We had a great stay. Great Area. Please read property description because there is no AC. I didn’t notice that and that’s probably on me for not doing so. Wife was not happy with me because of the AC but she loved the coffee they had left us there as a gift. The house had everything you needed for a beach house. Many nice views and great for a walk on the beach or to any of the local restaurants and stores!

This condo is in a perfect location, quiet, safe, and close to everything. I wish it had air conditioning, but otherwise, it was perfect.

Great Bay front beach house

The house was super clean, just feet to the water, more than enough kitchen supplies, safe area. Would definitely stay again.

This property is a great location. We enjoyed sitting on the patio. Nice to be able to sit on the bay side on the grass or sand or walk across the street to the beach. Many options for restaurants, small convenience store nearby, coffee/breakfast places (Molly's is the best!) and beach rentals, all within walking distance. Property is great in all aspects, but one note to make is if you're bothered by the sound of people walking above you, this may not be the property for you. Didn't bother us and never happened during sleeping hours. Overall, we loved this unit.

Management company was great with communication! Very close to lots of restaurants, bars, activities, with the bayside beach right out the door!

Exceeded Our Expectations

We LOVED this place. The amenities were fantastic and we were walking distance from the beach. Our host was very responsive and the check in and out process was seamless. We would definitely recommend the place to small families with 2-3 children

Great spot for family beach trip!

Great location for our family! Was very clean and well taken care of. Perfect for younger kids to swim and play in the calm of the bay while watching them from the porch. Less than 5 min walk to Mission beach where we took many walks and enjoyed the ocean with all of the family (ages 6-18). Also close for other day trips in San Diego. Loved it and would definitely stay there again!

Great stay, great company

Excellent location on Mission Beach. Property was very clean and in excellent shape. Instructions for operating the window coverings, etc. were everywhere, and very useful. We had a question during our trip and the management was very helpful. I would stay here again, with the same management.

Great location

We very much enjoyed our stay here which had a great patio and was very close to several coffee shops and restaurants. as well as the beach. The unit was maintained very nicely and we would definitely stay here again.

Quick Getaway

My family and I had a good stay. It’s close to lots of stores, restaurants, and a bike path. My kids had fun playing on the beach which was right in front of the patio. We found a little bucket of a few sand toys which was good because we forgot our own toys.
