DeuxiĂšme Ă©tage haut de gamme Bay Front Condo avec 1959 pieds carrĂ©s. Cette beautĂ© a l'emplacement idĂ©al. Juste sur la baie, Ă  quelques rues au sud de CARMEL POINT et juste en face du club de yacht de Mission Bay. Avec cette partie la plus Ă©troite de la pĂ©ninsule, l'ocĂ©an n'est qu'Ă  quelques pas. Le condo a Ă©tĂ© entiĂšrement rĂ©novĂ©, nouveau plancher, nouvelle peinture, nouvelles fenĂȘtres. Il est meublĂ© avec Pottery Barn Furniture avec Pier One et Ethan Allen.

Rooms were spacious, clean, well equipped. Beds comfortable. It worked great for our family of 7 adults plus an infant. Appreciated the pack & play, high chair, parking! Wish we'd had time to use the bikes and such. We particularly appreciated that the living rooom had enough seating for everyone in our group. Well equipped kitchen. Great communication from host - very responsive. Beach view would have been great, but for some reason the beach is banked up strangely at the moment, so there's a hill making access a bit wonky. This isn't the fault of the unit itself - it's that whole area of the bay. I hadn't been to that part of the bay for several years, so that was a bit disappointing, but it can't be helped - it's the whole area. Very family-friendly unit, but also comfortable for adults. Exactly what we needed for our family. Quiet area, very walkable.

Host accused us of damages

We had a nice stay at this home. We even discussed staying again next year, as it was great for our family. Had the host not have contacted us immediately after leaving to accuse us of being responsible for damages that we did not incur and threaten to charge us for, it would have been a five star review. Renter beware, it appears the owner is looking to upgrade their home on your dime.

Amazing Condo

We were supposed to go on a family vacation to Orlando, but Mother Nature and Hurricane Milton ruined that. We were fortunate to book this the day before we traveled. The Unit was large, very clean and the location and the view were exactly what we wanted. We have stayed on the ocean side several times. but this was more quiet and family friendly. The property manager was a pleasure to work with. She was very accommodating. We could have not been happier with a rental.

Great rental in Mission Bay

We stay in Mission Bay every summer and this ranks high in the places we stayed! The description is perfectly accurate. The location is ideal, including the view. It's very large and could sleep many more than we had. The bathrooms are very nice. The place comes with a ton of great beach gear, towels and board games, which is so nice. The room air conditioners work well and it didn't get too warm in the main areas. The patio has a nice view but isn't the most ideal in terms of space to hang out compared to other places on the Bay, but it does the trick and has a nice umbrella over a small table to enjoy meals. Overall 5 stars, I'd definitely stay here again. Plus the owner is so nice-- we got to meet her and she was super accommodating and lovely, which is always a bonus!

Great vacation

Our stay was amazing and the home was exactly as it Was described. Hopefully we will get to go back. Mary was an excellent host. She put up with all my questions and answered them quickly. The beds were so comfortable, the air conditioner in the bedrooms Kept the rooms nice and cool. We are from AZ, so we were looking forward to that. The pots and pans are like I would use at home. It was the nicest VRBO rental we have ever stayed in. Thank you, Mary.

Wonderful experience

Stayed at the property for 2 days with the family, including young children and teenagers. Everything about our stay was wonderful. Property manager was very friendly and helpful and the property itself was gorgeous. Plenty of room for the family and a gorgeous view of the bay. I will be back again and I would definitely recommend this property.

Family Spring Break

This place was perfect for a family that wanted to experience spring break but not be in the middle of the party. It was quiet and safe. Perfect for young kids to play on the beach of the bay side that the unit overlooks yet close enough to the beach and the real spring break fun for the adults or teens to easily walk across mission blvd. to. We couldn't have found a better place. It comfortably slept 10. Great floorplan that gave you plenty of space and separation from the group if you wanted it. Seriously, if anything the owner's description plays it very conservative, the place is wonderful. Close to a min-mart, close to the amusement park, close to everything.

6 adults for annual triathlon fund raiser - this was a perfect spot. Close to venue, clean and plenty large enough for 3 couples. Thank you Mary!

Perfect Location

Mary’s property was perfect for our stay. We’re a group of women in our 60s who have been friends since high school. The condo is beautiful, there was plenty of room, and the quieter bay side was great for us. Perfect spot to crawl out of bed for a beautiful sunrise, and you can walk a few blocks for an equally beautiful sunset.

Bayside gem

Mary was a fabulous host, and we so very much enjoyed our stay here. It's a beautiful home with gorgeous bay views. I like that it is on the second floor, which makes it feel a little more private than staying on the boardwalk. One bonus is all the bedrooms have a/c units that work very well. We plan on making this our go-to place to stay when we come to San Diego.

FUNtastic Family Vacay

Only negative was that our stay was not long enough ;) Can't beat the location...bay views, easy access to paddle board, steps away from the beach and unlimited coffee & dining shops, short walk to Belmont Park & shopping, minutes to Sea World, and quick ride to downtown & PetCo Park. Host was wonderful! Great communication throughout...available & responsive when needed, yet respectful of privacy. Rental property has everything you need and more! Comfy beds and 3 full bathrooms were clutch. This was a family trip for 9 (ages 3-86), and everyone was comfortable, had their own space when desired, and enjoyed making memories together in San Diego. Fun for the entire family! Already looking forward to a return stay.

Perfect Mission Bay getaway

The location facing beautiful Mission Bay was beautiful and convenient to Mission Beach, Belmont Park, stand up paddle board rental, and lots of coffee shops, etc (Saltwater Culture and Olive Cafe are two favorites). The condo is well-equipped and has comfy beds. We loved it! Note: We found it easier to park our rental car in the public lots at nearby El Carmel Point than to squeeze in the space available for this unit.

Awesome place

Very nice place we had 4 adults 4 teenagers a 9 year old and 2 babies the kids loved the kids room they hung out there and played board games in the evening. Great location we were on the bay just a short walk to the beach. We walked to Belmont park a few times Mary was a great host she kept in contact and answered questions right away. The kids want to stay there again.

Perfect

We enjoyed every bit of the place. Perfect location across from beach and steps to harbor. Comfortable beds and plenty of space across the entire condo. It felt like home. We had our family of 5 and our friends had their family. Loved all the extra amenities. Manager was very nice. We plan to come back every year and stay here if possible.

Cozy, quiet apartment with great views and kids bunkroom

We loved our stay in Mary’s apartment — views over Mission Bay were lovely, the ocean was an easy walk, SeaWorld was minutes away, our kids appreciated the bunk room, and we enjoyed the games and fireplace during unseasonably chilly evenings. Mary was a kind and responsive host.

Great location!

We loved it! The sunrises were amazing and the large living and dining room windows gave us a fantastic view. There are two balconies, one of which faces east to watch the sunrise, if it's warm enough. The home has everything you need for your stay and is very comfortable. Large showers, comfy mattresses, multiple tvs, fast wifi, two balconies, and more. There is a harbor and grass/sand right outside. The ocean is two blocks away and an easy walk. The host provides a lot of toys, like bikes, paddle board, beach chairs, and cooler. Shopping and dining was also very close. We met the owners while they performed maintenance on another rental. They were very friendly and gave us some good recommendations for dining. We would love to come back some day!

Great stay

We enjoyed the property and location, it was clean and pleasantly decorated, and we felt that the property manager was responsive and very helpful. We spent Thanksgiving week at the property and the kitchen was well equipped (only criticism is to get more wine glasses! :-). We did not raise this to the property manager, so I don’t ding the property for this, but the shared/guest parking spot was occupied the entire time by the other tenants, which was unfair of them, as it was clearly stated as a shared spot. Our guests were not able to use it even once over the course of the week. That aside, we had a really great stay and would rent this property again. Thank you!

What a great place to stay. There is so much space, plenty of room for everyone to spread out. It’s clean, so comfortable and the sunrises are unbelievable! Everything you need for a fabulous trip is provided- boogie boards, beach towels, sand toys and bikes! And the location simply can’t be beat. Can’t wait to come back!

Absolutely beautiful!

Beautiful property! The amenities were wonderful. We had everything we could possibly need! Comfortable beds, all amenities in house. Just bring yourself! Bikes, paddle boards, sand toys and even a wagon. Wonderful location on harbor and a block from beach! The host was very accommodating! We will definitely stay again!
