Un grand appartement de 2 chambres avec jardin privé situé au coeur de La Zenia. L'appartement dispose également de 2 chambres doubles, salon spacieux, salle à manger séparée, cuisine équipée, terrasse et salle de bains. Le jardin est entièrement clos ce qui le rend parfait pour les chiens et dispose d'une salle à manger extérieure et barbecue. Les clients ont également accès à l'immense piscine commune et il y a aussi un grand espace barbecue commun.

L'appartement est situé à seulement 10 minutes à pied de la belle plage de La Zenia et à 10 minutes à pied de La Zenia Boulevard qui est un havre de shopping avec tous les grands détaillants comme Zara, Primark, H & M, Jack Jones, Mango, Pull & Bear et beaucoup plus. Le Boilevard propose également des restaurants pour tous les budgets, des animations nocturnes, des bars, des aires d'activités pour les enfants, un bowling et d'autres activités de loisirs en fonction de la période de l'année.

Il y a aussi beaucoup de bars et de restaurants situés à la porte de la propriété et il y a un énorme supermarché à 2 minutes à pied de la propriété.

La Zenia

Nice little find , great location right where we wanted to be. Property had everything we wanted and we had access to the swimming pool right outside. We were close to local bars and restaurants and near a supermarket. 10 mins to La Zenia Boulevard and 10 mins to La Zenia Beach. Cabo Roig was a 20 minute walk, lots of bars there and places to eat . Roz the owner was really nice and it was a pleasure to meet her. Host typically got back to me within 5-10 mins. Loved it!

The apartment was lovely and clean , we loved the outside sitting area. We had a welcome pack left which was lovely and roz the lady who welcomed us was fantastic too & they arranged airport run for us too which helped. definitely would love to stay again was near shops & restaurants and shopping mall.

When we arrived Roz was so helpful in settling us in straight away,she even supplied us with milk & water which was so thoughtful of her,It was a fantastic apartment and close to all amenities,we will be definitely returning to this apartment.

Fantastic 4 day stay

Greated on arrival by the lovely Roz who showed us around the apartment, the appartment has everything u need for a comfortable stay, the outdoor area is fantastic with lots of seating, the appartment block is spotless and is in a fantastic area with a large supermarket bars and restaurants all within the doorstep, we had a great stay here and will definitely return.

Appartment in a good location

The property was lovely .very clean & had everything we needed. The host Roz was lovely & Jill also..The location was really good in La Zenia walking distance to bars shops restaurants supermarket & 15mins to beach. On the complex was a great pool area, had lots of space. We would stay here again

absolutely fabulous, cannot say enough about the property or Roz. We have been many times to this area to visit family, everything you need or want is on your doorstep, fabulous restaurants and bars, consum supermarket across the little park outside of the property, easy bus routes to airport, 8 mins stroll to beach, will definately stay again

Family stay with adult kids

The apartment was clean and comfortable for 4 adults. The location close to beach, shops including supermarkets and bars/cafes was great and no need to have a car. The pool area was also really well maintained and kept clean. It never seemed to get too busy. We appreciated the shade in the garden during the afternoon which also meant that the inside stayed cooler. Our stay was really peaceful and so easy to relax sitting on the terrace. We enjoyed a day trip out from a coach company that picked up just outside the complex. Communication with Russell was great and he arranged for our taxi transfers from the airport which made everything so smooth. The apartment was well equipped.

We had a great week staying at the apartment. The children loved it, especially because of the pool so close to the apartment. We loved the possibility to sit outside in the garden area in ther morning and evening. It was a very calm and nice area. We were five, so one too many for the apartment, but it didn't feel crowded anyway because of the sofa bed in the living room. The beach isn't very close but it is excellent. Because of the pool we only went there once; by car for the children's sake. Very nice sandy beach. The host was very quick in communication and during the stay it was easy to keep in touch through WhatsApp. Thanks for everything! Cordially, Martin Book

We specialise in offering a truly friendly experience and will do everything possible to make sure your holiday is truly fantastic. The property is dog friendly and is perfect for them as it has an enclosed garden and there are 2 parks directly next to the apartment. The property also has every amenity anyone would want on it's doorstep. i.e. A supermarket across the road, the famous Paddy's Point bar also opposite the property as well as Asian, Indian & Italian restaurants and plenty of bars.
