Cette nouvelle maison 3BR, 2. 5 salles de bain offre un espace de vie ouvert au rez-de-chaussée, comprenant une cuisine entièrement équipée, une salle à manger, un salon avec télévision grand écran, des jeux de société et un garage pour 2 voitures qui sert également de salle de jeux! A l'étage a une chambre des maîtres avec lit King et deux autres chambres avec un coin couchage pour un quatrième lit! 11 minutes à Benning et moins de 15 minutes du centre-ville. Animaux acceptés! Wifi et beaucoup de jeux pour le divertissement. Vues magnifiques et quartier sûr!

Cette maison est neuve! Après avoir accueilli plus de 2 000 invités dans d'autres propriétés autour de Columbus et de Fort Benning, nous nous sommes rendu compte que si certaines personnes aiment les vieilles demeures historiques, d'autres préf��rent le confort et la facilité d'une maison moderne. Nous nous sommes associés à un constructeur pour construire 3 nouvelles maisons répondant spécifiquement aux besoins partagés par nos clients! Celui-ci est le plus grand et a été achevé en mars 2019! Il a 4 chambres spacieuses à l'étage et deux salles de bains dont une suite parentale. Une vue magnifique sur les montagnes à Fort Benning! En bas, il y a un salon et une cuisine spacieux et à aire ouverte. Tous les appareils sont neufs et la cuisine est entièrement équipée. Le salon dispose d'une télévision grand écran, d'un canapé et d'un futon pouvant servir de lit supplémentaire. Salle à manger séparée ET UNE SALLE DE JEU FANTASTIQUE AU GARAGE!

C'est un quartier résidentiel calme et sûr. La plupart des familles sont des familles de militaires actuels ou retraités. Le quartier est en fait au sommet d'une crête qui surplombe une partie de la zone d'entraînement de Fort Benning. Si près que vous pouvez entendre les soldats appeler cadence dans la matinée.

Rental had a great location, was clean and well equipped. Owner was quick with communication and friendly. The only con we had on our trip was it is an apartment so if you do not have considerate people staying above you, it makes for some frustrating moments. Even with earplugs and sound machines on we could hear the thudding from the above neighbors and from the beach access gate slamming. So just something to think about if you’re a light sleeper. But other than that, had a wonderful weeks stay!

Great house for soldiers and their families

This house was just what we needed when we traveled to Columbus to celebrate our soldier’s graduation from Ranger School. It was in a quiet neighborhood. It was roomy, comfortable and clean. Would definitely recommend!

Great place for families

Perfect for our family weekend getaway. More than enough space for our family of 4. Could easily accommodate 2 small families or a larger family. We enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood and proximity to activities.

Long Family Weekend

Booked this location due to location to base and the small pool for the kids. Kitchen area is large and was plenty of room for dinners at the house. The grill out back has seen better days.

Great location

We visited Columbus for a turning green ceremony at Fort Moore. This house is in a great location for visiting the base. House is located in a cul-de-sac and backs up to a forest. Very peaceful and quiet but close to food and entertainment. We loved the house and the town of Columbus. Thank you for providing this home as a VRBO rental.

Perfect location to attend any ceremony at Fort Moore. Quick drive to the gates to attend ceremonies, many attractions within a 15 minute drive, and plenty of restaurants. The Patriot Family Homes property management team is very professional and all information was provided as promised with continued communication during and after the stay.

Great stay if you are visiting Ft. Benning!

Our family had a great time visiting our son who is stationed at Ft. Benning! This home was clean, comfortable, and convienient. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked with everything we needed. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. We will definately be back next time we are in town!

We had a great time at this VRBO. We were there for Turning Green Family Weekend. It was easy to get to base, we felt safe, place was clean, we could cook our own meals, and spread out for comfort. Thank you for providing a space like this. Go Army!

Graduation

18 minutes from Fort Moore. The neighborhood was great. The house was clean and had a good setup. Plenty of space with all the family here. The back yard is a bit smaller than what I expected. I’m assuming they fenced in around the pool not the entire back yard maybe? Still had a great time outside. The garage wasn’t accessible at all which would have been great for the rainy days as there is no porches or covered areas and we unpacked in the rain. There’s plenty of gas stations and grocery store 5 minutes up the road. We had a great stay highly recommend this house.

Perfect location and size

This property has more room than the pictures give it credit. We had 7 adults and a 2 year old, and there was plenty of room for all of us. It was clean and perfectly located close to Fort Benning just like we wanted. I had read about the garage being a game room in the reviews (but not the listing), so I was a little disappointed BUT that was my own misunderstanding. The garage is now being used for storage and not accessible. The yard and weather were so nice that we spent most of our time outside anyway. We would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay!!

We chose this property for it size and distance from Fort Benning. We went to Columbus to watch our son graduate. It is an easy travel to the base and maybe a 15 to 20 drive. You can step outside and hear the soldiers calling cadences and you can also hear machine guns and big artillery being shot in the distance. It's a pretty cool experience. Going to the National Guard Museum is a must and its free. Also, go to the Black Cow restaurant. You won't be disappointed. The house was very clean and comfortable. We had 6 adults, 3 teenagers and there was plenty of room for all of us. We had fun playing ping pong and air hockey. There was also plenty of parking. We enjoyed our stay and wish we would have stayed longer!

THE place to stay in Columbus

We had another great stay in Columbus - this time for Army Airborne graduation. The cleaning crew had missed our house but our property manager, Erika, was very responsive and we got it all sorted out quickly. The house is great - well maintained, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, plenty of seating in the dining/kitchen area, well stocked kitchen, comfortable living room with TV/cable, upstairs washer and dryer, 2 zone heat/AC, and a nice sitting/sleeping alcove in the second floor hall area. The garage has game tables - perfect for kids of all ages. Located 5 minutes from the Ft Benning main gate and convenient to literally everything. The neighborhood is lovely - on our last visit we stayed in the house 3 doors down which is owned by the same company. For the same price of a hotel room you get a much better experience staying in a clean and comfortable home. We’ll be back!

Hot house! Washer didn’t work!

When enter the home it was so hot! It took about 24 hours and a Ac man to come out for it to cool off! There was a roach in the living room floor by the front door. There was also one up stairs in the nuck room area fell in the bed with my kids. The washer would work! That’s the main reason of renting the house is for the washer! There was only 6 towels in the house 3-4 wash rags! But yet the house sleep up to 10 people? Dishes was greasy and nasty! All the walls needs to be painted and the carpet is so nasty with stains everywhere! When walking up the stairs the wall moves! The master room smells like pee! The kids has bug bites! I have saw so many bug in this house. The door wouldn’t lock on numerous then one occasion! Bed are hard!

Property location was great as well as check in. Management Company needs to work on organization and client service. Was contacted if HVAC tech could come at noon for maintenance. I agreed. We waited until 2 and no one came so went to base. Upon return, there was a truck in drive and a couple techs with another man who represented management company. AC was off and we were told it would be several hours to repair and turn back on ac - there was nothing wrong with ac when we left. I attempted to engage property manager in conversation and he ignored me and then said I was drunk. No drinking had taken place - he was offensive. I called office and they sent someone else out but they only stated they would buy some window units until air back up. Stated they had been waiting for part and just came in. This caused our family cookout and swim party to be pushed back for several hours as no window units materialized Representative then stated would be bringing by gift basket next day to make up for inconvenience. I stated wasn’t necessary but Cassandra wanted to Got several emails about rep dropping off item but no one ever showed up over the next 2 days Query. Why is management company knowingly renting a property with faulty AC? Also, why so dirty?

Quiet, Clean, and Roomy

We stayed three nights while visiting Columbus. Our granddaughter was playing in the State softball playoff games. The house was perfect for an enjoyable stay. I definitely recommend this house to others.

We partnered with a builder to build 3 brand new homes that cater specifically to the needs our guests shared with us! This one is the largest, and was completed in March 2019! It has 4 spacious bedrooms upstairs and two bathrooms including a master suite. Great views of the mountains at Fort Benning! Downstairs there is a spacious, open concept living room and kitchen. All appliances are brand new, and the Kitchen is fully equipped. The living room has a big screen TV, couch, and futon that can serve as another bed. Separate dining room, AND A FANTASTIC GAME ROOM IN THE GARAGE!
