Cette maison de vacances offre de nombreux espaces extérieurs pour griller et dîner ou simplement se prélasser au soleil. Les serviettes de piscine seront disponibles. La cuisine est équipée avec tous les équipements de cuisine et vaisselle / ustensiles. Des serviettes de piscine vous seront fournies ainsi que des articles de toilette, une laveuse et une sécheuse avec tout le nécessaire, une planche et un fer à repasser. Une option attrayante et abordable pour les groupes, les familles et les couples. La limite d'occupation est de 10 invités.

The property was excellent, very clean, had everything we needed and more. The beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Near the freeway which made it easy to get to where we needed to go. We will definitely be back. The manager was great and very professional. Thank you!

Great place, just not for us.

Wonderful place to stay!! Enjoyed the house very much. Wish there was more seating in the living room to watch TV. Wished the bedrooms all had TV’s in them. Enjoyed the backyard patio. A TV would be nice to have out there too. We enjoyed the pool and spa for half of the week. The heater stopped working, so it was frustrating that we spent extra money to have the pool heated and we didn’t get to enjoy it for the last half of our stay. The rocks around the pool got annoying. We had to wear our shoes to enjoy the table by the pool when we ate outside. The neighbors liked to smoke pot, so that got annoying too.

**Review for Our VRBO Stay** We had a fantastic stay at this VRBO! The neighborhood was cute, nice, and quiet, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The property features a great pool and spa, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The beds were very comfortable, and there were plenty of towels and amenities provided. Nice family get away!

We stayed with my husband, sister, mom and nephew just as a get away from the cold. My nephew loved the pool and the hot tub and we were close to the nature preserve. Pretty far from Scottsdale, but if you’re looking to relax, this place is perfect.

Great place to stay

We came down with a couple of friends to get away from the cold of Alaska. The house was clean and spacious. The pool was heated and ready to go when we arrived. Check in and out was very simple. House had all the amenities needed. Just a quick trip to the grocery store ( less than 5 minutes away). Would definitely go back there again.

Wonderful Vacation Stay

Great week in Phoenix

The house was great - we loved spending time in the pool and hot tub after spending every morning on a different hike. We used all 3 bedrooms and the loft for sleeping for our party of 7. Tricia was very responsive and willing to help with whatever we needed. We did a lot of driving to different hikes but there were 2 nearby that we liked too.

Amazing experience

We stay at Tricia’s property for one week. House was better than expected, fully equipped kitchen, the pool was a blast and beds were comfortable. Property is located north Phoenix close to I-17, Walmart is about 2 miles. My whole family enjoyed the house and they all agreed how pretty it was. We will definitely will look to stay here again in all future trips to Phoenix. Highly recommended.

This is in a nice quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and spacious for small family. Pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyed by all. Slight issue with some smells from a neighbor so I had to keep my kids inside during certain times, especially mornings. I did inform the property manager because that was a little frustrating, she went out of her to contact the neighbor and apologized to us, but unfortunately it did not help the situation so instead we adjusted our backyard and pool use times frames.

Outstanding Property and Great Host

We were so pleased with our stay that we are already planning our next trip to this home. This was a perfect place for my family (2 young boys and a new puppy). The pictures accurately describe the property, yet it was so much better than we expected. The home had every item we needed and was well thought-out. We appreciate that the host treated us like adults, entrusting us with their beautiful home. We really felt like they were intentional about making our vacation memorable instead of seeing us as a short-term renter. We left another property early because of how the host treated us. This host and property more than made up for the poor experience from the previous host. We highly recommend this property.

A month in the sun!

Nice 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home in a very quiet family neighborhood. Our bed was comfortable. The master bath has a soaking tub, 2 sinks and walk-in shower with a rain shower head. We don’t have a master bath at home, so found it odd that the master bath had no door. That would have been ok, but the toilet wasn’t in a separate little room....it was between the sinks and shower. Three living room spaces....but only used the family room off the kitchen and pool. Comfortable leather reclining chair, sofa and loveseat. All of the bedrooms are upstairs. You must be able to do 2 flights of stairs. The 2 upstairs bathrooms have lovely tiled walk-in showers. The kitchen stove, dishwasher and sink appear to be pretty old, but everything works. The washer/dryer are new and handle large loads. Laundry pods are provided, but no dryer sheets. We spent a couple of hours in the pool every day. There are about 5 noodles and a float is chair in the shed. The pool ran at 85-90 degrees, depending on how often we turned the heater on. There is no cable tv—you need a Firestick or Apple TV. We went to the nearby Best Buy and got a Firestick for $25. After setting it up through our Xfinity at home, it worked fine for what we needed to watch. Trisha, the property manager, was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns (there were not any sharp knives or clothes hangers) and took very good care of us.
