Cette belle maison face Ă  l'ocĂ©an a Ă©tĂ© construite en 2007 avec le luxe Ă  l'esprit. Luminaires personnalisĂ©s et comptoirs de granite en dalle partout, on est choyĂ© dans cette vraie maison, loin de chez eux. De l'entrĂ©e, la grande salle s'ouvre sur un mur de fenĂȘtres sur deux Ă©tages offrant une vue imprenable sur l'ocĂ©an. Le loft ci-dessus offre les mĂȘmes vues magnifiques, avec des coins salons confortables et une alcĂŽve bordĂ©e de cĂšdre, une table de billard, une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat / DVD, une console de jeu XBOX et une salle de bains. La grande et grande salle offre de nombreuses places assises pour permettre aux amis et Ă  la famille d'admirer l'ocĂ©an tout en se relaxant au coin du feu. Great size home for our family reunion of 16 people. Beautiful ocean view and close stairs access to the beach.Could use some new non-stick cookware, new pool cues and some new mattresses for some of the beds. Over all we had a wonderful time.

We anticipated enjoying a coastal view of the Oregon coast and got everything we hoped for. The location was perfectly suited to hiking and whale watching. The kitchen was well stocked to prepare and serve meals for ten of us. While initially we were surprised that we weren't a walkout to the beach, the staircase was close and actually the location enhanced the view. Well done.

The view is the star of this house. The house was large and had many beds, more than the 7 of us needed. The main floor needs a refresh of carpet, furniture and kitchen appliances. The kitchen faucet only produced a dribble of water. It was a short walk to the stairs to the beach. 77 steps down, meant we only went to the beach once a day. But the view was absolutely beautiful.

The house was quit comfortable, plenty of rooms. The kids enjoyed playing in the loft with the pool table. There was some difficulties however:. The furniture was mostly all in poor condition. There was no dish cloths and no extra trash bags. Overall it was okay.

Location was superb. Home layout was perfect for our family of 15. Home is showing wear and tear and could use some attention. Upholstery repairs needed in the great room. Food splatters across the blind behind the sink. Light to the right of the entry stairs is hanging out of the wall. The last home we rented was immaculate and I guess we expected better conditions for the price we paid.

This place is amazimg. You walk in to floor to celing wimdow with a great ocean view. There is so much space for everyone to sleep. The beds and sheets are so soft and comfortable

Nice property

This home has such great potential. It is quite outdated. Lots of rules about no shoes and being careful about the use of the home and it is really kind of beat up and run down. It is a great location and the views of the ocean were beautiful and the beach access was very close. We really enjoyed ourselves but it was really run down and needs a refresh for sure!

Disappointed!

Nice to have new pool cues this year and the BBQ heated up. However, over all we were very disappointed this year compared to last year: Overall cleanliness was poor which is the reason for 1 star: ~ one guest had to wash the bedspread due to spots all over it. ~ Beds upstairs not neatly made. ~ kitchen drawers were dirty inside; some of the skillets were blackened and could not be used; silverware supply not adequate for the number of people. ~ carpets and walls dingy. ~ front windows dirty on the outside and could not enjoy the view. Was not worth the cleaning deposit. Overall our family of 12 decided they did not want to return next year.

The view made the trip

The property was in the perfect location and the view was the best! In the kitchen the Teflon on the pans was chipping. There were no wine glasses, which you would think a house of this size and budget would provide higher quality kitchen items. There was also a lot of dust on the walls and fake greenery in kitchen that would fall on you when you opened the cupboard to get a glass. The beds were comfy and the rooms were perfect size. The pool table was great. One safety concern for kids was the window upstairs opened from the bottom and was very low to the floor. A child could fall out easily if opened. The hot tub was well maintained and was great to look out at the view as we soaked. All in all, we had a great time!

50th anniversary trip

It was a great location for our family. Fun beach area with close tidepools. We loved the comfortable house. Kitchen really could use new pots and pans and dishes.

Best VRBO we've stayed in

Our family of 14 has been vacationing on the Oregon Coast for the last 16 years. We always rent a house large enough for all of us. This has to be the cleanest, most comfortable, fully stocked and accommodating property that we've stayed at. This property was clean enough that I didn't feel the need to clean when I got there as I have done at many rentals in the past. The view was amazing. We were able to whale watch right from the deck. The beach access is super close (though there are 77 stairs to the beach so it's not ADA accessible). The location is perfect with a nearby grocery, restaurants, coffee. My bed was very comfortable (and I didn't hear anyone else complain about theirs). I was able to contact the owner a couple of times with questions and he got back to me right away. There was plenty of seating for the 14 of us for meals. The home was spacious enough that we didn't feel like we were sitting on top of each other. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

I have always wanted a family retreat to spend quality time together and develop many memories for our children. We love Lincoln City because it is on the central coast and a short drive from Portland, which makes it easy to get away for the weekend. Lincoln City also has so much to offer, which includes Devil's Lake right in the city. Devil's Lake is great for water sports, which we love to do. We also love the fact that it is less than an hour to the famous Oregon Pinot Noir wine country. The Oregon coast is also a great destination year round.
