This top renovated (JUNE 2023) 3 bedroom apartment sits directly on the beach walk, in central Marbella and has both top location , beach view , 3 open pools all year around!
Perfect for families since the area is gated and has direct access to the board walk.
South west facing with big terrace, situated in front of the best beaches. Playa de la Fontanilla is right in front of your building. Plays del Faro and Playa de Venus is about 200-300 metros to your left.
This is truly a great location!
You dont need a car, you Walk easily everywhere. Nice restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, shopping moments away.
Only a 5 minute walk to the beautiful old town and the lovely Plaza de Naranjos with its variety of designer shops, tapas bars, restaurants. Less than 5 minutes walk to the Marbella marina and a 1 hour stroll along the beach to Puerto Banus.
Spacious apartment overlooking the 3 pools, beach, board walk, ocean. Sun beds can be rented for only 2 euros/day. There is also a small restaurant right next to the pool area, perfect for a light lunch, an ice cream or a drink.
The big south west terrace provide the perfect place for sun bathing. There are 3 seating groups on the balcony; dining table, 2 loung chairs, 2 recliner chairs.
The building sits directly on the beachwalk in central Marbella and has both top location and top view. Only a 5 minute walk to the beautiful old town and the lovely Plaza de Naranjos with its variety of designer shops, tapas bars, restaurants. Less than 3 minutes walk to the Marbella marina and a 1 hour stroll along the beach to Puerto Banus - Considered to be one of the most beautiful board walks in the world.
2 of the bedrooms have big glass doors from floor to ceiling with king size beds. The third bedroom has a smaller window and 2 single 90 cm beds.

The kitchen has hob, micro, dish washer, washing mashine, coffee maker, water kettle, tea pot, toaster, mixer, fridge and a small freezer.
A car is not necessary. But upon request, we can provide you (at a smaller cost) with a parking garage.
