Had a great time, property has good location, is well equipped and ideal for our stay. Could probably do with a little modernisation in some areas however very clean and the lady who looks after it was so lovely and helpful.

It was a real home from home and clearly loved property. Excellent for our needs and lovely neighborhood. Everything we needed. Would definitely come again, even consider buying something this, and would recommend. Took us a while to fine walks to placed.
well situated apt in an excellent community 2 lovely pools right in front of the apt, a nice sunbathing area on the lower terrace and nice private upper terrace for shade,the apt is ideal for the commercial centre across the road also ideal for 3 supermarkets within a couple of minutes walk, the beach is about a 10-15 minute walk.great communication with the owner paul who was really helpful accommodating a late departure for us,your local contact is rita who is a lovely lady extremely helpful.We had a great 4 weeks and would love to return again next year
Paul was easy to deal with, as was Rita who looks after the house. setting is beautiful, pool area is lovely and you have a terrace overlooking it, perfect for watching children play whilst you sit with a drink. it has tv with English channels and wifi that works well. Itâs extra for the aircon. We paid âŹ15 for two weeks we thought we would need double that as were told that by Paul and Rita, but as we were hardly in and mainly used it only when getting ready in an evening and when cooling bedrooms down before bed we managed in the âŹ15. The twin has the best aircon, itâs newer and works better but the others do their job.
The house has everything you need, I couldnât think of anything that was missing. It was cleaned before our stay, but things like the cutlery draw and cups etc needed cleaning before our use. The downsides for me were minor things and I mention them as feedback rather than criticism, but the furniture is a old and dated, cabinets broken and in need of renewing etc. main bathroom needs updating, we found a couple of cockroaches. They we clearly sneaking in via the bathroom light which they disappeared behind when we tried to spray.
All in all a nice stay and if the furniture was updated and a good spring clean, absolutely perfect place to stay and I would stay again. As I said everything is just a little tired. Perfect location for not needing a car.
The apartment was well equipped and spacious, actually nicer than the photos suggested. Great proximity to supermarkets, bars and restaurants and a fantastic pool and well kept gardens. Thank you Paul and Susie for a fantastic holiday, we would love to return in the future.
The apartment was fantastic, well equipped and actually nicer than expected. Air con in all rooms was a bonus, especially given how hot it was when we visited.
The large balcony was lovely and the wind out canopy meant it could be used as another room all day. Also great to have sunbeds a few steps down in the garden as we could sunbathe there, take a few steps to the pool, sit on the balcony and get a drink and not need to lock up - the pool and gardens just feel like an extension of the apartment. The complex is lovely and well tended and it didn't feel particularly busy, even during school holidays.
The commercial centre across the road has plenty of places to eat and drink, Lidl is only a 5 minute walk for fresh bread and cheap food and drink and it's only a 15 minute walk to the Zenia Boulevard or Saturday market.

Although only a short stay, everything is catered for and the local amenities and beaches are within easy walking (many bars and restaurants within 2 - 3 minutes walk).
Overall very good accommodation and urbanisation.

We stayed for 2 weeks in this amazing place, close to the supermarket , bars and restaurants. Amazing atmosphere and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone wanting a relaxing time.

We had a wonderful 11 days here. The complex was also wonderful and beautifully clean. With workmen arriving to tend the garden and clean the pool daily.
The apartment was so well situated with the gate leading straight out on to the pool area. Perfect for families with children. The use of inflatables are also allowed here which again was a plus for young families.
Several of the apartments were unoccupied so there was plenty of room around the pool area. Plus the neighbours next door were a dream. The complex overall was really quiet at night. And the air conditioning was a huge bonus for a good night sleep.
The apartment was overall very well equipped with the added bonus of two bathrooms and showers, a washing machine so I was able to take most things home clean, wifi, and a freezer for the children's many ice creams and Lollys throughout the day.
The restaurant complex is across the road offering a huge variety of food. Our favourites were Rustica, Cellar Door, and Papaya Tree. All three we visited twice during our 11 day stay. Rockys was our morning visit for coffee when going to the Supermarket next door. And crazy golf was really good.
We visited the beach once, but it wasn't up to much, especially as the pool area took some beating. We also walked up the the shops within a modern mall where you will find all the shops from home!! Plus there were also more restaurants,but we didn't try any, as our local Centre served us perfectly.
Overall we had a fantastic 11 days and would highly recommend this apartment, especially if you want a really lazy time (like us) within a really nice complex.
Had a fantastic time at this lovely apartment. Apartment is well equipped with everything our family of four needed and feels like home from home. The location was ideal close to the supermarkets, bars and restaurants but still far enough to be quiet and relaxing if you want it. About a 10 min walk to lovely beaches and also 10 mins from the saturday market which we enjoyed visting. We didn't hire a car as really wasn't needed. Transfer from airport was easy and we picked up a taxi from the rank around the corner to visit Torrevieja which was great. Apartment is on a perfect spot on the complex overlooking the pool. All in all a perfect holiday. Can't wait to go back.
This really is home from home and its position on the complex is ideal. South facing so sun on the terrace all day and a few steps to the pools and grounds which are beautifully maintained. This is our first visit to playa flamenco and this appt and we will be returning. It should be noted that this is a predominantly English ex pat community and this is reflected in the restaurants, bars and entertainment in the area. Short walk to several beaches and a modern mall. This apptnhas everything a couple or family need for a self catering holiday. Highly recommended. Must also compliment the owner on the service, very easy to arrange and always available for questions, the Wi-Fi and cable TV are welcome and air con if necessary.

Paul and Susie are retired and live in the East Midlands now. They moved from London to be nearer the 7 grandchildren and also the E. Midlands airport making it easy to fly to Spain. Although both are retired, they are very active. Paul plays golf, badminton and enjoys sailing when he can. They both play petanca whenever possible too in Spain and have just joined a walking group. Alternatively we would have to pay them an additional levy for them to hold our money! We prefer to offer a personal service by using Skype, email and phone calls.
We purchased the property from new and have spent many wonderful weeks here. The beach is only a short walk and all amenities such as restaurants, banks, shops and supermarkets are even closer. When looking for a property, we particularly wanted an apartment in a quiet location but overlooking the pool. Please note that the apartment has to be vacated by 11am and arrivals not before 4pm. However, for those on early or late flights luggage can be left on the upper terrace.
Two pools to choose from right outside the front door. Relaxing, Secure, sunshine, friendship and nice meals out. In walking distance of supermarkets, Restaurants, pubs and the La Zenia Boulavard shopping centre. Pleasant easy walks along the varied coastline.
