L'appartement comprend: WIFI, salon avec coin repas et TV écran plat de 38 pouces avec bouquet sportif complet et films, menant à une terrasse ensoleillée avec 2 chaises longues, table et 4 chaises donnant sur la piscine; également une terrasse arrière ensoleillée pour la fin de soirée Soleil. La cuisine vient d'être entièrement rénovée (janvier 2016) avec de nouveaux placards, une surface de travail un réfrigérateur-congélateur américain avec de l'eau filtrée glacée au robinet, une nouvelle plaque de cuisson, un four, un four micro-ondes, un lave-vaisselle, il y a aussi une bouilloire, un grille-pain, une machine à laver et un accès à la terrasse; Chambre principale avec lit double king size, ventilateur de plafond, salle de bain en suite et accès à la terrasse; Deuxième chambre avec lits jumeaux, ventilateur au plafond et salle de douche attenante; Troisième chambre avec lits jumeaux et ventilateur de plafond; Quatrième chambre avec lit double et ventilateur de plafond; Troisième salle de bain; Place de parking souterrain disponible pour un supplément de 7 euros par nuit. Trois piscines, dont une pataugeoire. Les terrains sont tous clos et une clé est nécessaire pour entrer ou sortir des lieux. L'appartement a été fraîchement repeint fin 2017. L'appartement dispose du chauffage central. Il y a un ascenseur jusqu'à notre étage. A wonderful stay in perfect location

We had a fantastic time staying at this spacious and comfortable apartment. The location couldn’t have been better. It is situated next to a beautiful park. Just a short walk to both the marina and the charming old town. Marbella offers so much to see and do. It was a real bonus to be able to walk to the ferry for a lovely trip to Puerto Banús too! Lisa was incredibly attentive and ensured we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Thank you for making our visit so enjoyable!

This is the second time we rented this apartment. The location is excellent. It is great for a family gathering. Lisa was very responsive. The place was clean. They included bottles of white and red wine. The area is nice and the building has exterior locks, Nice pool. Meticulously maintained grounds. No AC — but the weather is good — we sleep with the fans on and windows open — very pleasant — like Hawaii.

Super apartment

We really enjoyed our family stay at this 4 bedroom apartment in The Parque complex in Marbella. Lovely spacious apartment with room for everyone to relax. Lisa the manager was really helpful and welcoming. It’s a shame that there is no AC but that would be the only issue. Otherwise the apartment is great. Central location with lots to see and do nearby. Excellent places to eat nearby. Everything within walking distance. The Lucky bar at entrance 2 of the complex is a great place to stop before heading out or back from a lovely meal. Highly recommend

Lovely apartment. We stay in Marbella 2-3 times each year and if possible alway choose The Parque Marbella. It’s close to the seafront but not noisy at night

Fantastic Holiday !! Like it says on the internet this apartment really is in an ideal position if you want to check out Marbella. Large, spacious and clean inside and a 5 mins walk to the sea. Nice choice of Spanish bars and restaurants nearby. Very tastefully decorated. All in all it suited us well. Plane was delayed but that Monarch for you. Regards Sally

Great property for a large group, the bedrooms are spacious and the kitchen/living area is roomy enough for family meals. Love the view from the eating area, golf course is beautiful. The kitchen is well stocked, most everything we needed, large refrigerator/freezer. The pool and hot tub are great but the bottom of the pool is a bit rough. Walk to the beach is about 5-10 minutes, easy walk. Loved the beach towels that were supplied, you don’t need to bring your own beach towels. The hot tub was also great. Overall we totally enjoyed our stay, the house was large enough for our family of nine, very clean when we arrived. Would totally recommend if you’re looking for a beach vacation with a large group. Washer and dryer were also very nice. The rental company was very responsive when we called about garbage pick up and debris in the pool after a storm.

Great location and very nice apartment

Overall we really enjoyed the stay and the apartment is nicely appointed. It is in a fantastic location close to the shops, restaurants and beach. I would have given a five star review but the apartment is let down by a lack of AC and not even a ceiling fan in the living room. This made the evenings very uncomfortable inside. I would also like to commend Lisa who manages the property who was very helpful and welcoming. Overall I highly recommend this property with a slight reservation regarding the lack of AC.

Excellent central location

I think it would be hard to find a better location as the apartment in Parque Marbella is literally five minutes from the sea and only a fifteen minute stroll to the lovely old town. The apartment is light and airy and the complex was quiet and felt very secure. The sea was warm enough for a paddle but it was great being able to swim in the complex's pool. There is a huge choice of restaurants nearby, and luckily also a long, sandy beach and attractive prom to run/walk along in an attempt to balance too many tapas! If you don't want to eat out, there were plenty of cooking utensils, crockery etc. in the apartment We did have a problem with the gas boiler while we were there but Phil made every effort to fix it as soon as was possible. We thought the apartment was excellent value for money and Marbella is a very attractive holiday resort.

Great location but tired apartment

Every year we book a week in the Costa del Sol at the beginning of the school holidays. We aim to find somewhere where we don't need the hassle of a car but can still enjoy all there is on offer. This apartment in central Marbella is ideal for this. Not too far from Malaga airport and moments away from the long beaches, plentiful restaurants and bars and tourist amenities. Also did seem to have maintained its Spanish flavour no 'British Sunday lunch' on offer, thank goodness! The apartment has been well used and feels a little unloved at the moment. A good lick of paint and thorough cleaning would improve it immensely. One of the bedroom fans was falling off and spinning around in a worrying way as though it may fall and decapitate someone. The seating on the balcony was very dirty and seats were broken. There were two sunbeds provided for the pool ( for a party of 6) and both of them were torn and would not last long. We didn't spend much time in the apartment so didn't mind the issues too much and I have sent a polite message to the owner a few weeks ago but have not heard anything back. I have also asked for our deposit back on three occasions and, despite leaving the property as requested, still have not received that back and no idea as to when I can expect it as I have had no communication whatsoever since our stay. Not great service and totally opposite to our usual experience with Owners Direct over the years.

Firstly may I apologise for the late reply, the deposit was sent a while ago, please let us know if you have not received it and we will look into it. We have recently returned from the apartment and have undertaken maintenance and painting of the whole apartment. We have discussed the cleanliness issue with our cleaner and hope this problem is now resolved as we pride ourselves on offering a well appointed, clean property that offers a standard which is above other rental apartments that we know of in Marbella. Large central apartment

Rare property with 4 bedrooms so 4 adults each had their own room. Property a little tired in places and one shower needed head fixing so it was almost unusable. But otherwise a roomy apartment with everything you need and doors to close off bedrooms from the kitchen and lounge if your group are doing different things. Walls between apartments are not very thick so you could hear coughing at night in some rooms and there was some early drilling noises on the other side of the lounge. Note that you can’t use the pool before 10am so swimmers take note. But excellent comms and some supplies to start us off in the fridge. We had a good time.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE

Family of 8 looked all along the coast but this fitted the bill.in central Marbella, clean , spacious, 4 good bedrooms lovely living area and balcony ,everything provided .it s near beach restaurants and bars below ,great pools for the children .the best thing is the service provided by Lisa ,from the moment we arrived she was on hand to assist .thru whats app she was contactable immediately,not that there was any issue with the apartment we had a medical problem with the baby and she was outstanding in her advice .so guys no negatives .if you are family then this is a great place .plenty kids parks nearby .

Excellent Property

Just back from a great week in this property. It’s is very well equipped and has very thing you would need for a stay in Marbella. The property is situated in a central position, close to shops and restaurants. Loved our stay and we will be back again. Lisa is very friendly and attended to our needs .
