I'm so glad your family enjoyed the home and that the cleanliness and location stood out. Thank you for mentioning our responsiveness, too. I’m sorry the hot tub condition and the second-floor smoke detector disrupted your stay and that we weren’t able to deep clean the tub during your stay. Our maintenance team has since completed the deep clean and they will see if they can adjust the positioning of the detector so it won’t trigger during cooking. I’m very sorry for the communication breakdown and for the refrigerator failure that led to lost food — that falls short of our standards. We do have a full-sized back up fridge in the garage, but I completely understand the inconvenience of not having the one in the kitchen at your disposal. We were able to arrange for a vendor repair of the fridge following your departure, but I'm sorry we couldn't get them in as soon as during your stay. Thank you for calling out the ceiling‑fan remote, hot tub cleanliness, deck chairs, and stove vent; I’ve passed these items to our maintenance and housekeeping teams to address promptly. We can confirm the Wi-Fi issue has since been repaired by the service provider. Regarding checkout and housekeeping: standard checkout is 10 AM; we apologize the cleaner arrived early and waited outside—that is not how we expect our teams to operate.
