Cette villa unique en son genre, située directement au bord de l’océan, a été décorée de manière professionnelle pour plaire aux vacanciers avertis. Le plan d'étage ouvert offre une vue magnifique sur l'océan depuis le salon et la chambre principale. La cuisine bien aménagée vous assurera que cette retraite enchanteresse sera votre maison loin de chez vous pendant de nombreuses années.

Le salon comprend une télévision à écran plat, un canapé-lit queen-size et des sièges confortables. Dînez ou détendez-vous sur notre balcon privé, situé au-dessus du complexe de piscine privée de Ocean One avec vue sur les plus belles plages de Hilton Head.

La salle à manger peut accueillir 6 personnes, avec un bar pour les invités supplémentaires. La villa est équipée d'une connexion Wi-fi et d'appels longue distance nationaux, pour les voyageurs d'affaires. Une laveuse et une sécheuse sont fournies pour votre commodité.

Notre suite parentale comprend un lit king-size, une télévision à écran plat et une vue à couper le souffle sur l'une des plages les plus réputées au monde. La salle de bain privée dispose d'une douche à l'italienne et de comptoirs en granit.

La chambre d'amis comprend une télévision à écran plat (DVD uniquement), 2 lits doubles et l'accès à une salle de bains haut de gamme avec comptoir en granit et une combinaison baignoire / douche.

Au cœur de Hilton Head, Ocean One se trouve à distance de marche de Coligny Plaza. Vous y trouverez une épicerie, une pharmacie, des magasins, des restaurants et des lieux de divertissement. Hilton Head - Perfect Location

First time visit to HHI. I would highly recommend this condo. 5th floor - close to elevator - great ocean view! Quick walk to Coligny Beach and all of their shops and dining options.

Perfect location

Super location close to coligny. Amazing view from balcony. Owner was very friendly and responsive. She even worked with us on an early check in for the special needs toddler in our family. My one and only suggestion would be to add lighting to the bedrooms and kitchen. It was pretty dark in there. Otherwise, a wonderful place to stay!!

EXCEPTIONAL!!

We've stayed in this complex before, but it was our first time in this unit. Everything about this condo truly was outstanding. Pictures truly did not do it justice; it was even better in person. There unit was fully equipped with absolutely everything we need. The location cannot be beat. Deb, the owner, was lovely and so pleasant to deal with. (We had no need to contact her for any issues - she just checked in to be sure we were happy and all was well.) We hope to be visiting this condo for years to come!

Loved the property and the location of our room. Very nicely decorated and clean. First time on that end of the island. Location!

This property what just what we wanted. It literally is right next to the city center so you can walk to restaurants, ice cream, grocery store, coffee etc., either on the beachside or on the sidewalks. The beach access is flat which is awesome if you are lugging a wagon you don’t have to carry it down steps to get to the beach. The pool is a great size so there isn’t a worry about not enough chairs or it being over crowded. Also next door there is a little tiki hut and you can hear live music from the balcony. The condo itself was everything you would need. The view was great! The bedrooms were a great size too. The only downfall is that if you are sharing rooms and someone goes to bed early, all the bathrooms are attached to the rooms. This wouldn’t be a big deal if everyone was older or if you were sharing the condo with 2 couples but for us that meant putting our kids down early and sneaking in to go to the bathroom while they were sleeping. Again, not a big deal at all but something I didn’t think about at the time of booking. The owner personally checked in with us to see how our stay was. I was also emailing her several times before our trip asking about the lock on the door and if there was a chain lock (again, we have little kids and I was worried about them waking up in roaming in an unfamiliar location trying to find us). The owner personally installed a top lock for us! I mean, what awesome service is that? It gave me such a peace of mind. I would definitely go back to this condo! You seriously cannot beat the location!

The location cannot be beat!

This was our first beach trip with our 1 year old and we debated if we needed a beach view, we did! The ease of access to the beach, pool, restaurants, a brand new park, all within walking distance, was amazing. And the view every morning, listening to the sound of the waves on the balcony was the best part. While things always seem to come up with renting, we had no issues all week! Great stay, loved HH!

Perfect Vacation :)

We had an amazing vacation at this beautiful villa. The villa was spacious and comfortable, very clean, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would ever need. Deb was amazing and so great to work with. She was extremely attentive and even reached out a couple of times during vacation to see if we needed anything. We will be back for sure! :) Thanks for a perfect vacation!

Best place we have stayed!

Very clean, amazing views and access to restaurants and shopping. We have been going to the island for 20 years and this is by far the best place we have stayed. We will be back and Deb was great to work with.

Great Condo Close To Pool And Beach

This was our first vacation as a family of 4. We were very careful to choose a place that would accommodate our family. We were as close to the ocean and pool that you can get in HHI. When you have lots of “things” to lug to the pool and ocean you want to make sure that you aren’t walking a mile to your destination. The view from the balcony was a 10!! My husband and I spent our late evening out there after the kids were in bed. We loved it! We were close to everything at Coligny Plaza. You can easily walk or ride bikes there. The only thing I would mention is safety for little ones. The front door does not have a lock on the inside. There is a keyless entry with a code which is very convenient so you do not have to worry about a key however , there is no lock on the inside such as a bolt or chain lock. I did worry about this a little but we didn’t have any issues. In all this is a great place to stay and I think you could comfortably fit 6 people for a week at the beach. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our week on the island.

Favorite place!

This condo exceeded all our expectations. Great location. Fantastic view. Spacious. Clean. We have been coming to HHI for years and I believe this is our favorite rental. Will definitely be back. Deb was great!!!
