With several sleeping arrangements throughout the home everyone will find their perfect spot with wonderful views and spacious bedrooms. 

Take in the gorgeous beach views from the upstairs kitchen, dining and living areas with expansive floor-to-ceiling oceanfront windows while you enjoy your meals together around the dining table with seating for 14+ and additional seating around the large kitchen island with seating for 6-8.  This great room floorplan is perfect to fully experience the oceanfront views as a group, but also several separate gathering areas with space for everyone.

Blue Pacific Vacation Rentals has been in business in since 2001, we're a boutique management company that specializes in luxury properties on the Oregon Coast and in Sunriver. The benefits of using a trusted name is that we offer local support and assistance, 24/7 emergency guest assistance, and safe and secure bookings.

A complete rental agreement (terms and conditions) will be emailed to the guest for E-signature after a booking is confirmed and must be signed and returned within 48 hours or it is assumed the guest has requested to cancel. Deposit of 50% due at time of booking reservation. Remainder of balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Terms and conditions subject to revisions and change. Rates are subject to change until confirmed. Additional complex HOA rules are available upon request. The ‘Service Fee’ included in the quote is a VRBO fee and is NOT a fee charged by Blue Pacific Vacation Rentals.

Same Day Arrival Bookings:
We are unable to accommodate bookings made on the day of arrival. Should the VRBO system permit the booking, a reservation representative will review the reservation and call you to address the issue if this is a problem. A full refund will be offered due to the VRBO system issue.

Booking Schedules:
During some seasons, if your reservation dates leave open nights that we cannot rent (what we refer to as a "dead night"), or less than the required minimum of the date range for the rental season, a representative will review the reservation and call you to address the issue before confirmation (not to finalized stays). We will offer to change your dates or move you to an alternate property, if available. If you are unable to accept change we will assist you with cancelling the reservation and getting a full refund.

Saturday Arrivals and Departures (Off Peak / Holidays):
Saturday arrivals or departures may be subject to scheduling approval/review in Sunriver. A reservation representative will review the reservation and call you and address the issue if this is a problem. All reservations are pending and subject to review of our staff prior to finalizing.

Age Criteria:
You must be at least 25 years of age to rent from Blue Pacific Vacation Rentals. You must be 25 years of age to agree to the rental contract. Children are welcome when traveling with a parent or guardian.

Occupancy:
The allowed number of guests or Occupancy is specifically limited to the maximum number of people designated for that particular property and anyone in the property at any time during your stay and includes any children 24 months and older (not just sleeping there, includes temporary guests). Information on occupancy limits for a particular unit may be viewed on Blue Pacific’s and VRBO websites. Blue Pacific Vacation Rentals does not allow “group rentals” in any Blue Pacific Vacation Rentals properties, where more than 1 property is being rented; regardless if the property is managed by Blue Pacific Vacation Rentals, if the group total size exceeds the maximum occupancy of the largest Blue Pacific Vacation Rentals property rented.

Pets and Animals:
Pets or any type of animal are not permitted on the rental grounds or in the homes under any condition. Anyone caught with an animal, will be asked to vacate the premises per the House Rules.

Smoking:
This is a Non-Smoking property. Smoking is not permitted in the home. Anyone caught smoking on the premises, will be subject to fines.

Housekeeping:
The property will be professionally cleaned prior to arrival and after guest departure. Guests shall leave premises in clean, undamaged condition, similar to the way they found it. The cleaning fee covers laundry, sanitization, and cleaning associated with “normal” use – guest agrees to limited departure procedures: removal of trash to garbage room on far side of garage (not to street), starting the dishwashers, and to start a load of towels in both washing machines.

Equipment Failure:
Although we cannot guarantee the operation of all appliances, utilities and equipment (e.g. air conditioning, Wi-Fi, pool equipment, hot tubs, kitchen appliances, televisions, etc.) our staff makes every reasonable effort to ensure that the equipment, utilities and appliances are in working order. We will do our utmost to have any malfunction repaired in a timely manner. However, Blue Pacific assumes no liability for malfunctioning items and does not offer refunds for equipment, utility or appliance failure. Please contact the office immediately if you encounter a problem.

Parking:
Information about parking will be noted in the check-in instructions received by the Guest prior to arrival. No RV/Trailer parking on the property. -- Azul Jewel has parking available for up to 6 vehicles (see check-in details).

Arrival and Departure Times:
Check-in time will typically be 4pm, with an 11am Check-out time. The following high rental seasons may expect up to a 5pm check-in time: Spring Break, Summer, Holidays. This will allow our staff to ensure we are meeting all cleaning and property protocols. We will attempt to accommodate earlier arrivals and later departure times during our off-peak seasons where possible upon request.

Seasonal Minimums - Nights Required:
Typically 4- to 5-night minimum seasonal requirement will apply, lesser night requests can be reviewed outside of the PEAK (Summer/Holiday) seasons. Please note the following holiday seasons have set minimum stays as provided under "Seasonal Minimums": M.L.K., Presidents, Memorial, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years. Sunday departures are not typically available for holiday "weekends" with 4-night minimum requirements: Presidents, Memorial

*Cancellation Policy: Due to VRBO website restrictions, we are unable to post our cancellation policy and send our policy directly to the guest. The 100% refund does not apply. -- Guest will receive an esign rental agreement outlining full cancellation policy and rental terms for review and esign. Upon completed esign of BPVR rental agreement, all rental terms and conditions including BPVR defined cancellation supersede VRBO posted policies. BPVR strongly suggests guests consider the Rental Guardian Travel Insurance option provided by BPVR.
