Ouvert du 23 au 28 juillet. La grande salle donne sur le sable et surf avec une chemin��e et des plafonds voûtés en pin noueux Grande maison pour quiconque ne peut pas faire les escaliers. Trois des 5 chambres sont à l'étage d'entrée avec 2 salles de bain complètes. Il y a 1 chambre king, 3 chambres Queen et 1 chambre à lits jumeaux. Les enfants adorent jouer dans le grenier (grenier aménagé de la chambre à deux lits). Profitez d'une vue panoramique parfaite sur le sable et surfez dans toute la maison. Pas de nuit simple entre juin et septembre. La cuisine est entièrement équipée pour préparer un grand repas. Pont surplombant la mer avec des escaliers privés jusqu’au sable et à quelques pas des piscines à marée. Le solarium avec mobilier en osier et le patio sont parfaits pour les glacières, les vélos, etc. Il y a une belle randonnée qui décolle au bout de la rue au nord. Le chemin est à environ 1. 5 miles à pied à travers les vieux sapins et des vues panoramiques sur le front de mer! Portez des bottes à moins que ce ne soit l'été.

L'été 2019 a un minimum de 5 nt (à moins de combler un vide).

The bathrooms nicely updated. The stairway to the beach was one of the nicer ones we’ve encountered. We totally enjoyed our stay.

Perfect for Girls Trip

The ocean view from the living room and deck is spectacular, access to the beach is part of the property, and a number of the ladies loved the fancy toilets. The place has unique character and feels very nautical. We really loved our time there. The hot tub was "snug" for five ladies, but since we've known each other for 35 years, we made it work.

A Great Place To Spend Time With Family….

This house had so much to offer for our family getaway! We loved the views, easy access to the beach, the outdoor seating and the hot tub. The house had everything we needed and the beds were super comfortable too. We had a great time.

Lovely beachfront rental

Easy check in. Well stocked kitchen. Loved being steps from the ocean. Small, but relaxing hot tub. Comfy bed and loved the Japanese bidets. Would definitely stay here again.

Weekend stay

Location of the house was so much good. There was a direct access to the beach. Beach was not crowded may be because the public beach access for further away and people didn’t bother to walk far. Couple of rooms have wonderful view of the beach. I enjoyed staying there and recommend it for others too.

Reviewer Comments: The house was great but no bathroom on second floor. The stairs were very dangerous. Steps were very narrow and a place that was steep and no railing provided onto rocks. Even the middle aged physically fit also commented on how dangerous. They do have it posted before you head down the stairs. Due to that we would not stay again at this house

Phenomenal accommodations with unbeatable views!

My extended family and I enjoyed a terrific 5-day stay over the Thanksgiving holiday. We were all amazed by the views from the living and dining rooms and at how well equipped the kitchen for a rental. Everything we needed for a full traditional Thanksgiving dinner was there! The place has a great cohesive, cozy ambiance with the beach-facing deck, hot tub, and private beach access as highlights. The one slight issue was that the heating was a little hard to control at night which I'm guessing is due to the house layout and age of the HVAC system, but it was manageable. We would definitely stay again and recommend this house with two thumbs up!

Wonderful stay

This house was just wonderful!! The location and the view cannot be beat. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed. The bedroom with the nook/loft was perfect for the kids and the sunroom was a great place for the kids to play or read and have their own space. The outdoor spaces were enjoyed everyday and sitting in the hot tub watching the sunset was just super cool. I would come back to this house, no question.

Beautiful home!

What we like most about this lovely, unique home is the level of updating they’ve put into it. It’s being improved upon with the love and attention folks usually give to their own home. Fancy mirrors, incredibly stocked kitchen, lovely art…bidets! We will definitely return!

Thanksgiving Week Stay

We enjoyed our stay over Thanksgiving week. House had everything we needed. Even though the house very original, the high quality woodwork draws you into comfortable and warm rooms. The fireplace was great, view and beach access fantastic. The floor above the southeast bedroom needs some shoring up as it is very squeaky when anyone is walking above you.

One of the best beach houses in Lincoln City

We loved our stay at Heathergate. We had family fly up from California that had never visited Oregon before so it was fun to see their reaction to the beautiful house and breath taking views of the Oregon coast. The house was spacious and had plenty of room for everyone to sleep and be comfortable in the living spaces. We enjoyed the hot tub and the weather was absolutely beautiful, so lucky for an October stay at the beach. We will definitely rent this house again in the future.

Cell phone coverage is spotty but even that is a plus as you can really unwind. The new owners have made many improvements over the last year or two. The beach is very close, and we walked around the point at low tide. The steps to the beach are steep, but there is an alternate access a few houses away. There was a large dark stain on the carpet by the fireplace that was kind of gross but the rest of the house was very clean. Great house for our group of 7 adults.
