Welcome to 309 Ocean One, a newly updated third floor 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Oceanfront Villa - Professionally managed by Luxury Rentals of Hilton Head. From the time you enter Ocean One, you are in a little slice of landscaped heaven. The totally remodeled kitchen is on the left as you walk in which overlooks a nice dining area and a comfortable living area (new queen sleeper sofa) with a flat screen and views out to the pool and ocean. Off the Living Room is a balcony perfect for morning coffee and an evening cocktail.
The Master Bedroom with a King Bed has similar views as well as an entrance to the balcony. Imagine waking with the sun coming up from the ocean. With tons of space and a flat screen it is the perfect place to get away from it all. The Master Bathroom has a large shower to melt any cares away. Also tastefully decorated the Guest Bedroom has a King bed and flat screen and uses the updated hall bathroom.
Whether you are using the kitchen to just fix breakfast or a complete gourmet meal during your stay this kitchen has it all including updated appliances and a Regular/Keurig Coffeemaker. There is also a new full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.
The Ocean One Complex includes a large oceanfront pool (Heated Seasonally - open 10AM-Sunset) with a beautiful sun deck as well as Fire Pits with chairs to watch the stars come out (closed from Memorial Day to Labor Day). But more importantly you are steps down a walkway to our wonderful Hilton Head hard packed beach. There is a communal propane grilling area for an easy meal after a day in the sun. There is also security on site and each villa is allowed parking for 2 cars maximum (NO EXCEPTIONS).
Rent a bike and you can get anywhere in a few moments time. Just down the beach is the famous Tiki Hut and just beyond that is The Beach Market and Coligny Plaza where you can shop, dine, pick up groceries, catch a movie and enjoy outdoor entertainment in the summer. Nearby is the newest addition to Hilton Head, the brand new Lowcountry Celebration Park so be sure and check it out!
Whether you visit with your family or it's two couples, you cannot go wrong with a stay in our amazingly comfortable 309 Ocean One!
*For reservations of 3-13 days you will receive a $250 VayKLife Beach Gear Credit that will go toward items such as bikes, beach chairs and more. Stay 14-20 days receive $500 Credits and 21-day stays get $750 in credits. Stays longer than 22 nights do not receive gear credits, but we can give you a link so you can book directly with VayKLife. Any unused credits do not convert to cash and does not apply to your rental rate or final cost. No packing required, making your vacation a breeze! You will receive details once the reservation is confirmed.
Please be advised that from October 2025 through May 2026, a beach renourishment project will be underway on the island. While this project will only impact small sections of the beach at any given time, we want to ensure you're aware of its occurrence. The town anticipates minimal disruption to individual properties during this period. On the bright side, this process can be fascinating to observe and will result in stunningly restored beaches once completed.
