Our beautiful ground floor apartment with a terrace of 45 sqm, a partial sea view, and located only 150 meters from the beach along the Paseo Maritimo. This 130 m2 apartment is situated in an exceptional setting, surrounded by a stunning tropical garden with a newly restored pool, and just a hundred meters from the sea. This corner is close to shops and excellent dining spots, in the quietest part of the Paseo, located between Puente Romano and Marbella center, a part known as the “Golden Mile.”

You are just a few minutes’ walk from a small visit or a breakfast in old Marbella, and less than a 10-minute drive to Puerto Banús (7 km by car). Nestled in the heart of the Golden Mile, the most sought-after area in Marbella, the apartment is at the base of mountain villages with trails for hiking, mountain biking, or a scenic walk. It’s also a 5-minute drive to the STARLITE music festival site and a 3-minute walk from Marbella’s congress palace.

A private parking outside space is accessible with an electric gate, and a remote will be provided at check-in.

The apartment is superbly appointed and decorated stylishly. Very clean and bright. We didn’t eat at home, but made use of the lovely large terrace. The swimming pool area was quiet and clean with plenty of beds and umbrellas. A quick stroll down the side road takes you to the Paseo, which is a lovely promenade running the full length of Marbella and on to Puerto Banus. We will definitely return next year.

This property is ideally located with a short walk to beach and restaurants. We loved the location, and the accomodations were nice. The only suggestion we would make is to have beach/pool towels.

IIdyllic stay by the sea

Our family of five enjoyed several weeks of blissful sun drenched life by the sea in this lovely apartment set in a peaceful and family friendly complex. It is perfectly located within easy walking distance to the heart of Marbella and the historic district, close to several grocery stores, steps from the pool, and a quick jaunt to the beach. For the adventurous, it is a wonderful base for weekend trips all across the Costa del Sol. Even for our large family, the apartment and terrace together provided more than enough space for everyone, and we never felt crowded. Check-in and out was smooth, the property manager met us at arrival and departure and made sure all was well throughout our stay. We had no issues requiring her assistance during our stay as nothing went wrong!

We had a lovely week staying here in Marbella. The apartment is beautiful, spotless and in the perfect location. It is quiet and just a 1 minute walk to the boardwalk and beach. We enjoyed daily walks along the boardwalk with coffee stops or for lunch. The apt is a 15 - 20 minute walk along the boardwalk to the Old Town. We stayed with two other couples. We each had a beautiful bedroom with ensuites and comfortable beds. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor space. Beautiful!

The property was great and exactly as described. Very clean with all amenities you would need. A short 15 minute walk to downtown Marbella, as the complex is right on the promenade along the sea with bars and restaurants. We really liked being away from the downtown business! Great patio in the unit with easy access to the pool. I would definitely recommend.

Memorable Marbella

We stayed 4 nights with our 2 adult children and had a wonderful time. The location is quiet and convenient - a short stroll to many restaurants. The accommodations were perfect for the 4 of us. We shopped at a local grocery so we could relax in the mornings on the nice patio over breakfast. We drove to Tarifa and took the ferry to Tangier one day and chartered a boat in Porto Banus another day. Would highly recommend!

Perfect Easter break

We had a wonderful stay in your lovely apartment. The apartment is tastefully decorated, very bright with a large and beautiful terrace. Nice, quiet condo, ideal situation with easy parking in front of the property. Restaurants, shops, Old Town and Puerto Banus within walking distance. Would certainly recommend.

Perfect First Trip to Marbella

We stayed here along with 2 other couples for a wedding in Benahavis. As this was our first trip to Marbella, we were so lucky to find a place that was so clean, spacious and in a perfect location. We loved being able to walk to the beach, shops and Old Town and it was very easy to get to other parts of Costa del Sol. We would definitely love to stay here again if we return. Fran was lovely and very helpful in assisting us with arrival and any other questions we had.

Wonderful stay

Fabulous apartment very spacious, clean and modern with a great sized terrace for chilling out, great pool that was very quiet during our stay and had pool to ourselves most days! Easily walkable into old town which is a must to visit! Lots of restaurants close by if you don’t feel like venturing out, beach is right outside with lovely promenade for early morning run/walk! Communication with owner and the fabulous Fran was very easy and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again for another stay! We were three adults staying but apartment could easily accommodate 6 adults! A great find

Lovely apartment in beautiful location

We had a wonderful time and the apartment was lovely. It's very spacious, clean, and in a very quiet location. We particularly liked the patio area as this was a great area to relax in. There were some negatives:Supplies of cleaning products were very limited. Despite the listing details, there was no shampoo and wash, hand wash containers were almost empty, we only had two dishwasher tablets and two bin bags. It was disappointing to have to shop for these things whilst on holiday in such a lovely apartment (a very unusual situation after many bnb bookings), it just seemed petty to not provide these things for the price. The check in-out was not ideal, we had to be met by the rental agent at both ends and felt we were being judged at check out. Not very comfortable. The listing isn't totally accurate. Apart from the shampoo, it mentions beach views, gym, golf course front, none of which is true. Bedroom3 pictures are of bedroom2 (it has single beds), so it's a little misleading. These are very minor comments and I still give 5 stars as it can be easily fixed by the rental agent. The apartment itself is really lovely and I highly recommend it.

Hello Anthony, sorry that you missed the accessories described in your review, it is true that even if it is not common not to have soap in the showers, you should have had enough soap for the sinks, the kitchen sink, washing machine products, coffee, and other practical and useful accessories for your stay, I hope you found your bottle of wine on your arrival… I think that the product renewals were not done correctly and I am sorry. Regarding the entrances / exits, we pay particular attention to the condition of the accommodation because the quality of it and the recent state of restoration does not allow us to make it available again with the slightest defect, However thank you for your appreciation and know that we will take your comments seriously and improve our experience thanks to this. Perfectly located, beautiful and comfortable condo with a few quirks

The condo is ideally located: 25 mins walking along the beach boardwalk to downtown Marbella, a short drive from high end shopping, 5 min walk to multiple grocery stores, and a very short walk from the beach (it says 150 meters in the listing, it feels a lot less). The complex has wonderful landscaping. The complex’s pool is right nearby and is well landscaped and designed. The condo is just like the photos, except the furniture is far more comfortable than it looks. We particularly enjoyed the deck, which has very comfortable furniture and a shaded covering. The space was immaculate, with no wear and tear. Quirks: (1) you must meet an agent for condo access; she also must come when you depart. We are used to having a lock box or key pad to access. (2) the house is near the beach/pool, but no pool/beach towels were provided. We were coming from the US and did not expect to have to bring these with us. We spent 60 euros to buy them (and left them for future guests). (3) no shampoo or body wash is provided, only 1 roll of toliet paper and 5 pieces of Kleenex per bathroom, 4 dishwasher and laundry tabs (for 4 days). It felt stingy. (4) initially we were told the owner controlled the AC. If we wanted it changed we had to text the agent, who would text him. We were told that could take 4-5 hours. We pushed back, twice, and were given control 2.5 hours after we arrived. All fine, just quirks we have not experienced in 7 VRBO and 20 other site rentals over 6 years.

Beaucoup de choses positives

Beaucoup de choses positives avec cet appartement. Il faut quand même souligner la propreté et l’emplacement. Presque tous les meilleurs restaurants sont à distance de marche, souvent en longeant la mer. Les photos présentent l’appartement exactement comme il est.

Très bon séjour !

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cet appartement à la Toussaint. Tout a été parfait. L'appartement est très confortable, propre et agréable. Il est très bien placé, dans une résidence en bord de mer, à l'écart de l'agitation de Marbella mais tout est accessible à pied (restaurants, commerces). L'accueil de Françoise sur place a été très efficace et agréable. Nous sommes venus en famille avec nos 4 enfants entre 20 mois et 9 ans. Attention: l'appartement n'est pas vraiment adapté pour accueillir de jeunes enfants (cela est précisé dans l'annonce). Il y a beaucoup d'objets fragiles, des canapés en tissu blanc. Il n'y a pas de chaise haute, pas de micro-onde. Cela ne nous a pas gêné au final, on s'est débrouillé sans. Le reste a largement compensé! avec une superbe météo d'été en plus! Encore merci pour votre accueil.

Refait totalement à neuf en 2018, vous apprécierais la qualité des prestations et de l’intimité de chacune de ces chambres.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Cet endroit est notre première acquisition de vacances et par nécessité avons choisi de le louer pour de courtes durées.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

La localisation est parfaite, vraiment proche de tous les commerces, des magasins d'alimentation, du vieux Marbella. Dans un endroit privé est calme , la mer si proche , le Paséo, la météo et l’hospitalité en general des Espagnols. Vous pourrez parler facilement Anglais, Italien, Français avec tous les commerçants locaux.
