Great location
We are a family of 5. Our experience upon arrival was similar to the last review in May. The initial check in process was very rushed and the initial state of the apartment was dirty. The patio doors were left open for sometimes hence the floor and surfaces were very dirty. Sheets were left to dry from previous renters were still there when we arrived. The light in the small toilet was still out.
It took us one hour to comprehensively clean the flat and make the beds before we can say we have settled in.
The flat is modern and has all the amenities as described. The location was very central, close to the beach, the old town and supermarket etc. There is a street market outside every Thursday. We thoroughly enjoy staying Antibes for 6 days and have forgotten the our initial experience when we left. We would definitely stay again but just a few constructive criticism to improve the overall experience.

Stay in May
Overall a good experience. Some confusion on getting the key to check in as we arrived on a Holiday but they hustled and it worked out. Only one key available. The apartment is nice but could use a little bit of cleaning. Turned on fan and dust blowing. No toilet paper, trash bags or soap - we purchased those items at the store up the street. Clean sheets but no pillow cases. Some dirty dishes in the cupboard (perhaps left by a previous guest?). Bathroom light burned out. Wifi is good. We would stay again - just a few small things that could improve the experience.
The property is nicely maintained and in a great location. The park in the picture is at the end of the street, literally just 300m (330 yards) from the apartment. Place de Gaulle is even closer. It is a short walk into old town. One bus runs on the street and other bus stops are very close by. So, it is super easy to walk or ride anywhere. [I strongly recommend going to Juan Les Pins to enjoy the incredible sandy beaches.]
Restaurants for full meals or just a coffee and people watching are on the street with many more nice spots just steps away.
The owner was super responsive. We had a minor problem and he responded very quickly and was incredibly helpful via VRBO / Homeaway messaging.
If you are a light sleeper, you may want to bring earplugs. It's not a rowdy street but noises seem to float up to the apartment easily.
We hope you enjoy your visit to Antibes!
