Des kilomètres de vues imprenables sur l'océan et une plage de sable dans votre cour arrière! Immense porche arrière couvert pour que vous puissiez simplement vous détendre et profiter de la brise, regarder les dauphins ou les bateaux passer. A l'intérieur se trouve la grande salle avec une vue directe sur l'océan. Aucun voisin de chaque côté pour assurer l'intimité. La cuisine est entièrement équipée pour faire de grands repas. Il y a une grande table pouvant accueillir 8 personnes pour une réunion de famille avec vue sur l'océan aussi! Réveillez-vous au son de l'océan sur les 2 chambres à l'avant. Le plan d'étage est divisé en deux, de sorte que chaque côté de la maison a sa salle de bain. Il y a 3 lits queen et 2 lits simples. Draps et serviettes, 4 téléviseurs, laveuse, sécheuse, Netflix et WIFI rapide sont inclus dans votre séjour. Il y a une douche chaude / froide au bord de l'océan pour entendre les vagues comme prendre une douche. À 10 minutes à pied de l'épicerie, des bars, des restaurants et des magasins!

Il y a une limite de 1 animal domestique jusqu'à 75 lb. La cour est entièrement clôturée, idéale pour les animaux domestiques et les enfants! (Clôturé a été achevé après les photos aériennes)

La location de 3 jours minimum sauf de juin à août est de 7 jours de location du samedi au samedi.

Family Vacay

Very comfortable for our needs of 3 couples and 1 single adult, especially with having dogs. Missed having a grill for some of the meals planned. Great location!

Stunning views and beautiful sunsets. The property is perfectly situated with direct beach access and a short walk to restaurants. The house is older and shows it, but was overall decently clean. The beds and couches are dated and could use updating

Great pet-friendly beach house

We really enjoy that the property is right on the beach with a large deck that provides shade. Appreciated the deck updates (we were last there in 2019). The fenced-in feature is great for our dog. Enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful time and the house was perfect! Recommend staying here if you get the chance the house was fully stocked and on the beach. We will be back and the host we very helpful throughout the process.

Love at first sight. Really truly amazing vacation in this beautiful home! Clean, comfortable, thoughtfully decorated. Sunrises and sunsets from the deck every day! We loved our stay here and will definitely return.

Day at The Beach

Great location. Close to everything, beach, grocery store, souvenirs, restaurants. Rockers on the porch were awesome. Watched the waves, dolphins, migrating sea birds, stars and satellites for hours. Would rent again.

Big Family Time

My sister and a lot of her family stayed at Pack House across the street and my baby sister, my neice and a friend of hers stayed at Boys of Summer. It was PERFECT!!! The beach deck is the most outstanding gathering point! We all loved every single second! Thanks for sharing your fabulous place!!

Relaxed!

This is a place that we will be returning to next year. When we walked inside it was amazing. The open concept and comfort was amazing. The beds were very comfortable. The home was very clean and well stocked with what we needed for our stay. The beach is right outside the deck. We loved falling asleep to the sound of the ocean every night. Thank you for sharing your home with our family.

Right on the ocean!

You can’t get closer to the ocean than this home, it’s wonderful. The house was perfect for our family, nicely laid out with everything on one floor. The beds and furniture were comfortable, and it was great not having other homes right next to us. We had such a relaxing trip. It was fun being there during off leash season, our dog loved running around on the beach and meeting other dogs. And the fenced in yard under the house is handy with pets. Will definitely stay again!

Amazing View!

Very clean house in a great location. Amazing sunset and sunrise views right from the deck! The fenced in area under the house was perfect for our dog. We had no issues with the public beach access being close by. Not having any immediate neighbors on either side (other than some neat driftwood sculptures :) ) made for a very peaceful stay. The sliding door to the back deck takes a little bit of effort to open and close, but not a big deal for us. We would absolutely return again!

However, only a C- for the bathrooms (lowest known round, versus elongated, toilets in the Western world) and a B- for the included kitchen utensils (for example, no colander). House overall needs some fairly serious TLC, but kudos to owners for decent decorating touches (driftwood over the sliders is awesome) and the fact that the house was absolutely immaculate in terms of cleanliness.

Perfect place for a great vacation

Property couldn't be in a more perfect location. Right on the beach, close to everything. Very clean upon arrival, no issues during our week long stay. Some of the pictures on the listing are of the property "pre-sand dune" modification. There is no front yard now, and you have to walk over the large dune to get to the beach. No big deal, the beach access is literally at the bottom of the stairs, just be aware it's not the front yard or quite the ocean front/walk to the beach that's in the pictures. Also, be aware, if you have a golf cart to plug in, there is no outdoor outlet to plug directly into, you ll have to run at least a 25' drop cord into the laundry room down stairs. That's what we did and had no issues. Only negatives: bathrooms stay hot. We just kept the doors open and that took care of it. Not ideal though. One of the bathroom toilet's tank seem to be leaking. They've put down a paper towel to catch the drippings, but it did start to smell by day three or so. New mattresses needed throughout. Everyone had trouble falling into the middle of their mattress. All in all, these were small inconveniences, not deal breakers. We had a great week and would definitely stay here again.

Quaint cottage with great view

Positives: great location with great views. Nice not to have neighbors to each side. Negatives: “Beach access” is public and runs directly against the side of the house so there is high foot traffic right next to the house all day and night. Emailed the owners and was told the access is public but folks shouldn’t be walking on property. Unfortunately the path of least resistance to walkers is on the property’s sidewalk and across the driveway as the town has not kept up with keeping the public access cleared to the street as it should be. We were surprised at times to see folks within feet of us in the yard as we were coming out of the outdoor shower and laundry room. Asking folks not to come onto the property was often met with rudeness so for our family’s safety we decided to be non confrontational. If the public path can be properly cleared and roped off from the property, it will give walkers a path away from the house. I really wish the public access were properly described in the listing and not so vague. We would not have rented this property if we had known that we would have random and sometimes rude folks continuously on the property and leaving their things at the access point. Also, the kitchen has barely enough utensils and tools to be called a well stocked kitchen. We made things work but for the $$ we paid, we expected a little more attention to details. Honestly, a little bit of attention to detail would have made this house much more hospitable and worth the rental price.

Great View

Loved sitting on the porch in the early mornings and late evenings watching the waves. Nice no one was right beside us. Very clean but older beach house, could feel give in the floor in some places. Had a nice time..
