Unfortunately all deposits that are returned during the allotted cancelation period will incur a deduction of 6% merchant processing fee. Registered Guests are only Guests Allowed Overnight. Linens and towels are included in the cleaning fee at a loss to the owner no markup. No parties, in consideration of the neighbors reframe from loud noises after 10pm, Two dogs maximum(mandatory additional cleaning fee $300), No more than 14 adults & children, No spring break students with out at least one parental couple accompanying on property.
