Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, Ann. We’re sorry to hear that your stay didn’t meet expectations and especially sorry to learn about your fall. Something like that can certainly change the tone of a vacation, and we hope you’ve since recovered. We do make every effort to present the condo as accurately as possible through photos and descriptions, and we appreciate your note about the instruction binder. We agree that clear, up to date insturctions are important and will be reviewing those materials. During your stay, we reached out several times to check in and would have been more than happy to assist with the TV or any other questions had we known at the time, as we regularly help guests with setup or troubleshooting. For future guests, the condo itself is located on the first floor, though access from the parking area does involve two sets of stairs with handrails. We do our best to make each stay comfortable and smooth, and we’re always happy to help if anything comes up so it can be addressed right away.
