Cette belle maison face à l'océan a été construite en 2007 avec le luxe à l'esprit. Luminaires personnalisés et comptoirs de granite en dalle partout, on est choyé dans cette vraie maison, loin de chez eux. De l'entrée, la grande salle s'ouvre sur un mur de fenêtres sur deux étages offrant une vue imprenable sur l'océan. Le loft ci-dessus offre les mêmes vues magnifiques, avec des coins salons confortables et une alcôve bordée de cèdre, une table de billard, une télévision à écran plat / DVD, une console de jeu XBOX et une salle de bains. La grande et grande salle offre de nombreuses places assises pour permettre aux amis et à la famille d'admirer l'océan tout en se relaxant au coin du feu. La grande salle comprend également une table de poker pour les jeux de cartes ou de société. La cuisine est équipée de toutes vos nécessités de cuisson pour toutes les occasions. La chambre principale et une chambre d'amis sont idéalement situées à l'étage principal et disposent chacune d'une salle de bains. Le niveau inférieur est équipé de trois chambres spacieuses avec vue sur l'océan, salle de bain complète, buanderie et accès au garage.

We love this house!

This was my fourth time staying at this property and this time was just as great as the others. It is a very comfortable house with amazing views. We will be back!

Beautiful and spacious ocean view

This place is amazimg. You walk in to floor to celing wimdow with a great ocean view. There is so much space for everyone to sleep. The beds and sheets are so soft and comfortable

50th anniversary trip

It was a great location for our family. Fun beach area with close tidepools. We loved the comfortable house. Kitchen really could use new pots and pans and dishes.

Great view, great open space for gathering together.

Well stocked kitchen, great open space for gathering and hanging together while doing different activities: cooking, reading, playing pool, puzzling, watching soccer and baseball, everyone together! Beach walking everyday, whatever the weather. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Perfect Thanksgiving Getaway

Our family of 6 had a spectacular 3 day getaway for Thanksgiving. The home is spacious and well appointed. Expansive views and set up for multiple families and big meals. This home has everything you need. It’s roomy and warm and cozy at the same time. We hope to stay again. Perfect for our thanksgiving holiday!

Perfect weekend get away

This Taft Beach house was the perfect beach house rental for our annual MLK weekend away. There were 11 of us (all adults) and we all had plenty of room without feeling over crowded. The beds were very comfortable and, with the exception of the fan at the top of the vaulted ceilings, the place was very clean. Great ocean view with a beach access trail very close by. Mo’s was 5 minutes away if you wanted a quick seafood meal as well. Would definitely stay here again! Andrew was very responsive to emails.

The home was surface clean, but not deep cleaned there was thick dust everywhere meaning it has not been deep cleaned for quite sometime, window seals had bugs and dirt on them

50th Wedding Anniversary

The house served our family of 15, The view and location were great. The beds were adequate; but the pots and pans in the kitchen need to be replaced. The ceiling fan blades look like they are coated with dust. The 77 steps down to the beach were demanding for the older generation. Overall we had a wonderful time with our family and enjoyed Lincoln City very much.

Beach Bunco Retreat

Beautiful home! Great room wonderful for our group of 13 ladies. There was not adequate silverware, glasses or dishes. There were only 11 forks. Also not enough wash cloths. New hot pads are needed. Maybe an inventory check is in order? Otherwise, we had a great time!

Beautiful place for a family beach getaway

We loved our time at the house and the beach at Lincoln City is a family favorite! Be aware that the property manager will send you a contract you have to sign outside of VRBO before he will send your access information. It’s disconcerting because VRBO tells you all communication should be through their system. I did it because it was that or cancel, and there wasn’t anything else available with short notice. In spite of that concern, we did have a wonderful time and it is a lovely house. The deposit was returned after a week or so.

Ocean view

Great location and ocean views. The house was dirty, founds nuts in rugs, bathroom with cob web/spider, feathers from a throw pillow were all over the front room and we could see them under the furniture. Kitchen floor dirty. Several things broken, 2 chairs on deck, 2 binoculars, 2 hand towel bars fell down, toilet paper roll broken. Toaster didn't work, several light bulbs out, one outside deck light is loose. LOTS of rules all over the house on top of all the rules we printed out.

Best VRBO we've stayed in

Our family of 14 has been vacationing on the Oregon Coast for the last 16 years. We always rent a house large enough for all of us. This has to be the cleanest, most comfortable, fully stocked and accommodating property that we've stayed at. This property was clean enough that I didn't feel the need to clean when I got there as I have done at many rentals in the past. The view was amazing. We were able to whale watch right from the deck. The beach access is super close (though there are 77 stairs to the beach so it's not ADA accessible). The location is perfect with a nearby grocery, restaurants, coffee. My bed was very comfortable (and I didn't hear anyone else complain about theirs). I was able to contact the owner a couple of times with questions and he got back to me right away. There was plenty of seating for the 14 of us for meals. The home was spacious enough that we didn't feel like we were sitting on top of each other. We would definitely stay here again. Nice house but needs some more maintenance and cleaning.

For the amount of cleaning fee, I was disappointed. cabinets were grimy, master bath wasn’t clean enough, hand railing on stairs was loose. Multiple light bulbs needed replacing. Upon arrival the garbage was completely full. Come to find out, it should have been picked up on Thursday, we arrived Friday. With 12 in our party, garbage was accumulating quickly. Reached out to the manager with no solution. Called the owner and found out about pickup times. The house was lovely but the furnishings are becoming tattered and worn. Location was great but I felt a little over priced.

Better cleaners

The home was stunning, the views were spectacular…. The dust on every surface above normal eye height, was horrid (my brother is 6’7”, he sees more than most), we were nervous turning on the ceiling fan because of the amount of dust on it, the light over the dining table had a large amount of dust. The guardrails outside looked as though they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time, preventing a clear almost perfect view of the ocean. All of the batteries in the remotes were dead, including the garage door openers. The hot tub was not locked down, hadn’t been cleaned and had that musty gross smell as though they hadn’t chlorined it, in months. I’d also bring my own towels during my visit, they’ve seen better days. The fridge was broken in several spots when we arrived and taped into place. It was just a disappointment of the condition of the home vs what we paid to stay. On the plus side, we made memories. We played games. We laughed. We ate. We celebrated our Christmas together.

Beautiful home but Cleaning Fee not earned

We reserve a different home every September for our annual girls trip. This year, there was seven of us so we needed a large space. This home definitely sleeps a lot of people so it was ideal for us and it had great ocean views. We loved watching movies on the big TV and playing cards at the game table. However, we were very disappointed with the cleanliness of the home. When you're charged a large cleaning fee you expect to arrive to an immaculate home. We had to wash the bathroom rugs because they were so dirty no one wanted to step onto them after showering. The master bath had a lot of mold and mildew in the shower, it was very noticeable. Two of the bathrooms had dead spiders in the corners and some of the home décor was caked in dust. Most of the windows had mold in the tracks. We felt some of the bedding was not clean and one of the comforters had large stains on it. They have warnings everywhere about being charged fees for stains/damage etc. No shoes are allowed inside but we noticed an abundance of carpet stains. The carpets definitely need a good steam cleaning. We all agreed we felt cheated on the cleaning fee with this home. I notified the homeowner of our concerns and he basically said he would pass on my feedback to his housecleaner. No apologies and no credit was offered. The home has a lot of stairs so if you have handicapped guests, it is not what I would call handicap friendly. The handrails inside were a little wiggly too. Overall, we had a good time and enjoyed our stay. I don't think we're overly critical but this homeowner needs to replace his cleaning staff and hire someone who isn't afraid to use bleach.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

I have always wanted a family retreat to spend quality time together and develop many memories for our children. We love Lincoln City because it is on the central coast and a short drive from Portland, which makes it easy to get away for the weekend. Lincoln City also has so much to offer, which includes Devil's Lake right in the city. Devil's Lake is great for water sports, which we love to do. We also love the fact that it is less than an hour to the famous Oregon Pinot Noir wine country. The Oregon coast is also a great destination year round.
