Vue imprenable sur l'océan ensoleillé Poipu, où le luxe et les environs luxuriants vous attendent dans notre Condo Beach Poipu!
Spectaculaire Ocean View, 2 étages, copropriété non-fumeurs, a plus de 1200 mètres carrés intérieurs. Ft. Ainsi que 3 vérandas privées. Il est parfait pour une famille ou 2 couples. Ce condo de Poipu Beach est situé dans un parc luxuriant qui rappelle aux clients un jardin botanique tropical.
Notre condo est décoré avec un thème hawaïen, mais moderne Île sensation. Une cuisine entièrement approvisionné avec toutes les commodités, ou à proximité est l'espace barbecue. Une télévision 55 "dans le salon avec câble et DVD, et WIFI gratuit afin que vous puissiez rester connecté. La chambre principale a un téléviseur LCD à écran plat.

Les Nihi Kai Villas sont à une courte promenade de la plage, mais sont situés face à l'océan. Il ya des courts de tennis, une piscine et aires de barbecue disponibles pour les clients.

Les restaurants du Poipu Shopping Village sont à une courte distance de marche des plats primés.

Nous avons compté 120 pas de l'océan de notre condo, et un peu plus de Brennecke Beach.

Dans les environs?

Nihi Kai 804 est situé à quelques pas de l'océan, et Brennecke plage est à quelques verges plus loin. Ceci est une grande plage boogie d'embarquement. Encore quelques verges et vous arriverez à la plage de Poipu. Poipu Beach a été voté # 1 plage aux Etats-Unis par la chaîne Voyage. Il offre la natation, la plongée, le surf, bodyboard, aire de jeux, restaurant, magasin de crème glacée, magasin de surf et une plage de bébé, tous à distance de marche de 804 #.

Juste en haut de la route est la Poipu Shopping Village, où vous trouverez divers commerces et certains grands restaurants. Les mardis et jeudis à 17 heures il ya une grande polynésienne Afficher dans la cour. L'un de nos restaurants préférés est keoki Paradise, qui a une grande sélection de plats. La vieille ville de Koloa est un couple de miles sur la route, et offre un regard pittoresque dans le temps, et est le foyer de plus de magasins et restaurants. Plus bas est Spouting Horn parc d'état, et l'arboretum, qui sont à la fois libre pour visiter.

We absolutely loved our stay! The condo was clean and had everything we needed-beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, etc. for a fun day at the beach. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The view from the porch was spectacular-do many beautiful sunsets! Steve was easy to work with-we would absolutely stay here again!

Great location, tons of amenities, comfortable beds and living space, great kitchen. I would say closer to excellent and would def stay again. Owner is great and easy to deal with. Took one star off because of the bugs, gnats in bathroom and under kitchen sink but thats not the owners fault. Its the islands!! Wonderful time! Thank u!!!

Property campus is well maintained. Building 8 is at the top of the hill and has gorgeous views of the area. There are several stairs that would be a problem for people with limited mobility. The condo was stocked with essential items better then any previous rental I've had (soaps, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash, etc). It's nice to not have to bring them or pay inflated island prices. Also well stocked with beach chairs and accessories. Beach is within walking distance, but driving makes more sense if you are taking cooler, chairs, umbrella, etc. Steve provided helpful info for check-in and was responsive to questions. A few things in the condo didnt work as intended and some cleaning disappointments, but nothing really problematic.

We enjoyed our stay in the condo and appreciated how easy it was to walk to beach and restaurants and enjoy beautiful Poipu. We also were thrilled to have access to beach chairs, coffee and all the comforts of home!

The accommodation was exactly as described. The area is in a very well-kept, beautiful complex with wonderful plant life. The beaches are very close and offer good opportunities for boogie boarding and snorkeling. The apartment is very well equipped. We can absolutely recommend it.

Wonderful location

Our stay was exactly what we were hoping for. Great location, walking distance to a beach, and a nice casual restaurant. The condo is very spacious and we felt like we had plenty of room without being on top of one another.

Week in paradise

Just lovely! Perfect location, excellent home kitted out with all the essentials. My kids loved the spray toys for the pool. The views were just killer and we could walk to two beaches in minutes. Watching the turtles at night was so cool.

We will be back!

We had a great stay here! The location is fantastic…5 min walk to the beach, a couple of restaurants and where sea turtles come in to sleep. We really appreciated the beach chairs, cooler and umbrellas that were available. Everything was clean, and details were well-thought out. Very comfortable and pleasant stay. We would love to stay here again!

Poipu Paradise

The location of the property is ideal with amazing nightly sunsets. The beach is probably 1/4 mile and easily walkable but we drove due to all the gear we brought each day. Wonderful morning walks in any direction. Would recommend to anyone wanting a peaceful break from reality.

Wonderful Beach Vacation

We had a wonderful time in Kauai. The condo interior was spacious and very comfortable. The condo was located in a beautiful community right across the street from the ocean and a short walk from the beach. We enjoyed seeing the sea turtles on the beach every night. Snorkeling at the beach was great.

Poipu Beach

We rented the unit in the 800 bldg which gave us morning rainbows over the water and beautiful sunsets. The unit was clean, well stocked and convenient to Poipu Beach. Upper 80s and no AC but the tradewinds were blowing outside and the fans inside.

The property was clean, comfortable, well-stocked and we could see the ocean from the main lanai. The only note: we had one traveler with some mobility issues, and the stairs to the condo, and within the condo was a challenge. And the two bathrooms were on the floor with the two bedrooms, so a lot more stairs. The property host was very responsive and I would give it two big thumbs up. Near Poipu Beach - great parking and easy access. I'd go back.

Clean condo with nice view

We walked to the beach every single day, multiple times per day. The condo is clean and the beds comfortable. The view is a little far off, and you can't hear the water, but we had rainbows every day! One day we got stuck in a rainstorm and had to turn back to the condo so we went swimming in the pool for a little bit until the rain passed. The pool was warm and clean. We liked this condo and grounds were pretty. The air conditioning worked well.

Very nice quiet property in a great location!

The unit was clean & quiet and the grounds were gorgeous! Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals. The views from the lanai were awesome! The master bathroom shower and sink both were slow draining, but everything else was in excellent working order. We appreciated Steve’s responsiveness and really enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for our family of 4. Our kids loved Brennecke’s beach nearby for boogie boarding and it was nice having the beach gear at the condo for our use. There was one day without any tradewinds where it was hot & muggy in the afternoon, even with all the windows open & fans going. We escaped to the pool & beach until sunset and it was much cooler upon our return. We appreciated the gift basket upon our arrival and really felt at home during our 9 day stay. The location of this unit to the pool and beaches is unbeatable!

Amazing Views from a tired and worn out condo

The Good: The location of the condo, the proximity to the beach and the breathtaking views of the ocean from the living room and deck, were nothing short of amazing! The check in process was easy. The kitchen was fully stocked. The Not So Good: The overall cleanliness of the condo. The deck seat cushions and the kitchen chair cushions were all stained/ dirty. The rugs in the bathrooms were dirty. The carpeting in the living room & down the stairs was stained/ dirty. The living room furniture was old and uncomfortable. The shower curtains in both bathrooms were molded. There were no instructions anywhere to operate anything. There was a laminated booklet in the kitchen with sightseeing info but no instructions. While all of this is probably pretty normal with a rental, its still disappointing when you choose a spectacular location to stay, and end up having to deal with these issues. The phone number for the property management company was not found until later in the week, it was on framed instructions 1/2 hidden behind the toaster in the kitchen. At this point, we had 2 days left to our vacation and didn't want to deal with the intrusion of property management for things that should have been done prior to our arrival. After our vacation, we did reach out to the host Steve to convey all of these issues & he was prompt and genuine in his response. Overall, this is a fantastic location. With some attention to details this could be the best place to stay!

Great family trip

Two 65 yr-old grandparents, a 30-something year-old daughter, a 3 1/2 yr old grandson, and 9 mo-old grandaughter. Recipe for disaster? NO! This condo made all the difference. The unit was in the far back of Nihi Kai, with an elevated view of the grounds and a tight view of the breakers on Poipu Beach. Very quiet, and grounds were beautiful. We walked daily from the unit to Poipu beach (and passed Brennecke's Beach along the way) with the grandkids in a stroller. Did have to spend some of the walk on a local road, but traffic was sparse and most drivers were respectful of pedestrians. The unit has a large main floor (stairs to access) with two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms downstairs. Ductless air conditioning heads on main floor and in both bedrooms worked well. No bathtub for small children, so be ready to improvise. Owner (Steve) was very responsive and great to work with. If we return to Kauai, we would certainly consider staying here again.

The cottage was wonderful, high quality living space, two bedrooms with two full bathrooms. Lani, off the living room was fantastic, with one of the best views of the sunset!We only contacted the host twice during our trip for advice and he was very timely and helpful.John & Jan
