This property is either going to motivate you to catch the sunrise as you hike through the Phoenix Mountains Reserve or you`ll be pulled to the back patio to relax with your cup of coffee. The pool is available year round with heating, a water feature and sun lounging chairs & towels laid out throughout the private backyard. We invite you take in the views and make yourself at home!

This absolutely gorgeous 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home was designed to entertain! Plenty of areas to enjoy the stunning views of beautiful Piestewa Peak. Covered patio with a built-in BBQ, wine cooler, lounge area and TV.

A fully remodeled desert oasis, right around the corner from the Biltmore Fashion Park and the growing list of excellent uptown Phoenix restaurants. Minutes away from several Paradise Valley Golf Courses.

The pool is serviced all year for our guests to use as they please! If you would like for the pool to be heated for your stay please notify us in within at least 24 hours of your check-in, this is an additional $100 daily. We are only able to accommodate pool heat requests if it is for the entire duration of the stay and with a minimum of a 3-night reservation.

A $150 trip charge will be applied on top of the pool heat fee should the request be received on the day of check-in or when the trip has already commenced.

Please note that the heating unit at this property is heat pump. The heat pump will only heat this pool ten degrees higher than the ambient air temperature.

- For reservations with 30 nights or more, the standard cleaning fee will be doubled to accommodate a deep clean.

- Early check-in and Late check-out may be accommodated, subject to the property’s availability 24 hours before your scheduled check-in or check-out day. Please note that applicable fees will apply for these requests: $85 for any check-in between 12:00PM to 2:00PM and full night rate for any late check-out.

- Pets are welcome! Each pet is subject to a $250.00 non-refundable pet fee. Fines will apply if pets are not disclosed on your reservation.

- We do not provide propane for the property`s grill/ BBQ. If you need to refill the propane during your stay, please provide us with a photo of the receipt and we will reimburse you in full.

- Please use your preferred streaming log in on any of the Smart TV`s in the home. Please do not forget to log out of your account before departing the home.
