could use some extra maintenance here and there.What was unfortunate is that the garage was full of stuff so it could not be used for the car, while this was stated in the information. Overall though very good experience and we would definitely rent again.

Excellent location

We really enjoyed our stay in this villa. The host was responsive and the house was very clean. We all enjoyed the pool area which felt private despite having neighbours on either side. In fact, we only ever saw the neighbours once during our stay, and that was when they kindly offered us some delicious fresh mango from their mango trees. We have stayed in a number of different villa locations over the last few years, and for us this one was perfect. The commute to Disney and Universal was an easy 25 minutes, and we were not stuck in a single traffic jam the entire 3 weeks! We have stayed at "closer" villas but they ended up taking us longer to commute as we spent so much time stuck in traffic. It was also only a very easy 12 minute drive from MCO airport. Another bonus was that we found the local restaurants much quieter and staff very friendly, compared with places along the 192 or four corners areas. The villa itself was fully equipped with everything we needed, and even included beach items that we gladly made use of. We would definitely recommend this villa and location to others, and hope to return again next year.

Review

While this property well situated near shopping districts and travel connections, the house itself requires some major upgrades, appliances are dated and did not work great - if you are planning on eating out then it may not be a problem, but as we are avid cooks this was less than ideal. Moreover, the kitchen was missing many items needed to cook, there was no BBQ and it made enjoying the property more difficult. The house requires a reorganization and deep clean, as we found that the cabinets, pots and pans and floors were not the cleanest when we arrived. No cleaning services was provided during our stay (we were there for a month), and we were advised to provide our own cleaning supply, which I think contributes to the overall cleanliness issue. In general, the property needs some TLC as lighting, bathroom fixtures, and paint could be updated.

It worked

First the pros- location was fairly close to attractions, about 20-30 minutes to most. Stores for essentials were very close. There was a free splash pad area just down the road that the kids enjoyed so much, we went on a Tuesday and had the place to ourselves! Kids enjoyed the pool Cons- house could use a deep cleaning. beds and pillows were covered in a plastic that made sleeping sweaty and noisy. Pillows were extremely flat and we had to go buy more. There were only 3 washcloths, but the owner quickly sent us more via Amazon when i contacted him. There were no pans to use in the oven and the dryer took about 4 rounds to dry or clothes. The pool doesn't have an option to be heated but that is my fault for not asking when I booked, or was quite cold and no adults could brave it. Overall it wasn't the worst, but for the money and being on vacation I would prefer to be a but more comfortable.

The home needed the floors vacuumed and used soap in the soap dish in the master bedroom shower. Dead dried frog and roach in the kitchen floor. We did have great communication with the host, who reimbursed some of the rental cost for the experience.

Ruim en comfortabel huis. Op prima locatie gelegen. Hoofdroutes naar Disney en andere attracties snel bereikbaar. Ligt in standaard woonwijk, met standaard reuring. Soms een blaffende hond, soms een auto met harde muziek elders op een oprit. Bij bepaalde wind vliegtuiggeluid van overvliegende vliegtuigen van en naar nabijgelegen vliegveld.Naaste buren rustige mensen. Geen overlast van.Huis zelf is ruim en comfortabel. Voorzien van alle gemakken. Niet nieuw, maar wel schoon. Huis kan wel keertje groot onderhoud gebruiken. Zwembad grote plus. Helaas wel onverwarmd, maar in het zonnige Florida na een paar warme dagen voldoende opgewarmd om heerlijk te zwemmen.Garage aanwezig, maar niet te gebruiken vanwege overtollige spullen, zoals een bankstel.Voor bij het zwembad is meubilair zoals zit en ligstoelen aanwezig, maar geen zit/lig kussens.De host is geweldig. Reageert prompt en zorgt direct voor eventuele benodigdheden, mocht er wat missen of onvoldoende aanwezig zijn.We hebben heerlijke weken gehad. Is nu onze tweede keer in dit huis en we komen zeker graag terug. Aanrader!PS. Leuke extra: lanceringen van Cape Canaveral vanaf eigen oprit te volgen!

Great place to stay.

We stayed for two weeks while working in the area. Everything is exactly as shown in the house. The pool was sparkling clean and we enjoyed sitting inside the pool cage at night without the mosquitos getting to us. I would happily stay there again.

Fantastic

The home is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. It is close to everything you could need. Also it is close enough to all the attractions but not so close you can not drive down the road. The home is so much bigger then the picture make it seem. It is very clean and has everything you need. The pool, OMG, it was amazing. This is the perfect place to come back to and kick back and relax. What more could you ask for? You have plenty of parking, dishes, towels, rooms, and bathrooms. It is the truly the perfect place to call home while on vacation. I know we would love to come back and stay again in the near future. Thank you for letting us rent you home.

misleading description

Check in was easy and the house and neighborhood were basically OK. A WalMart was just down the street. The kitchen was nice, looked new and was well stocked. Kids loved the pool. There was a bookshelf full of puzzles and rainy-day games. I wrote the date in the dust on one of the shelves. Walls were beat up. Lots of holes where pictures had once been. It didn't really affect our stay, just made the house look beaten up. We chose this house because the ad said it was 10 miles from Disney World. It was nearly twice that distance - 18 miles. The ad stated that there was a garage available to use. The garage had too much "stuff" in it to be able to park in, including the "L-Shaped couch" mentioned in the description. It wasn't set up for any kind of use. All of this isn't so bad, but the beds! The beds were like granite. Not the sort of place to rest up after a long tiring day at Disney. The house is near the airport, which is a positive for some. But from morning to night, there were planes flying overhead at 15-minute intervals, sometimes more often. Close enough to the ground that you could see what the airline was. 2 days before we left, we discovered that the garage door had been unlocked the entire time.

Great place to stay while visiting Orlando. Convenient access to restaurants and shopping plus easy access to the route to Disney. We would definitely stay here again. Pedro, the property owner, was extremely helpful and responsive.

Uncomfortable beds and weird smell

The beds were so uncomfortable that we booked into a hotel for the week and only used the house for the pool. The house had a strong chemical smell. Very disappointed
